Easy process overall - Marly
This is my 4th Nissan car since I've lived in the US. I didn't feel pressed or stressed by Greg. Buying a car is an major event, at least for me. The finance part was a little rushed, I felt, and it was a little nerve-racking, but not unpleasant overall :) Greg was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Thank you once more!

Great vehicle! - Davoyan
I purchased a pre-owned 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, gently used, a little over a month ago from Ashraful Alam. The vehicle has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend Legend Nissan to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great experience buying a car at Yorktown Nissan - Nancy4
I’ve never gone into a dealer by myself to shop for a car because it always seemed too intimidating and too much of a hassle. That was until I went to Yorktown Heights Nissan and met my salesperson Michael Britt. Can’t say enough about the incredible customer service he delivered. He was patient; he encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I liked because he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He explained all the features of each car in detail. Since I was buying pre-certified , Michael explained the carfax report , the mileage per year, history of ownership etc. After I decided on a car he explained the financing process. The day I picked up the car he spent time again going over everything about the car. Michael is a no-pressure salesperson who is willing to spend time helping his customers.
The easiest and best experience that I ever encountered with - Elyse2018
My experience was phenomenal! I have been leasing Nissans for about 25 years. This was my best experience! I found the salesman on this review page. I knew exactly what I wanted to lease! A 2018 Rgue Sv. We negotiated a price on the phone in minutes. All of the paperwork was completed by email and text. I arrived at Baron Nissan in the evening. The lease manager was straight forward and honest! I was given exactly the vehicle and terms that was discussed on the phone. Pierro Lisse was the kindest and most helpful car salesman that I ever dealt with. He will get my repeat business on all my future leases. I was in and out within one hour. That included setting my my favorite radio stations. Pierro even stayed to show me features on the car after the dealership had closed. My experience was a perfect 10. I recommend the dealership, lease manager and Pirro to everyone!

Ask for Phil, He's fantastic. He went above and beyond to get my wife into a car so she could get to work today. He gave her dealer plates and made the finance guys stay an hour late after they closed. Seriously, did the best to serve us. Now, why are the financial deals all scheduled the last two days of the month? I don't know seems like an issue, but Phil doesn't care about that he only cares about you and your needs.
No pressure, hassle free - Nissan 18
This is my my fifth car from this dealership. I return because I have never had a single issue with the dealership or service center.
AMAZING!! - Kshope724

Worst nightmare! - LuisDeJesus
If you value your time and money, do not buy Nissan. Awful customer service, they don't stand buy the vehicles when something goes wrong. I used to be loyal to the brand, but in my very last purchased they have cheated me with a vehicle that has many issues. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition, beautiful car, but underneath it all, the car is a mountain of issues. Rattles, center console turns of for no reason, Bluetooth is useless, and many other issue that would be considered nitpicking. I dnt know what other company to trust after I return this stress on wheels. I am very disappointed Nissan. Now for Hoffman? They only pretend to care about their customers before they sign a lease or purchase contract. After you walk out of there with your vehicle, expect the worst service I have received in my last 2 decades of owning new cars. They dnt clean your car, if you ask for it, they just hose it down and give it to you all wet! Never clean the interior. They won't resolve your car issues and are just dismissive. I have been going in and out of the dealership for months now trying to fix a defective unit in my 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition and they haven't done anything. Do your research and find out that Nissan is being suit for many car failures. I warn you, stay away!!
Great Experience - ctby
Was shopping for a new car and stopped into Miller Nissan. We were greeted immediately by a sales associate Kasha. We were just looking but, she was so easy and informative. She showed us one of the manager's specials and told us about the car. We were hooked. Kasha made the entire experience unlike any car buying experience I had ever had before. She was easy going, informative, friendly, professional and helpful. I would say we bought the car because of her. The fact that she didn't pressure us and genuinely wanted to help us decide what was the best thing for us. The finance department was eager to help us get the best financing and help make a smooth transaction.
I highly recommend Kasha and her team at Miller Nissan in Fairfield.
Second Rogue Lease - JoanneR
Worked with Steve on a lease of a 2018 Rogue. I leased from him 3 years ago and had such a great experience that I made an appointment with him for the new lease. Steve really listened to my needs and he found a car that had all my requirements, including the budget. He never pressured me, just kept listening and kept working to help me find the right car at the right price.

