I had very positive experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru! I had to switch my Outback lease and contacted multiple dealerships via email in December 2018. Maryellen was one of the first to respond, explained how the new lease deal can be structured, and offered several deal options. During the next two months we communicated via email, where she indicated multiple times that the dealership wants my business.
I visited the dealership on a busy Saturday and spent about 2 hours with Maryellen - she was very professional, upfront, and respectful. She answered all of my questions and concerns with confidence, optimism, and empathy. I felt like the dealership really wants me as a customer.
Completing paperwork with Paul was also great. We did not go over lengthy talks about usual features where dealership is trying to squeeze in additional fees. Paul was also upfront, respectful, and very professional.

Great price for the vehicle I was searching for. I searched for a week in a 100 mile radius for a used CPO 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium. This dealer had the lowest price in a 100 miles of me. Vehicle had 8300 miles and the price beat every other dealer by thousands.
The sales associate Jen was phenomenal. The dealership was extremely busy for a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted right away, and was set up with the sales associate. Jen listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions., despite taking care of multiple customers. The dealership closed at 6pm but Jen stayed late until the deal was done.

Waste of time, showed no interest in selling me a car - Adnan
Went in to see a car on New Year’s Eve after I received a call from Kathy that she has the car and would be available to show it. Told her that I’m definitely getting a car for my brother As his lease is over in a month so didn’t want her to waste my time and give me their final offer. She assured that they are willing to negotiate but would like me to come in and see the car. Drove 30 mins to find out Kathy is not available as she is now with another client. No one else could help me, the atmosphere was more to get me out of there as it was getting close to their closing time. Keep in mind, I have bought cars before where the dealership stayed after closing hours to accommodate, but of course not this one. After waiting 40 mins and then going back to ask for her again, she shows up to tell me that she cannot show me the car and wasn’t aware that I was coming in. Then proceeds to ask if I have seen similar cars online and what they are listed for, goes back to check them, only to come back again and tell me that they can’t do anything for me, it’s been 10 days and now the same car is listed for $1000 less than what was listed for and they wouldn’t even consider coming talking about it. Needless to say, very poor service and extremely unprofessional.

Shopping for a used car is always a challenge for me because of my many allergies. Jeremy Abramson had Leonardo Didonna and Han Jang line up cars that met my qualifications and they gave me time to sit in each one until I found one that did not trigger an allergic reaction. Previous dealers just made snide comments about how Subaru owners all have dogs and use air freshener so I can't expect to find a used car that met my needs. It was a pleasure to work with people who were accommodating and caring.

Worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. I was having problems with my brakes even after I had changed the pads and was hoping that he could help me. Unfortunately, he pressured me into getting unnecessary work done. I did some research and called him back to cancel to extra work, he claimed that they had already commenced and that it might be too late. He called later to inform me that they couldn't locate the lock nut keys and would have to cut them off for an extra fee. This was strange to me, how were they are able to start work on all the extras if they weren't even able to take the tires off? I told him to stop working on my car and called Subaru and the dealership in Canada where I bought the car, only to find out that they all have master keys. I picked up my car, paid the inspection fee and took it to another dealership that removed the locks in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. After which, I drove over to Meineke and paid over $400 less than what Smith Cairns had quoted. I am disgusted with their tactics and still feel cheated months later. Therefore, do yourself a favor and spend some time researching before you step into that dealership.
