Alam made the process of my first leasing experience a breeze. He found the exact color combination for the car I wanted, which I know was not easy for him. He was reassuring throughout our encounter and I love the Murano I drove home today. Alam was courteous, professional and kind. The financing also went smoothly. The transaction was not painfully long, like I remember with most of my car purchases, which was pleasantly surprising. If I don't actually buy this Murano when the lease is up, I am sure I will lease another one from Alam at that time.

I was lucky to get help from Daniel Pantori while getting a new lease (a 2018 Altima). Daniel played a very good role in facilitating a final deal between the management and myself.

Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.

Worst nightmare! - LuisDeJesus
If you value your time and money, do not buy Nissan. Awful customer service, they don't stand buy the vehicles when something goes wrong. I used to be loyal to the brand, but in my very last purchased they have cheated me with a vehicle that has many issues. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition, beautiful car, but underneath it all, the car is a mountain of issues. Rattles, center console turns of for no reason, Bluetooth is useless, and many other issue that would be considered nitpicking. I dnt know what other company to trust after I return this stress on wheels. I am very disappointed Nissan. Now for Hoffman? They only pretend to care about their customers before they sign a lease or purchase contract. After you walk out of there with your vehicle, expect the worst service I have received in my last 2 decades of owning new cars. They dnt clean your car, if you ask for it, they just hose it down and give it to you all wet! Never clean the interior. They won't resolve your car issues and are just dismissive. I have been going in and out of the dealership for months now trying to fix a defective unit in my 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition and they haven't done anything. Do your research and find out that Nissan is being suit for many car failures. I warn you, stay away!!

