Clicking noises in the front end of 2017 XT5 - Bert Light
Kathy B is the best Service Consultant a customer can have, she is always very attentive to my needs and always resolves any issues. Had issues with a clicking noise coming from the front end of my 2017 XT5, it was diagnosed and corrected in 3 days. Was provided a loaner for the time the vehicle was in service, Kathy B. made the whole experience seamless. Haven't had any issues from the front end since it was repaired.

I have been using Milea service for my cars over 10 years and and they were always excellent. But, I have to say within the past 6 months that I have used them they are great. Nicer than ever to deal with and quick in their diagnosis and very fast in repairing the problem.

On 08/21/2018,I had my 4 rotors and brake pads replaced by 30+year mechanic Joey. He did a superb,fantastic job! Brakes are his specialty.At Lasorsa the customer always comes first. You are treated as family by all. Mr. John Zahra,the owner is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares and this is reflected in all 3 of his service reps,Jay,John ,and Ariel. These gentleman know GM cars inside out. Jay takes pride,as do his co-workers in delivering quality,caring service to customers,who by the way are treated as family by them. Over the years I have been to many GM dealerships and service depts over the years..but nowhere have I ever felt the care and concern that I feel here. Lasorsa, not only stands by their cars,they stand by the service they give also. They treat your car as if it were their own. The prices are very reasonable but the service is Platinum service ALL THE WAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. In my opinion,Mr.Zahra and Jay deserve promotions for the excellent calibre of work they do. They represent the GM tradition in ways no others can!

My back windshield was vandalized and the service department was able to take care of the repair quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Please do not waste your time or money. Technicians have no idea what they are doing. Went in for a noise - sounds like wheel bearings not sure. DID ZERO DIAGNOSTICS!!! They replaced ONLY 1 wheel bearing. Who does that? You ALWAYS replace BOTH wheel bearings on the same axle. Went back - sound still there. They replaced 2nd wheel bearing. sound still there. Technicians didnt bother to find why there was a loud sound. A loud roaring noise- maybe the rear differential?????? Technicians also said tires need to be rotated- I HAD BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON LAST WEEK!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer. I have been waiting for 2 days for the owner of Miller to reach out to me on the poor service we received on Saturday. We were made to look like fools. The salesperson took very little time with us to busy on his other sales. We signed paperwork on a purchase that somehow someone messed up. Made it look like my husband and I. Very upset with the way we were treated. I guess the owner won't have the respect to call us back then I guess my respect for the establishment will be clearly noted.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

Worst experience with a maintenance service. The owner Steve Cravotta lied to me and told me during 4 hours that my car would be ready in less than one hour. He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting.
I will not recommend this place to anyone and will never give them anymore business.
