Since 2014 I have purchased 11 cars from this dealership. During this period, I have gotten to know the dealer principals and the service staff. Without exception, everyone at the dealership has always provided me with efficient and courteous service. Amazingly, with one or two exceptions, the staff has remained constant over the ensuing 14 years. This has to be a testament to the manner in which the dealership is run and to the environment of the workplace.

From start to finish this dealership exceeded all expectations. Made an appointment via text which was great since I’m always on the go and can’t always be on the phone. Came in walked around for a bit and got paired up with Michael C. Who is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, he helped with the whole selection. I was very skeptical about filling out the loan application then being told they will be in contact by the following day... but, they actually contact me and had just what I was looking for. Came back the next day finished out the finance paperwork and was out of there in no time. Looking forward to coming back when we are ready to upgrade the wife’s truck!

Both the Sales and Service experience at Palisades Audi was surprisingly DISAPPOINTING at best. From the lax, "maybe we'll sell you this Q5" Sales attitude to the unfulfilled promise by the Sales Mgr to call me "first thing in the morning to finalize a deal", to the end result of driving a virtually new, Certified Q5 that has horrible braking power, has made me question my decision to move to Audi and moreover choosing Palisades Audi.
Despite finding the car on the Tri-State Audi CPO vehicle listing, the listed price changed overnight from when I visited the dealership to the next morning by >$700. I am very glad I asked for a written quote of the previous day's price and my discussion with the Sale Rep! I basically ignored the increased Audi website price and pressed on with the lower price as shown earlier, but really wondered if the dealership advertises the lower price to get shoes in the door and then increases pricing when an interested party exists.
I regret not asking for a test drive, but I was also not offered one. My advice to potential buyers is to be sure to take the vehicle for a test drive as I'm certain I would've noticed the unresponsive brakes. I don't know how a CPO vehicle can be sold with bad brakes, but I know I am not confident in the car's braking ability. As a result, I am now driving with brakes that I don't trust and have to adjust to driving in traffic accordingly.
Ultimately, I purchased the Q5 with 16,300 miles and just 3-weeks after purchase I received a notice that it's due for a 20,000 service. In hindsight I should've verified that the 20k service wouldn't be needed, but I didn't and now will have to pay for it.
Service Update: I brought it in to their Service department and despite setting up a loaner vehicle a week before the appointment, when I arrived they had no loaners and were going to have to rent a car for me to use while they had my car. Luckily a loaner finally was returned... However, the result of the service visit was that "...the brakes are functioning as they should. The brake response delay could be from rust being on them from sitting in their lot and it should go away." Well it hasn't and I will have to have it addressed at another dealer I guess.
Bottom Line: "Buyer beware." Test drive and thoroughly review the vehicle you may be interested in. I will be more careful with future vehicle purchases as I am truly not happy with the entire experience at Palisades Audi.
