Maybe I didn't deserve a beautiful CPO 2014 Alpine White BMW 535i xDrive with Cinnamon Brown interior (FULLY LOADED!!), but then again maybe I did! There was a hiccup in the beginning, not going to get in the details but it's what happen after is what made this experience incredible! My sales person Christian was very friendly, easy to build a rapport with, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go to him again. Jack, the financial manager busted his butt off to get me this Bimmer. When the banks were hesitate, Jack wasn't. He fought for me to get this car! He's very professional, easy to work with, and explained every detail multiple times so I understood what was happening. The hiccup was quickly fixed by the General Manager Wayne who signed off on the new deal (FULLY LOADED!!) which surprised me. I thought they would be the stereotypical dealership but it was the opposite. He went out of his way to please my wife and I! Honestly, if I went somewhere else, I probably wouldn't of gotten the deal that I received at Park Ave. Thank you Wayne, Jack, and Christian!! Our first BMW, still can't believe it!!! So proud of this car!!

There are a lot of reasons to buy a BMW and with so many dealers out there its hard to find the right one. Look no further as Carmine Forgione is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. He was able to answer every queestion I had on my vehicle the first time. Once we picked the vehicle, Carmine made sure to get me the absolute lowest price and I bought from him. His price was better than other dealers by a good margin. Highly Recommended.

I drive a lot and buy more than my fair share of cars. It is rare to find a salesman that follows through with things much less does what he says he is going to do from start to finish. I can say that the experience with Scott went far beyond my expectations.
From the moment he got my internet inquiry he treated me and the transaction with respect. He called to make sure he understood my questions and then saw them through until they were fully answered never pushing for the sale.
When we got down to #'s the process was fair and efficient. I drove from CT to buy this car, when I arrived at the dealership everything was ready and the car was as promised making it very easy to get my car and go.
I couldn't have asked for more of a straight shooter, he is a asset to this dealership and I hope to have the opportunity to do business with him again in the future.

It pays to shop around for the best deal. I priced a new 2018 vehicle at Open Road and got a slight discount for a $56k car and told this is the best they can do.Take it or leave it. It was discounted by 2% off MSRP. I went to another BMW dealer and got the same equipped car for $5500 less than Open Road's best offer. I was floored since I previously bought a car from Open Road. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. Needless to say I will never buy a BMW from Open Road.
Dealer lied about accident history - cz522vhu
2 months ago I visited this dealership after locating the vehicle online. Long story short, they produced a carfax that stated no accidents and confirmed same via email and in person. I sadly believed them and accepted their claim and ultimately purchased the car. Upon getting home and washing the car I noticed that something wasn't quite right. The passenger side of the front bumper was misaligned. Also, there were bumper accents not painted black as they should have been and when at night, the right side headlight shines a different color. I would be extremely cautious when purchasing a car from this dealership. Their pricing could not be beat but that in itself comes at a cost. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again as I was lied to. The car drives great and I hope it continues to do so but I wouldn't have purchased the car if I knew it was in an accident.

Amazing Sales Experience with Mike Wendroff - Cigarlvr
Mike was so easy to work with ordering my 2018 BMW M550. I did visit a few other dealers prior to talking with Mike and after the 1st call I knew I was going to buy and order my BMW with him. I sent him several emails with questions and he responded very quickly even on Sundays and days off. Don't waste your time going anywhere else as he will not give you false promises or any BS just straight answers. He followed up with me several times when the auto was in production to make sure I was aware where we were at and to make sure I had the info he had on the build status. I took delivery several weeks ago and couldn't be happier with Mike or the M550. Mike will truly give you superior service that will be difficult to find at any other local dealer. Mike is a straight shooter who will give you a great deal and strongly recommend you reach out to him as you will be impressed as much as I was.
