No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car manufactors and a couple other Nissan Dealers to try and gage and get the best vehicle at my price and i think i did that here. I’ve never gone into a dealer by myself to shop for a car because it always seemed too intimidating and too much of a hassle. That was until I went to Yorktown Heights Nissan and met my salesperson Michael Britt. Can’t say enough about the incredible customer service he delivered. He was patient; he encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I liked because he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He explained all the features of each car in detail. Since I was buying pre-certified , Michael explained the carfax report , the mileage per year, history of ownership etc. After I decided on a car he explained the financing process. The day I picked up the car he spent time again going over everything about the car. Michael is a no-pressure salesperson who is willing to spend time helping his customers.

I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. Ask for Phil, He's fantastic. He went above and beyond to get my wife into a car so she could get to work today. He gave her dealer plates and made the finance guys stay an hour late after they closed. Seriously, did the best to serve us. Now, why are the financial deals all scheduled the last two days of the month? I don't know seems like an issue, but Phil doesn't care about that he only cares about you and your needs.

Since I've had such great experience with George Harte in the past and I wanted to upgrade my current vehicle I of course went back to George Harte. Salesman Singe introduced himself as I was casually browsing the lot on a Wednesday night after work. He asked me what I was in the market for and we took an SUV for a spin. We chatted on the ride and came back for "the discussion" that we all dread. I was pleasantly surprised. After a nice conversation with sales manager Joe Tramuta I ended up leasing a beautiful white Sentra that I'm very pleased with. This is my 2nd vehicle that I've purchased from Harte and I've had nothing but top notched service from them. Both Joe and Singh were very professional, not pushy and very courteous. If you value your time and money, do not buy Nissan. Awful customer service, they don't stand buy the vehicles when something goes wrong. I used to be loyal to the brand, but in my very last purchased they have cheated me with a vehicle that has many issues. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition, beautiful car, but underneath it all, the car is a mountain of issues. Rattles, center console turns of for no reason, Bluetooth is useless, and many other issue that would be considered nitpicking. I dnt know what other company to trust after I return this stress on wheels. I am very disappointed Nissan. Now for Hoffman? They only pretend to care about their customers before they sign a lease or purchase contract. After you walk out of there with your vehicle, expect the worst service I have received in my last 2 decades of owning new cars. They dnt clean your car, if you ask for it, they just hose it down and give it to you all wet! Never clean the interior. They won't resolve your car issues and are just dismissive. I have been going in and out of the dealership for months now trying to fix a defective unit in my 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition and they haven't done anything. Do your research and find out that Nissan is being suit for many car failures. I warn you, stay away!!

Was shopping for a new car and stopped into Miller Nissan. We were greeted immediately by a sales associate Kasha. We were just looking but, she was so easy and informative. She showed us one of the manager's specials and told us about the car. We were hooked. Kasha made the entire experience unlike any car buying experience I had ever had before. She was easy going, informative, friendly, professional and helpful. I would say we bought the car because of her. The fact that she didn't pressure us and genuinely wanted to help us decide what was the best thing for us. The finance department was eager to help us get the best financing and help make a smooth transaction.
I highly recommend Kasha and her team at Miller Nissan in Fairfield.

I want to warn you all about Kerry Putrimas who's the unfortunate sales manager who mocked me on their sales floor when I asked for clarification on my contract. I regretfully purchased a 2016 Sentra from this location. I was involved in an accident that I needed to review my contract with Nissan about and it was time sensitive. I called a couple of days ago with no response back. Today I called again and was told I would get a call back in an hour. I called over an hour later and no response so I decided to go in to the location. I asked to speak with the man who sold my car to me. She immediately placed herself in the situation and I declined, however she insisted that she were the one to help. I was unaware that the airbags were recalled at the exact time frame of my cars construction and the Car Fax stated that they were never fixed. I found this out after I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and collided with the front of my car. Kerry Putrimas offered me no customer service or empathy after a traumatic experience in a severely dangerous car and car accident when she mocked me by repeating my questions back in a child-like manner. I told her she's lucky I'm alive to tell her this and she had not one care. I called back after to get her name to report to customer service and the person who answered the phone refused to give me her full name and kept asking for mine. Everything's on the Internet now so I've attached her linked-in account so you can avoid her if you see her face. Do not give this dealership your business. They do not deserve a dime of your money. All of this nonsense over me coming in to ask a question!

The service is so bad . They make you believe you get everything done the way you have agreed till you reach the last step of signing the papers. I have been told that I have to pay $ 2000 down payment in order for them to hold the car for me. I agreed and later went in to sign all the necessary paperwork to get the deal done. But that was a mistake because after getting there the whole story has changed. The car was supposed to be on my business name and we had agreed on monthly payments. After all was done they came and said if the car is put under the business name the payments would change , which they did not say the first time I was there and before they collected the down payment. The deal went down and I asked for my refund. The manager came in and tried to sell his story how it works and got mad because he thought he sold the car . The finance guy was yelling out of his room across me saying stuff that I really did not hear. Overall the customer service was so bad and disrespectful , they do not know how to treat the customers . BAD Management and finance guy needs to learn how to respect customers .

I brought my Titan in for 20000 mole service which is oil and filter brake fluid exchange tire rotation and other safety related items. I made an appointment with the 20k service request left the truck there all day and they only changed the oil. I found this out when I went to pay. The woman in service said I didn’t request that. If I didn’t request it how did I know the exact price? They said they would take care of everything else while I waited. The told me they changed the brake fluid but when I looked at the truck the bleeder valves still had dust on them. Not only did they take my money but they gave me a false sense of security that me and my family had all the safety items taken care of. If you love your family and value your hard earned money don’t go here!

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
