Mark from the onset, AJ on the handoff, Joe on the trade-in and George in the business office...such an easy and fair process start to finish. How often do you remember 4 names like that?? And the SUV we bought is 100% one of a kind. Glad we did business here and recommend to all others!

My wife bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot here. We got a great deal, as in there words, they are off the beaten path so have to lower their prices to be competitive. We worked with Dan Janus, and he was friendly, nice and helpful all the way though the transaction. They have low fees and do not pressure at all, no haggling needed, the price is already as low as they go. Overall we had a pleasant transaction, and the only thing I would say is poor Dan appears overworked and underpaid. At times he was a little slow to respond to emails/texts, but not for trying, working 10 hour days with no lunch. We got there in the end, viewed the car on Friday and drove it off the lot on Tuesday. Perhaps October is just their busy season.

I went there for a tire problem. They charged me for a of work equalling around 2300.00. Tell me I'm all set. A couple of weeks later I notice the tires were my original tires. They never put on my tires but charged me for it! No I'm sorry, no loner, just we won't charge you. Well thanks for not charging me for tires that you already charged me for. Worst customer services ever! I will not be returning to Brewster Ford. I should have been reimbursed for all the extra inconvenience they caused. Two more days without my car and I'm lucky a tire didn't blow on the highway while I'm driving on bad tires for two more weeks. When I thought I was all taken care of. What does Nick from Brewster Ford say, "I promise it won't happen again." Well he promised when I left the first time that I wouldn't have any more troubles. Nick your promises mean nothing. I will repeat this story to all my friends and family. Don't trust any work being completed at Brewster Ford. What a disappointment. Shame on Brewster Ford.

My used vehicle I purchased from them had an oil leak 1 week after the warranty expired. Then they made an appointment with me a week later making it two weeks and wouldn’t cover the $300 fix. They couldn’t even fix it themselves and said they would have to send it to Toyota. The mechanics are incompetent and no help and the staff was rude with their phone calls. I would not recommend them at all for new or used. The manager was disrespectful and rude as well. Go elsewhere and if you want a ford leave the area to find better service

My mother bought a car from here not that long ago. She absolutely loves her car, but had an issue with her sunroof not closing. She went into the service department and spoke to some plain jane women with glasses who was extremely rude. She told my mother that it would be $105 to fix the issue. I’ve been a service advisor for 10 years, and so has my other sister. So, she wanted to charge my mother an hours worth of labor to have a technician shove my mother’s moonroof closed essentially. When my mother said she didn’t have that kind of money at the moment she brushed my mom off and sent her away. When my mom was sitting in their waiting area calling me trying to figure out what to do, she over heard this rude woman talking about her to a Technician saying, “She has no money to fix her car, so we’re not doing anything.” The only reason my mother knew she was talking about her is because she heard the rude woman say “her daughter is a service advisor.” For the record, my entire family is in the automotive industry, and we work for multiple different manufacturers. This woman is the exact reason people hate coming to car dealerships. Because of disrespectful, uneducated, unprofessional employees like this woman. How dare you disrespect my mother, how dare you try and take advantage of someone who needs help. I truly hope you see this, and I hope there are some repercussions for your actions. You should be ashamed to have this woman as an employee at your establishment, because if this is how colonial represents itself no one I know will ever come to any of your stores.

Let me start off by saying Russell was amazing. Went in looking for a Mustang and he showed me the Shelby. I was referred to the General Sales Manager, Chris Febbraio, who insisted they wanted to sell the Shelby to a “local guy”
Good luck finding the right guy for your Shelby.

Our company needed 26 15 Passenger Vans for Thanksgiving Week parade in Manhattan New York. So we looked all around New York for a Car Rental Company or few f them and could not locate a company that will secure us more then 1 van. that until we found Pam Rent A Car. We came down to their office and took a look around and they do have dozes and dozes of 15 Passenger vans in NY. Now we knew our plan is secured and we will get all the vans we needed fr the parade. We immediately pen a corporate account that saved us over 10 percent off the total rate and secure the van rentals with a wire transfer t Pam Rent A Car Bank Account.