After being disappointed at another dealership we decided to go to Crowley Nissan in Bristol, CT. We had an amazing experience. JT, our salesman was great. He listened to our ideas on what we were looking for and was knowledgeable of the vehicle. He kept us updated every step of the way. Wayne, the sales manager assisted us from start to finish. He made our buying experience exceptional. You can tell that he sincerely cares about his customer's experience and works hard to please. Wayne presented us with different options when we were not quite sure which financing route to take and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns.Gretchen, the F&I Manager, worked diligently to get us the best financing rates. She was knowledgeable of the different warranty's and made us feel at ease throughout the F&I process. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the quality of service was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend Crowley Nissan of Bristol for all of your car buying needs. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. - The Chabot Family
Miller Nissan the worst dealership on the planet!!! - nissan
Bought a CPO Nissan Titan with 13K miles from their con artist of a salesman Brian Long who will tell you any lie he needs to too make the sale. He told me my truck was a single owner from the south and it was a 1yr lease. I notice all the rust underneath and said this truck is obviously from the north but him and his coworker assured me several times it wasn’t. Come to find out after I bought the truck it was actually an Enterprise rental from NY. One owner with a thousand different drivers beating on it, way to go Miller Nissan! I’ve had to take the truck to my local Nissan dealership varies times for transmission issues and engine coolant leak issues. I’ve only been driving the truck for 3 months and it still has less than 15K miles. Their CPO is a joke they probably never even looked at my truck. My local dealer said the TSB recalls for the transmission were never even done. Any shady used car dealership would be better than this place. They shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves a Nissan dealer.
Great salesman really bad finance rep - Phychem
I went with a friend who wanted to buy a used car. We received great customer service from the time we entered the door. The manager attended us immediately and Kyle Price was our salesman. Kyle gave us great service, he is very professional and courteous.
The problem was with the finance guy. He was rude and unprofessional. The bank was offering a rate of 9.99% interest, which is high.
Such a high rate is understandable due to the short credit history of the client. My friend decided not to take the finance and not buy the car. That is when this guy got mad at him. He became insistent and we felt pressured to make a purchase.
The finance guy went through all the finance options and we felt that none were appropriate. We are not obligated to purchase anything and after that treatment it becomes difficult to accept any offer. The rapport but built by Kyle was destroyed by the finance rep.
Here's are some of his remarks addressed to us:
" What you were expecting when you came here, a free car?"
" You think that you are smarter than the rest"
" Next time tell the salesman what your expectations are before making the finance people lose their time"
Still I would buy when this guy is not around.
Why make an appointment - Tamyg
I made an appointment well in advance so I could come in for an oil change on my day off. I had a 1:20pm appointment scheduled. I arrive on time and was told I would have to wait 1 to 1.5 hours. I had done my grocery shopping before and all my groceries were in the trunk. I could not wait that long and that’s why I made the appointment. The women said they got a lot of walk ins probably because of the holiday and they were ahead of me. I just don’t see why I made an appointment if other people were being put in my spot. It caused a lot of unnecessary trouble. I drove 20 minutes to an appointment that was given to walk in customers. If this is the way it’s run then maybe they should make appointments.
FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! - Mazda
This dealer is actually Manchester City Nissan now. Very shady!!!!
I saw the listing on auto trader for the exact car I wanted at this dealership. It was advertised for $10,900. I called and asked if it was still available and it was so I drove 150 miles to check it out, prepared to buy it. I test drove it. All good. I was ready to buy it for the advertised price. I expected the paperwork to total out at around $12,000 (taxes, doc fees etc.) included. Nope ...... $15,200. They upped the price $3,000. Slimeballs!!!
We dickered a bit but got nowhere. I went home.
Bad service - Melly
The service is so bad . They make you believe you get everything done the way you have agreed till you reach the last step of signing the papers. I have been told that I have to pay $ 2000 down payment in order for them to hold the car for me. I agreed and later went in to sign all the necessary paperwork to get the deal done. But that was a mistake because after getting there the whole story has changed. The car was supposed to be on my business name and we had agreed on monthly payments. After all was done they came and said if the car is put under the business name the payments would change , which they did not say the first time I was there and before they collected the down payment. The deal went down and I asked for my refund. The manager came in and tried to sell his story how it works and got mad because he thought he sold the car . The finance guy was yelling out of his room across me saying stuff that I really did not hear. Overall the customer service was so bad and disrespectful , they do not know how to treat the customers . BAD Management and finance guy needs to learn how to respect customers .
Sales excellent!!! Service worst!!! - Speckers02
Nissan sales is always top of the line and excellent however, Nissan service in my opinion is lacking courtesy, detail in explaining what is covered and what is not and most of all honesty!
Love the car but Nissan service is truly lacking!
False Advertising - Ken L
Not happy, I have been a Jeep owner my whole adult life and we are in the market for a new one. I did a search for a dealership that was open for business on Sunday and found Executive Dodge Jeep was open at 1100am on a Sunday. Awesome ,loadeded the family in the car and drove 45 minutes. To find out they were closed. The business hours on the door also said open at 1100am on Sunday. Very disappointed in their lack of detail to store hours and likely a reflection of overall service.
Great experience - Chris
Highly recommend buying from Grossman. No pressure sales. Addressed all my questions and took care of any issues regarding the used car we bought prior to finishing the purchase.
Deception and the WORST Customer Service! - RNMom
Our family has leased & purchased all of our cars from Middletown Nissan over the past 9 years. We always worked with Bob Hahn who was an absolute pleasure to work with, but has sadly since left.
I recently went to Middletown Nissan to purchase a used car for my 16 year old Son, his first car. We decided on a 2013 VW Jetta. We test drove it, & for the price & mileage, it checked all of the boxes so we left to think it over.
We went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Our original Sales person was off for the day, so we met with another, who was very nice & accommodating.
HOWEVER, the car's hubcaps were now missing from the car. After a bit of back and forth, they found 4 and placed them on. We drove the car home.
THE VERY NEXT DAY, my Son got into the car & the key would not turn in the ignition. The ignition was very loose & despite turning the LOCKED WHEEL back & forth, it wouldn't budge.
I called Middletown Nissan & spoke to the service mgr , Gino, who was adamant that I wasn't understanding what he was instructing me to do (even though I've been a licensed driver for 35 years, go figure) & reluctantly stated he would send a tow truck over "but if he gets it started, you have to pay for it". Ha, NO!
The tow truck driver arrived, jimmied around with the key in the ignition & started the car. He instructed us to drive it straight to the dealership and advised us that the ignition was "shot". We also noticed that the passenger side mirror had tape placed over it, giving the appearance of a "fun house mirror". HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!
Arriving at Middletown Nissan, we were greeted by Gino who again, was adamant, that the ignition was fine! We showed him the mirror, which he agreed to fix, but after being treated like an absolute idiot, I stated I wanted to terminate the transaction. There was NO WAY I was putting my 16 year old Son into this car with a faulty ignition. I was told that I could NOT return the car.
Seth, the sales mgr took myself & my Son into his office & asked us to let them make it right. He stated they would REPLACE the ignition AND the mirror (which was also missing the signal portion on the rear side).
Car was purchased on Thursday, returned on Friday for repair. I was told that we would have the car back by "Tues. at the latest".
The following Wed. I CALLED to inquire about the status of the car. I spoke to Carl who could not find my name in the system. After a long hold, he stated it was still listed as stock. I was told that they were still waiting on the ignition & mirror from VW and "Seth said it should be all set in a few days".
Thurs. morning I receive a call from Carl stating the car is all set. I asked if they received the parts to which I was told the mirror was replaced, but the ignition was "cleaned out. It was full of gunk and a piece of plastic was inside but it's ok now." I refused to accept that, & again, asked why the ignition was not replaced. I was put on hold and Seth got on the phone. He assured me that the ignition was now fine, he "started the car 50 times without an issue" and I could come get the car.
We arrived that evening at 5:30. Seth was not there. At approx. 6p, the car was pulled to the front.
My husband got in the vehicle & the key would not turn in the ignition!! We told Seth that we did not want the car, it was not repaired as promised.
Seth proceeded to get in the car and repeatedly turned on/off the car AT LEAST 10 times after we told him we were not taking the car. When Seth got out of the car, my husband stated again, that we were not taking the car and asked Seth if he could show us another car. Seth said "NO! I have been more than generous with you people." He held the key up to my husband, and when asked who was going to fix the ignition his reply was "Go to VW, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOW!"
I immediately went inside to Middletown Nissan & asked to speak to the GM, Michael Hamadi. He was accommodating and stated not only would he take the car back, but he would refund my deposit and I could stop by the next day for a check.
I called on Fri. to inquire about my check and was put on hold/in vm's/no return calls for days. I DID NOT GIVE UP!
I did receive my refund, 2 weeks later, after dealing with lies after lies.
Gino and Seth are not even remotely competent to deal with people. Their lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills are an embarrassment to this establishment.
You've lost several customers due to this nightmare, and I'm sure many more.
Trust is the foundation of any relationship, and this establishment lacks it!
Thieves - Mary1Car
I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