Best Dealership in Ct - Tehisha M
My experience at county line was awesome. They really went out there way to get me approved and into a car I was comfortable in. I'm glad I stopped here to inquire about getting a new car because now im so happy in my new Nissan. Frank and Moe are the best and I am going to recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Again Guys!!!!!!!
Bad service - Melly
The service is so bad . They make you believe you get everything done the way you have agreed till you reach the last step of signing the papers. I have been told that I have to pay $ 2000 down payment in order for them to hold the car for me. I agreed and later went in to sign all the necessary paperwork to get the deal done. But that was a mistake because after getting there the whole story has changed. The car was supposed to be on my business name and we had agreed on monthly payments. After all was done they came and said if the car is put under the business name the payments would change , which they did not say the first time I was there and before they collected the down payment. The deal went down and I asked for my refund. The manager came in and tried to sell his story how it works and got mad because he thought he sold the car . The finance guy was yelling out of his room across me saying stuff that I really did not hear. Overall the customer service was so bad and disrespectful , they do not know how to treat the customers . BAD Management and finance guy needs to learn how to respect customers .
Sales excellent!!! Service worst!!! - Speckers02
Nissan sales is always top of the line and excellent however, Nissan service in my opinion is lacking courtesy, detail in explaining what is covered and what is not and most of all honesty!
Love the car but Nissan service is truly lacking!
Anthony Elder - Dc
Anthony Elder is the best. He works in the service department. He helped me with my wife's recall on her jeep. He got me in and out with short notice. All around he's a great guy, definitely an asset to your company. -Danny C.
Run away - DAAAB
This is Manchester City Nissan. They are old fashioned car salesman out to make a quick buck any way they can. Went to buy a car that was advertised in True car. They added on so many extra charges so that the price was almost $3,000 more than advertised. They added things to the sale that were never explained to me . Very dishonest .
Deception and the WORST Customer Service! - RNMom
Our family has leased & purchased all of our cars from Middletown Nissan over the past 9 years. We always worked with Bob Hahn who was an absolute pleasure to work with, but has sadly since left.
I recently went to Middletown Nissan to purchase a used car for my 16 year old Son, his first car. We decided on a 2013 VW Jetta. We test drove it, & for the price & mileage, it checked all of the boxes so we left to think it over.
We went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Our original Sales person was off for the day, so we met with another, who was very nice & accommodating.
HOWEVER, the car's hubcaps were now missing from the car. After a bit of back and forth, they found 4 and placed them on. We drove the car home.
THE VERY NEXT DAY, my Son got into the car & the key would not turn in the ignition. The ignition was very loose & despite turning the LOCKED WHEEL back & forth, it wouldn't budge.
I called Middletown Nissan & spoke to the service mgr , Gino, who was adamant that I wasn't understanding what he was instructing me to do (even though I've been a licensed driver for 35 years, go figure) & reluctantly stated he would send a tow truck over "but if he gets it started, you have to pay for it". Ha, NO!
The tow truck driver arrived, jimmied around with the key in the ignition & started the car. He instructed us to drive it straight to the dealership and advised us that the ignition was "shot". We also noticed that the passenger side mirror had tape placed over it, giving the appearance of a "fun house mirror". HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!
Arriving at Middletown Nissan, we were greeted by Gino who again, was adamant, that the ignition was fine! We showed him the mirror, which he agreed to fix, but after being treated like an absolute idiot, I stated I wanted to terminate the transaction. There was NO WAY I was putting my 16 year old Son into this car with a faulty ignition. I was told that I could NOT return the car.
Seth, the sales mgr took myself & my Son into his office & asked us to let them make it right. He stated they would REPLACE the ignition AND the mirror (which was also missing the signal portion on the rear side).
Car was purchased on Thursday, returned on Friday for repair. I was told that we would have the car back by "Tues. at the latest".
The following Wed. I CALLED to inquire about the status of the car. I spoke to Carl who could not find my name in the system. After a long hold, he stated it was still listed as stock. I was told that they were still waiting on the ignition & mirror from VW and "Seth said it should be all set in a few days".
Thurs. morning I receive a call from Carl stating the car is all set. I asked if they received the parts to which I was told the mirror was replaced, but the ignition was "cleaned out. It was full of gunk and a piece of plastic was inside but it's ok now." I refused to accept that, & again, asked why the ignition was not replaced. I was put on hold and Seth got on the phone. He assured me that the ignition was now fine, he "started the car 50 times without an issue" and I could come get the car.
We arrived that evening at 5:30. Seth was not there. At approx. 6p, the car was pulled to the front.
My husband got in the vehicle & the key would not turn in the ignition!! We told Seth that we did not want the car, it was not repaired as promised.
Seth proceeded to get in the car and repeatedly turned on/off the car AT LEAST 10 times after we told him we were not taking the car. When Seth got out of the car, my husband stated again, that we were not taking the car and asked Seth if he could show us another car. Seth said "NO! I have been more than generous with you people." He held the key up to my husband, and when asked who was going to fix the ignition his reply was "Go to VW, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOW!"
I immediately went inside to Middletown Nissan & asked to speak to the GM, Michael Hamadi. He was accommodating and stated not only would he take the car back, but he would refund my deposit and I could stop by the next day for a check.
I called on Fri. to inquire about my check and was put on hold/in vm's/no return calls for days. I DID NOT GIVE UP!
I did receive my refund, 2 weeks later, after dealing with lies after lies.
Gino and Seth are not even remotely competent to deal with people. Their lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills are an embarrassment to this establishment.
You've lost several customers due to this nightmare, and I'm sure many more.
Trust is the foundation of any relationship, and this establishment lacks it!
My Harte Experience - Basz99
I had the best experience with salesman Lavon he made my situation so great. He brought me to different vehicles and option and help me make my choice on my new Altima.
Bad experience - Trzur7
My husband and I visited the dealership looking at a used vehicle. The salesman Ray was somewhat unprofessional. Complained about his co-workers going out after work???? He had a little attitude when asked about negotiating the price of the vehicle. He kept asking my husband to sign multiple forms in which I had to keep asking what it was. We left and visited another dealer the next day and they told us Grossmans had 13 hits on his credit report which didn't help our rate. We did not buy from Grossmans.

Thieves - Mary1Car
I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.
