We've had great experiences with Ford products purchased through a predecessor dealership. When they lost their Ford franchise, Salerno-Duane became a Ford dealer in addition to their Chryslere-Jeep dealership. We started leasing about nine years ago. We now are on our third round of three-year leases. Last February we leased a 2017 Fusion Sport. The wife loves it. I just took advantage of the end-of-year specials and leased a new 2018 Escape.
Our sales guy, Bud Dyer, is special. He 'retired' some years ago, but continues to service his long-time customers. I give Bud the functional and financial requirements I want met and Bud does all the heavy lifting. He finds the best deal and handles customer advocacy with management. Leasing (and probably buying) is a breeze.

I purchased an F150 from all American and it was a great experience, the manager TJ really helped me out and worked hard to get me approved, really cool dude. There were no games everything was smooth and straight to the point. At all American they create a fun, yet professional atmosphere that makes you feel at home. My salesman was Brandon Rodriguez and he was super helpful and made everything so easy. I couldn’t say enough good things about his service. I did although work with another salesman at first, nick who was extremely unprofessional. He had an attitude he was impatient and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. As someone coming into the store as a serious buyer, I feel he could’ve acted differently. So glad I got switched to Brandon or I may not have purchased a vehicle from there. My girlfriend and I made a deal over the phone with the wonderful sales person, Sean. There was several issues but we had made it work. After planning a day to go, we finally got there and had an issue with the insurance card. The finance "manager" Aaron walked out while we were getting ready to test drive the vehicle and sternly said to us that "we have a problem, and the insurance is not going to work. He was rude and unprofessional from the start. My girlfriend got the insurance taken care of and we signed papers. Upon leaving, the tire pressure light came on showing the front tire was 10 pounds lower then it should be. And the problems begin..... We immediately turn around and make them aware of the problem. They filled our tire and we left. Overnight the tire lost 20 pounds of air. My girlfriend called the next day to make them aware per my request and spoke to Aaron. I am appalled and extremely furious how Aaron took care of the situation. He was extremely rude to my girlfriend and completely unprofessional, stating "she was getting on his last nerve and had other things to move on and take care of", "if we don't want the truck to bring it back. Aaron also did not want to put in writing that we would be reimbursed for the tire fix that we just spent 35K on a truck with ZERO negotiation done by the dealer. I will not recommend a single person to this dealer, not only from the problem I immediately dealt with but because of the finance man. Upon speaking to some people in the Middletown area, this dealer does not have a good reputation - Had I known this, I would of never dealt with them. Very poor customer service especially the way my girlfriend was treated after try to get help fixing a vehicle we just bought less then 24 hours ago.

Was interested in an eco sport and dealt with PJ Flattery. Didn’t address my needs or concerns when inquiring about the vehicle. Seemed like he wasn’t paying attention and that he wasn’t looking out for my best interests.
Left and wound up buying at Salerno Ford a week later which was a much better experience.

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. I purchased my Ford F150 from Paramus All American Ford and I received 3 recalls within a month!I purchased my Ford F150 with you guys, I made an appointment and it was 4 weeks in the future due to no availability. I was the first one in at 7:30 in the morning on the appointed day. My service adviser (RAUL) told me my car would be done by 2:00 pm. Raul called me at 4:30 pm to tell me that my car had not even been looked at yet! Were you doing me a favor by telling me that? You did not offer a loaner car, you did not offer a ride! I had to take a taxi home! What if I could not afforrd a $60.00 taxi? What if I stayed? would you have set up a cot for me to sleep on? When I came in on the next day at 4:00 pm Raul threw the paperwork at me and told me to go to the cashier. I asked for an explanation of what was done to my car and I was told that there was no time to explain recalls! You guys had plenty of time to lie to me! You had plenty of time to not look at my car! I called Raul and asked to talk to the GM and he hung up on me! It took me an hour to talk to the GM and he just transferred me to a service manager so he could tell me that is was too late to do anything about it! He told me that service appointments were not gaurantees, he told me that it could take a week and if I did not like it to take my business elsewhere, i believe I will but I will write as many negative reviews as I can. I have an appointment to talk to the Ford VP of customer service to express my extreme displeasure with Paramus Ford. If you dont want to fix the problem I will fix it for you! Maybe I can get Ford to pull you dealership since you treat your first time ford customer like GARBAGE! You wasted two days of my time now its time to make amends!
