I have been very pleased with the service I received at BMW of Mt. Laurel, NJ. My 2018 M2 has only been serviced for regularly scheduled maintenance and once for two defective coil packs, all at no charge since the vehicle is still under factory warranty. So far, I have had no problems with this dealership, where I also purchased this vehicle.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.

I am a regular Gary Barbara customer but they were booked so I tried Gegnas Chrysler and was disappointed. My jeep was in the service dept for over two days and all it needed was a new battery. After having the jeep for two days, they had the audacity to charge me labor for investigating my complaint, then finding out what was wrong with the jeep and then replacing the battery. So, all together I was charged 3 different labor fees. I questioned this at the service dept and nothing they said to me made any sense. Coincidentally, all mgmt was out to lunch. ..or so I was told. Also, when I got to the dealership, no one appeared to be really busy, which I guess would explain why it took them two days to put a battery into my jeep. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to be riped off.
