Thru the years I have had occasion to deal with many different auto dealerships. Ingersoll Auto is by far the most pleasant and best experience I have ever had! Without fail, every single person there is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The service waiting room is clean and comfortable, and you are treated like a VIP, not like a potential cash opportunity. I would most deffinitely reccomend this dealership to anybody!

I was very pleased with the service and waiting room accommodations. My only minor issue was when my Tahoe was ready to be picked up, it wasn’t where the service mgr said it was. It was difficult to find where on the lot it was placed. The Service manager and I literally covered 3/4 of arroway’s campus looking for it.
As a side note, one of my tires’ appeared to be losing air and the service department did an inspection on the tire not finding anything wrong. I highly appreciate the honesty since bringing the car to a local service station would likely result in a dishonest conclusion.

They treat customers like dirt with disrespect as well as have a pompous attitude
Even when you prove them wrong they spin the story
All customers want is too get a true accurate evaluation of their expensive auto and correct repair and service and move on !
It seems these people take every opportunity to ridicule owners !

WE SAY TO ALL BMW OWNERS ( for decades) especially disregard all the disrespect by the trio there (they know who they are ) and seek other avenues for service and write to BMW USA

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine"
I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM
was unable to correct the problem.
I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem.
After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced.
I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me.
I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.
