Went to Lucas Ford on fairly short notice with an appointment to test drive a certified pre-owned 2016 F-150. When i arrived they had the truck out front and ready for a test drive. My salesman Steve Szymanski was quick and professional but not pushy. After completing the test drive I determined that the engine in the truck wasn't what i wanted. Steve reviewed their inventory including some trucks that were not even for sale yet to make sure they did not have anything else that would fit my needs. Overall had a great experience and would recommend them and Steve to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I just finished negotiating the sale of my previous car and lease of a new Explorer with Marek Sosinski. We've only had the car for 2 weeks so it's too early to tell how much we like it, early indications are that the car is fantastic. What I can tell you is that Marek made the process of both selling my old car and leasing the new one an easier process than I've ever had. He was very transparent and accessible without being pushy. If you're looking for a Ford, I can't recommend him enough.

Brought my 17 Mustang GT in for the backup camera not working under warranty. Earliest appointment I could get was 2 weeks out. Fine. Dropped the car off for the appointment, get a call later that day saying that a part needed to be ordered and would take about another 2 weeks to come in. Those 2 weeks go by, to the day where the part is supposed to be in by. The end of the day nears, and still no call from the dealer, so I call to see if the part is in. Call service (don't remember who answered), they transfer me to parts so that I can track down the part myself. Parts department says it's in, and they transfer me back to service so I can make an appointment to have it installed. Another 2 weeks before it can be installed, and I'm told its a big job, taking at least a whole day, and maybe 2. If service is so busy, then why didn't an appointment get set up for the day or day after the part was supposed to come in to avoid having to wait 2 weeks for the third time?

Internet pricing very deceptive regarding Pricing and Availability of vehicle requested and advertised on Fred Beans web site, Sales Staff not honest. Upon visit to dealership after being told vehicle, 2019 Explorer Platinum, in stock not the case. At this point assured by Sales Staff they could get vehicle I requested in a few days. Buyer Order prepared for requested vehicle with numerous calculation mistakes; higher state sales tax applied along with other fees and undefined costs requiring corrections. Again assured by sales staff they would obtain vehicle, after 3 weeks of waiting and repeated calls by me ( never contacted by Salesman) told me he could not obtain vehicle I requested would I consider another vehicle. Horrible Experience I will never buy from a Fred Beans Dealership!! I would also suggest anyone shopping for vehicle be aware !!!

They told me there was damage under my car from "running something over" which I did not. I took it to another dealership to get my oil changed and they said nothing... I asked them afterwards if they noticed anything odd underneath the car, they said no everything is tip top. This is actually like the 3rd time in that neighborhood, in a car place that I have been treated like an idiot and spoken down to because I am a woman. They were counting on that fact and assuming I would just say ok to fixing it... They also charged me over $100 just to look at two things on my car. They are a major rip off. Take your car somewhere else. They are the kind of place that gives dealerships a bad name.

I brought a lemon from them, i pay cash. After nine months i found out so many things was wrong with my car. I have gotten a warrant and took it back and they told me things was not cover and i found out it was. I really thought they was great. My father work for GM over 40 yrs and i qas treated wrong. Complaints to management and they call me back one time nothing changed call back again and they refused to call me back. I would never tell anybody to shop at McCaffrey.

Update: 2016 Explorer Cabin Leak and Mold
We picked up the 2016 Explorer. After seven weeks and the manager of All American Ford accusing me of spilling liquid in the car and telling me there was no mold or oder, the leak was found and repaired. The car was cleaned to remove the mold oder. We paid nearly $1000 with Ford Corporate paying $1250 towards the bill.
We immediately drove the vehicle to our local mechanic because the air conditioner doesn't work!
End of story...NOPE! While the car was in repair From May 17 to July 3 All American Ford got a recall notice on the rear suspension two weeks ago. They forgot to repair it! I received the letter on 7/5/19. All American manager Patrick, refuses to make the repair! He refuses to pay a private mechanic to make the repair!
I called Ford Corporate. I was told the repair parts are in stock. They contacted Irwin Ford of Freehold, NJ. They told me they have to ORDER the parts as they are not in stock! They will call me once the parts are available.
Please help us defray these manufacturer defect charges!

They are professional, courteous, honest, kind, and they will go the last mile of the way to get you approved no matter what your credit may be. Brought my car to chapman a few times simply because i have a warranty and they are the closest jeep dealer to my house (i would never buy a car from them...was told the price I got from Videon on my Jeep was a lie and they could not sell a car at that price...which Videon sold it to me for!). Whenever i bring my car in the service team make me feel as thopugh its a privelage to bring my car to their dealership. They once put in a cabin filter i didnt ask for and they said they would take 10% off. when i told them to put in my old one back, the service mgr said that he would now have to eat the cost! Really??? cmon.....they need to learn manors at this dealership and how to treat customers. Lastly take a page from thompsons playbook and try washing a car when its serviced....
