I had been searching for a new ride,was in a large Dodge journey,was lookingbforcsomthing smaller & lower cost over all. AARP suggested thus Dealership, called spoke for some time with Alexa,great person,look at inventory & was told they had ample stock on the model I wanted. Came in that afternoon, was treated by Mike Mangano who over from that point. As I always have done with the Dealer I was with for the past 8 leases,tell them you have 90 mins to get me in a vehicle & out ore you will we the seat of my pants leaving. Mike worked lijevtherecwas no tomorrow,with in 10 mins. Was being shown the model & color that I was looking for,but was pricedca bitnmorecthan I could go,plus it had a sunroof,Mike told me no problem would you be willing to go with a different color but with same equipment less sunroof, showed a Silver Renegade had just what I wanted, he started the process to return old lease & get into new one, onlyvstall we had was my ins. Broker it was after 3pm he leaves his office had to wait for him to return my call then it was off & smooth running. Took the time to explain the dash & workings of the vehicle. To date every thing we spoke about has been done to my saterfaction & delight. Good job by Mike Mangano & Alexa.

Repair Car and Made Right by My Concerns - Shannon
After having my car towed there for an issue it was having, they made the appropriate repairs. A day later my car had to be towed back there for an issue that seemed to be related to the repairs that were done, however, the repairs that were done weren’t the issue. The car had a still unexplained issue, but Towne went the extra mile to address all my concerns. They had the car in their possession to see if they could identify any issues, test drive it around and ensure that the car was safe for me to drive. Overall having an issue with your car is never a good experience, but Towne made sure to help me through it and I appreciate all the time and effort they took with me.

I don’t know how Neil goes to bed satisfied with himself. He is the biggest scam artist I have ever met in my life. When I first leased the car, I was promised all the bells and whistles. The second my money was handed over Neil was nowhere to be found. I have been promised a second set of keys since March which have yet to be mailed to me. It doesn’t help that the manager who oversees him is as equally incompetent. BR Hyundai has absolutely no pride in their company and definitely does not care about customer satisfaction. I will NEVER lease a car from them again.

They give car dealerships a bad name - - Disapointed
I will not even go into all the details of bait and switch that these folks pulled. When those sorts of things happen you almost kind of expect it from a car dealership. What I cannot tolerate is outright theft. On day one, I come in to lease a car and after signing the lease agreement I pay the amount that is due by giving them my card information. The car is coming from another location so I had to return the next day in order to pick it up. This is where the bait and switch shenanigans and extra payments begin, but again, that is not the focus of this review. That day, I noticed that on the prior day, instead of charging me once, they charged my card twice for the amount that was due. I brought this to their attention and they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about though it was right there in my account in black and white. They went on to say that it's probably some sort of glitch and that its a pending charge that won't actually go through, but that if for some reason it does go through they will refund it. You guessed it, the charge did go through and when I called them to refund this, suddenly the manager I need to speak to is never around. I email back and forth with the sales person with whom I was dealing and suddenly all she can say is that she told her boss about it and would get back to me. This was in April, it is now mid-July and I still have not heard anything from them. These people rely on it not being worth your time to come all the way down to their showroom and wait it out, waiting for the appropriate people to confront and everyone else always plays dumb like they don't know what is going on. This is not bending the truth or misleading advertising, this is THEFT pure and simple.
