I worked with Bruce and Dante. Bruce was especially friendly (both over the phone and in person). My air conditioner hose was clogged and repaired. However, as I was leaving, I realized the air blower was not working (due to a short from the water that was in the car). Bruce insisted I leave it with him for repair (under warranty).

I came in on Labor Day weekend to lease a new car for the first time, as birthday present to myself. Friendly staff greeted me and my salesman, Iggi, invited me to sit at his desk. Iggi worked with me on which vehicle best suited my needs and and we agreed on a price to fit my budget. Throughout the process, he gave very thorough explainations of the various packages and features being offered. I test drove the Elantra SE and was pleased with it. We were able to get the paperwork taken care of and I picked up my new car a few days later.

BEWARE This place is on its way down, I put 18k down on a new car and they robbed me over 15k by pocketing all my money and putting that I only gave them a fraction down and then took what they robbed from me and added it to the loan term, Stole my trade in, added unwanted warranties and damaged a new car and never fixed it.
Basically, the worst day of my life was going to Bay Ridge Hyundai. BEWARE and never go there unless you want to be taken advantage of in every way possible and they do not care what they did to your life as long as they got their scam money from you. BEWARE as far as the stars system goes, they don't deserve stars at all they should have a count for thumbs down times infinity. I am building a case to not only go after Bay Ridge and Hyundai but the bank as well and using multiple lawyers to send this place to floor and turn it into nothing more than a dollar store for ruining my life. funny how none of the team that did me it is not on the list below, They lost their jobs to hide what they will never make up to me, Oh except limo the manager that followed me to my car calling me a xxxx sucker after he wouldn't honor the damage and fraud.

Our salesman, Gaurav was great to work with and I can certainly say I would buy another car from him. We encountered one problem having to do with a specific feature we needed. I won’t go into detail. As a professional, I am familiar with service recovery, and he worked very hard to set things right. We are very happy with my daughter’s new car.
They give car dealerships a bad name - - Disapointed
I will not even go into all the details of bait and switch that these folks pulled. When those sorts of things happen you almost kind of expect it from a car dealership. What I cannot tolerate is outright theft. On day one, I come in to lease a car and after signing the lease agreement I pay the amount that is due by giving them my card information. The car is coming from another location so I had to return the next day in order to pick it up. This is where the bait and switch shenanigans and extra payments begin, but again, that is not the focus of this review. That day, I noticed that on the prior day, instead of charging me once, they charged my card twice for the amount that was due. I brought this to their attention and they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about though it was right there in my account in black and white. They went on to say that it's probably some sort of glitch and that its a pending charge that won't actually go through, but that if for some reason it does go through they will refund it. You guessed it, the charge did go through and when I called them to refund this, suddenly the manager I need to speak to is never around. I email back and forth with the sales person with whom I was dealing and suddenly all she can say is that she told her boss about it and would get back to me. This was in April, it is now mid-July and I still have not heard anything from them. These people rely on it not being worth your time to come all the way down to their showroom and wait it out, waiting for the appropriate people to confront and everyone else always plays dumb like they don't know what is going on. This is not bending the truth or misleading advertising, this is THEFT pure and simple.
