couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. My salesman got me the best price (with deep discounts). Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!!

I left my car with them thinking I needed a full 4 wheel replacement and alignment. Not only did they tell me I only needed my front 2 wheels replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars they easily could have just taken, they also did a full oil change! All of this and the price was well below all other places I shopped at. Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of customer service. Will definitely be back!

Buying a car is an important experience. It has to meet your needs. Second only to a home, it is the second biggest purchase you will probably make. and budget. The people at O'Neill's made this very easy and pleasant.
I started at their website to see what was available in my price range that fit my requirements., I called Charlie Melnick in sales and set up an appointment. Of the 2 cars I looked at, one clearly stood out and after test driving the car was sold.
I liked that there was "no game playing". Straightforward, honest man, that's Charlie Melnick.
When we picked up the car Lou, the finance man, went through all the finalized paperwork. No hidden ambiguous fees. He even had a wireless rearview camera installed at my husband's request.
Charlie put the plates on, and took time to go over all the operating features and set up the OnStar before we left the lot. Very happy experience.

We brought our work truck in two weeks ago. Tony in service told our office the part would be in this week and the truck would be ready yesterday (12/11) Today they will not get anyone on the phone for us. Keep throwing our calls into random voicemails. HORRIBLE TREATMENT.. And we still do not have our truck back!

Their service dept picked up my Hummer with a forklift and damaged my vehicle. Who moves a customers vehicle with a forkift? When I pointed it out the guy in service first denied it and then said the dents won’t affect the operation if it. On Monday I was assured the parts were coning in next day air, here it is Friday and now they are telling me maybe Tuesday. No reply from Dave McDermott about this issue, no compensation for being out a vehicle all this time, and yet they still processed my over $5000 bill for the initial repair, that now I wonder if any of that was caused by the forklift
typical bait and switch - car buyer
Guaranteed that they could get a particular vehicle. after all the papers were signed and a deposit was left they called me ten minuets after I left the dealership and said no we wont be able to get that car but i can take this other one of a different color. I then noticed on the sales sheet that they failed to include the vin number of the car I was promised. when asked to explain themselves they said this happens all the time. They told at least two lies and i asked them just to tell me the truth.
I dont think they are capable of that.

I brought my truck in for an oil change this afternoon. Chris was very helpfull. He asked me if I wanted a power steering fluid change but was more adamant on a radiator flush. We both agreed that would be the way to go. He already assumed that I wanted my tires rotated so that was good looking out. I was happy with the service to my vehicle overall although I still have an engine light in. I like Gengris service. It is very accommodating.

On 08/21/2018,I had my 4 rotors and brake pads replaced by 30+year mechanic Joey. He did a superb,fantastic job! Brakes are his specialty.At Lasorsa the customer always comes first. You are treated as family by all. Mr. John Zahra,the owner is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares and this is reflected in all 3 of his service reps,Jay,John ,and Ariel. These gentleman know GM cars inside out. Jay takes pride,as do his co-workers in delivering quality,caring service to customers,who by the way are treated as family by them. Over the years I have been to many GM dealerships and service depts over the years..but nowhere have I ever felt the care and concern that I feel here. Lasorsa, not only stands by their cars,they stand by the service they give also. They treat your car as if it were their own. The prices are very reasonable but the service is Platinum service ALL THE WAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. In my opinion,Mr.Zahra and Jay deserve promotions for the excellent calibre of work they do. They represent the GM tradition in ways no others can!
