This is to inform you that I've been a regular customer of Flemington/Cadillac. I’ve been dealing with the sales and services department regularly as well. However I’m writing this review for one of your employees who I have been interacting with on regular basis. His name is Duncan and I have been dealing with him since 2016. I just want to bring this to your notice that Duncan has been exceptional every time I have interacted with him. He’s been a thorough professional and an amazing human being as well. I have always been satisfied with his level of service and respect. His attention to detail is phenomenal & his customer services are simply off the charts.
I believe that Flemington GM has hired an amazing resource. A resource that should be nurtured by Flemington GM. He’s a great ambassador for your company and I believe that based on his services and on my (and few other regular customers) recommendation, he deserves a “Raise”. They went above and beyond in every way to solve an urgent problem. I have owned Cadillacs for many many years. This service department is by far the best any Cadillac dealer could offer. I worked with Kristie in the service department and she was extremely helpful to me. On two separate occasions I was considering a used Chevy Tahoe from external dealerships and Kristie and the techs were very gracious with their time and attention to detail in looking over the vehicles for me (without "nickel and diming" me). They were able to advise me out of a bad deal, and possible headaches in the future. The staff is very friendly, and Kristie provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Lucas Chevrolet.

I had an issue with the passenger airbag on my 2011 Chevy Equinox, per a flashing light on my instrument panel. Another dealership said that the repair would be arounf $850.00 to correct the situation. Looking for a second opinion, I visited Konner Chevrolet and spoke to Dean Konner, expaining the issue as communicated from the other dealership. Dean put mein touch with Santo Natoli, ther service manager. I pleasantly found out that there was in fact no $850.00 issue with the airbag, and the problem was fixed for NO CHARGE. Both Dean and Santo were very professional and courteous. Professionalism combined with total honesty is a scarce trait to find in todays world. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for repairs or purchasing a new or used vehicle.

My Malibu is just barely five years old. All my service and that of my family (2 other vehicles) have been through the Service Department. Our cars have never been taken to an outside mechanic. Everytime I go there the price runs $300-$700 because they always find a problem with something on the car. This time there were two things wrong on the car (brakes lights and flashers out) and parking brake (also was serviced and replaced previously) and I was charged a whopping $1,900 and some change. That is utterly ridiculous for a car that only has 82,000 miles and has been serviced by the same dealer since I bought it new. I believe that Chevy should stand behind the quality of its cars and give me some of this money back. Either that or the mechanics and service department see women and plan to rip them off because we don't know about cars. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to check out my remote start which is not working(which would have been several hundred more). I said no to that. For Chevy's Malibu to be named a reliable car it certainly has cost me a lot of monies. I have paid more in repairs than the car is worth. I think my next car will be anything but a Chevy or Toyota.

It took 2 1/2 hours to get a Chevy paid oil change. This is one hour more than their normal wait time which is 1 1/2 hours. Both are completely unacceptable especially when you consider that Jiffy Lube does the exact same service in 20 minutes. GM should drop the two free oil changes in favor of lowering the car price or they should give buyers and leasees a prepaid card good at any of the many oil change companies.

My back windshield was vandalized and the service department was able to take care of the repair quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Every time I went they found a large list of unrelated problems to the ones I want fix. At the end whatever the problem was they will not be fix.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
