couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. My salesman got me the best price (with deep discounts). Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!!

Had my car for like 3 months now, it was not checked before leaving the lot, had to get new breaks for it, the check engine light keeps going on and off, but got turned away when I drove all the way there for my service appointment. Day of the purchase was smooth and efficient, and if everything agreed was with the car day of pick up, my rating would be 5 stars. However, they agreed to provide two roof rack cross bars. That was Dec. 19th. They were installed Feb. 25th (and I called a Wallingford dealer's parts dept. to enquire: they would have had them in within two days.) That delay is disappointing and detracts from the overall rating. However, again, first day in: ease of test driving multiple vehicles, efficiency and reasonableness of the negotiation, speed of closing out the deal, all excellent!

The manager was not willing to resolve or mediate the issue. He insisted it was on the paper I signed. My mistake for not seeing the small check off box on one of the million papers I signed. A legitimate dealership would never think about selling a car with a branded title. It was never verbally disclosed to me during the process.

We did not need a third car (as we have already have 2 cars) till summer (when my older son would be back from college). But, Bolt EV was having great discounts and we decided to buy the car. We also knew that their was a $1,500 CT state cash back that one could get for the car.
We gave a price that we were willing to pay for the car. The price was accepted immediately. We confirmed a couple of times that we will still be getting the CT state $1,500 cash back. The salesperson stated that we would be entitled to that money when we file our taxes.
We went to sign the papers. One of the papers stated that the price of the car includes the $1,500 CT state cash back. They were giving the dicount to us when they agreed to the price of the car and they will get that money back. So, we felt misinformed as the price that we had agreed on included the $1,500 CT state discount.
We should have walked off. We had already started signing the papers. I guess the subtle pressure made us complete the process of buying the car. I did not expect that a car dealer would ask us to sign papers to give the CT state discount of $1,500 to them.
I guess next time I will be prepared to walk off when a car dealer does something similar.

Based on the selection of on-hand inventory, I went to McDermott Chevrolet to check it out. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but wanted to see up close. Dave White was right there to answer questions. He offered a test drive so we gave it a spin. He knew all the answers to any question, features etc. He was right there to help me confirm what I wanted. I didn’t come with my trade-in, but we talked price and in no time came to an agreement (no pressure, ho hassle). I gave a deposit and said I’d be back next day with trade-in. Dave made this the easiest transaction EVER! Next day, my new ride was sitting right out front, all sparkling & clean. He gathered my documents, introduced me to the finance guy and literally 20 minutes later DONE! Could not have been simpler.
Dave then spent some quality time with me to get things set up and learn the new features. Super helpful!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We are shopping for a new suv, and have test driven several cars at other dealerships. We were ready to decide between the Mazda and Kia but needed to test drive. We went to the dealership at 5 pm after work with our infant in tow. Two employees saw us walk in, neither greeted us. When we walked to the back of the sales floor to inquire about test driving both cars, we were told we cannot test drive due to covid. We had our masks on, but both sales reps said “if we let you test drive, and then you don’t take the car, we have to clean it and we are the only ones here”. We have been to Smithtown Kia, and Riverhead Toyota and Hyundai and had no issue test driving any vehicles. This dealership lost our business and we are extremely disappointed as it would have been nice to be purchase a car from a local dealer.

This dealership is brutal. I brought my Chevy truck 2 times to have work done. Both times my truck was there for over 3 weeks. They do not communicate with you at all. You have to call them to find out the progress on your vehicle constantly. They always have some answers to keep you at bay. Recently I brought my truck 3 plus weeks later and 1,000 dollars down and I left the lot with my air bag and seat belt light on the dash board, and a empty gas tank. When I called to tell them they would not fix the problem,they said the light was not on when they turned the car over to me. Not only is this Ethically wrong,this is Fundamentally wrong on so many levels. If you let someone leave your lot with your airbag light on that means is not working properly if Incase of on accident if air bags don’t deploy it could be deadly and they told me they would not do anything to correct the problem. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that doesn’t have your safety I’m mind. Please think very carefully before doing any business with this company.

Buyer beware: I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado that is 2 days old on a flat bed with 200 miles on it. Cargill has not been helpful in the least bit telling both myself and GM headquarters there’s “nothing more they can do”
They initially told me they would replace the part in a few days ( a brand new truck shouldn’t need a part first of all)
Then after not hearing from them I called and they said it could be weeks. They gave me a loaner that is basically a go cart on truck wheels and told me that was comparable. Which it is far from.
They then told me I couldn’t return it which is not true according to the consumer rights act.
If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from them think twice, they will not stand by it. I have contacted GM and I’m also contacting the better business bureau, state attorney general and will plaster all over social media.