La Quea Rayon could not have been more pleasant - I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, her enthusiasm and knowledge of the NIssan line was apparent - and felt no pressure what so ever. Her patience with me when I had her going over the controls in the car for the third time - was genuine.
Thanks for making this a pleasant experience!
The one negative... was with the paper work. Fix your printer or print to another one! The pages of documents for my files have blots of printer stains - I had to scan and send to someone - very unprofessional looking - I would have rather had clean documents simply scanned to me. Not okay.
But most importantly - I love the car!
dealer folds after my puchase and doesn't what was in contra - wa
on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
Excellent experience and a great salesman!!! - Auchavin3
We have been to Nissan 112 numerous times for leases and just recently, a purchase. Our salesman, Rob Campbell, is wonderful. He's helped us on all our leases and our recent purchase. He went out of his way to satisfy us and make our experiences pleasant. We would absolutely recommend him and Nissan 112 to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!!!
What was a great experience turned bad months later - Suraki45
What originally was a good experience turned sour. I had gone over numbers with Dimitry, and after being reluctant to get a car that day the manager offered me a great deal and also taking over my remaining few payments I had on my current lease and any over mileage. Sat down and filled out all the paperwork, Dimitry had filled out a form called a"lease turn in disclosure statement" stating that any cars they take over and making payments on needed this form filled out which he filled in all remaing payments I had as well as the over mileage on it, and I signed. A month or so later I get an email from nissan stating that I owed money on over mileage so I contact Dimitry who says to forward him the info and he will get it taken care of since that was our agreement. Don't hear anything from him so I assume everything was taking care of u,til I get a letter in the mail stating that the previous balance is in collections. I call nissan to see what is going on, and they inform me that the balance is still pending. Call the dealership and they don't know what that's all about so I show up and am told that because it's not in the computer than it wasn't part of the deal. The manager than shows me a paper asking if we filled it out which was the "lease turn in disclosure statement" saying that they are all meticulous about paperwork . I did recall filling that out and told him and was told they would check my folder in the accounting department that was in another building and closed bc of 4th of july. Ok 2 days later I call back ( Their July 5th) and told the file was pulled but No one was able to get it over there. When asked why they couldn't fax over the information or email it over I was told that was not possible. The next day I email Dimitry who was talking with Mirza and was told they would get back to me. Few hours later I got no call or response so I email again, no response. I call up and was told both are with clients to please hold. Got hung up on so I call back, put on hold and was hung up on an additional 6 times. Was told they were with clients and they would call me back, so I said I would be up there in 15 minutes. When I arrived at approx 430 was told Mirza had left for the day and he would look into it again the next day but the accounting department was closed on the weekend so I might have to wait until Monday. Of course I did! Monday I get the same runaround all day so I show up again, and of course nobody was able to get the folder to confirm the lease turn in disclosure statement that was in there, but Mirza would have them email him the information. Next day after calling a few times he sends me a paper on my new lease claiming that no one in the department saw anything about them paying over mileage. So I show up again. Sit down with both Miss a and Dimitry and is told that Dimitry doesn't recall filli,g anything like that out and being that I only had a few payments left there was no need to fill out a lease turn in disclosure statement and that Its not there. And that the saleperson would not have even gone out to the car to check the mileage for that disclosure statement. Lies, after lies, after lies. Their story has changed multiple times in order not to pay the over mileage on my previous leasetbey took over. Extremely diceitful, and shady. I am going to discuss this matter with corporate and BBB, I know we had filled out that form, and because I cannot find my copy of it, they are claiming it doesn't exist at all, even though prior to me being adamant about us signing itamd me wanting to seeit, they both were stating that the information would be on that sheet.
