I love my 2017 Honda CRV-EXL. It has really been a great vehicle and really works for all my outdoor needs. I highly recommend going to this dealership. I just want to make a comment on your service department. I had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty through Honda. I wanted to get it replaced and also replace the terminal leads as the positive would not tighten well.
To start I pulled into the quick service. I was told to go to the service side. When walking into the service I was told I should go to the quick service. I said I went there first and was directed there. He took my name and I explained the battery was under warranty. He said there would be a charge for a diagnostic test for the battery/alternator. I said okay and understood and also asked to replace the bad terminals. Before bringing the car I checked the alternator and battery to see if charging with a meter. Long story short I was told I needed a new alternator for over 1k. I said just replace the battery as it was under warranty and also the leads. This still ran me over 200 somehow. I then measured the battery daily running and off to confirm it was charging and the battery was holding a charge. I also scheduled an appointment a week later with a local garage. I explained what I did to the other garage and we decided if there is no issues after a week I would cancel my appointment. That’s what ended up happening. No issues. There was another issue that happened during inspection that I was told must be repaired to pass inspection. This cost was over 6k and I took it to a different garage and they passed it..
At this point I don’t think I will buy another Honda and plan on sharing my stories online and to the bbb.
