Brought my 2018 X3 for its first service and a recall for a software update and fuel line check. I was directed to Isaac who explained to me what was being done and arranged for a loaner because this would take several hours to complete. Isaac called me the next day and said my car was ready. Everything went as smooth as can be as you would expect from BMW. Isaac was very professional and that was appreciated. The loaner was spotless when it was brought to me. This was my first experience with the service dept. at BMW of Brooklyn and it was a very good one. I would highly recommend them based on this initial experience.

Salesperson Couldn’t Care Less - Unhappy
Three years ago we leased a car from Springfield BMW. It was our 4th BMW lease but the first from Springfield. Several months before the end of the current lease we started receiving letters in the mail about getting a new lease. We contacted the salesperson who leased us the last car but he never returned our call after we left a message. We left a second message but again no call back. We finally sent an email several days later but unfortunately still no response. I guess he made enough money last month that he didn’t need my money. We called an got another salesperson but he couldn’t find anything and also did not follow through. We eventually went to Park Avenue BMW and entered into another lease since they worked hard to please the customer.

I can not imagine ever switching to a different BMW dealer (there are many in my region). My wife and I are on our 4th BMW from Open Road and will keep making great deals into the future. Most recently I had a service experience that truly set the bar very high. In the end, the staff including April, John and even Big Boss Jim made sure that I received top notch, service accommodations and then went even further to resolve an open issue with total respect and full consideration. (They even surprised me with a small repair on my other BMW ('14 X3) which was no longer covered by warranty). It doesn't get any better than that. I am looking forward (as I know they are) to the opening of their brand new, significantly larger Sales & Service Dealership across the highway in about 12 months. Congratulations to Open Road BMW.

Where do I begin? This dealership is near my job and they have 7am appointments which makes it ideal since I can drop my vehicle and pick it up. But, as you’re reading my review realize there’s a very good reason this dealership ALWAYS have available appointments when nearby dealerships have none. They’re extremely incompetent here and purposely manipulate your vehicle to ensure you come back for their recommended services.
This review is long overdue since every single time I come here I encounter an issue far worse than what I came for. This time I come for an oil change and the coolant needs to be refilled as well. I drop my vehicle off and at the end of the day the oil change and coolant was supposedly done. My service advisor Glenn Bourke stated there’s an issue with my sensor and that the part is currently out of stock but let him know if I want to fix the issue and he will order the part. He mentioned besides that there’s no real issues with my vehicle. Fast forward a day later after service I’m driving and my vehicle stops at the light and my vehicle will not cut on. Imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere having to get towed a day later. No one mentioned that the sensor issue would cause my car not to run. If that was the case I would’ve left my car there until the piece was ordered. But, that’s just another day of being a BMW Manhattan Service Center Customer. I can guarantee they will screw you royally. I have had enough I am sick of their bait and switch. This isn’t the first time it’s happened 5 months ago I came in for maintenance including service and the moron service advisor James Cathers told me my vehicle didn’t need Oil it needed other services which totaled about $650. The minute I get home my oil light comes on. I go to the dealership the next day and the James isn’t even there. Instead a service technician added oil for me. He must be well aware of the bull his place of employment puts their customers through. Til this day I have no clue what I paid $650 for.

This is one of the most beautiful and customer service oriented BMW dealerships I have ever dealt with. I am an indecisive buyer who also pushed hard on pricing and my fantastic salesman Mike was a patient advocate for me as I moved from pricing one car to another. Mike, with the support of Mohamed in Finance and Stuart in Management absolutely went above and beyond for me. BMW of Morristown puts the customer and their happiness with their vehicle above all else. They show a passion for the BMW brand and understand the excitement of buying a BMW, doing all that they can for their customers. I am grateful for this dealership and their amazing sales team.
