Tony in service told our office the part would be in this week and the truck would be ready yesterday (12/11) Today they will not get anyone on the phone for us. On 08/21/2018,I had my 4 rotors and brake pads replaced by 30+year mechanic Joey. He did a superb,fantastic job! Brakes are his specialty.At Lasorsa the customer always comes first. You are treated as family by all. Mr. John Zahra,the owner is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares and this is reflected in all 3 of his service reps,Jay,John ,and Ariel. These gentleman know GM cars inside out. Jay takes pride,as do his co-workers in delivering quality,caring service to customers,who by the way are treated as family by them. Over the years I have been to many GM dealerships and service depts over the years..but nowhere have I ever felt the care and concern that I feel here. Lasorsa, not only stands by their cars,they stand by the service they give also. They treat your car as if it were their own. The prices are very reasonable but the service is Platinum service ALL THE WAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. In my opinion,Mr.Zahra and Jay deserve promotions for the excellent calibre of work they do. They represent the GM tradition in ways no others can!

Worst dealership ever.
I did not buy car from them and they put me in the black list.
in 2011 and 2018 i used this dealership's service to do recalls on my pontiac (this is nearest GM dealership) .
Both times they destroyed my air conditioner.
When i tried to complain they told me that i have no prove for this.
But when i gave them perfectly working air condition and received car with not working it.
Of cause it was my mistake to trust them 2nd time with the recall, but i thought that after 7 years it will be ok. it was my big mistake.
i think that my record in their database is marked and every time they will destroy my air condition.
Be aware about this dealership.
I strongly NOT recommend it to any person.

Lies and overcharges by dishonest Service Department Advisor - JoeMonte
I brought my mint 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS into Curry Chevrolet's Service Department last week for a New York State Safety Inspection, an oil change, and a coolant flush. I knew that my right turn signal was not working, so I told them to replace the right front bulb and see if that was the problem. If the turn signal started working again, I told them to go ahead and perform the State Inspection. If it required more than just a bulb, I told them not to perform the State Inspection.
After waiting over 6 hours (I was told that the long wait was due to the fact that only two mechanics at the service department are qualified to work on a car so old), I was told that I needed a right flasher, and not a bulb. I asked them if they had performed the safety inspection yet, and they said no. Since I had waited so long already, and had other things to do that afternoon, I told them to forget about the safety inspection and just give me my bill for what had already been done on my car. When I examined my bill, I noticed that not only had they charged me for the safety inspection that I told them not to do, but they charged me $37 for it. $37 is the price for the combined NYS Safety and Emissions Inspection. As I have a car that is older than 25 years old, I am only subject to the $10 NYS Safety Inspection.
Curry Chevrolet's Service Department is dishonest, and I will not be bringing my car back to them ever again. Furthermore, I will tell my friends, family, and acquaintances in mid and lower Westchester County about these crooks!

Everytime i come for service i end up leaving with more damage... bob the service manger should be a farmer picking apples because it need no experience or degree to do because he know nothing about cars or anything... front desk gentleman they need lessons in maners. Trust me you don’t want to meet the sloppy sales manger with his f language and ill manners.... then you get to the smoking stinky machine diana the store manger which have no patience to lissen or to help... over all worst place to buy or fix your car.
Horrible Experience with Ismael "Lefty" Cardona - Katherine Z
Our experience at Major World was horrible from start to finish. Most importantly: NEVER work with Ismael "Lefty" Cardona. He is the definition of a sleezy, slick, used car salesman - and incredibly rude to boot. We explained to him that we were looking for a used car that would last for 6 months (anything after that would be a bonus). As we grew frustrated with our experience with him, we told him we were going to leave without buying anything. He then assured us he had the perfect car for us. The car he showed us seemed fine. While we were there, Ismael had it inspected by a supervisor, a mechanic, and put in through a NY State inspection. He continued to assure us everything was fine. Two days later, the battery died on the car.
When I called Ismael to express my frustration, he told me I could bring the car in over the next weekend to replace the new battery at no cost. I called the following weekend just to make sure it was an OK time to bring the car in. Ismael said, "Do you want me to tell you the truth? Service is closed on the weekends." He refused to help me by providing any towing services for the car or any willingness to work around our work schedules. He then put the phone on mute, so he could deal with another customer/colleague who was clearly in front of him. At that point, I'd had enough and asked my boyfriend for a pen so that I could take down the name of this jerk's supervisor. Ismael quickly came back on the line, accused me of calling him a "xxxxx," refused to give me his supervisor's name and hung up.
When I finally identified and spoke to his supervisor, Jed, I described our experience and expressed my utter disappointment with the whole process. I told Jed that I would prefer to take our car to a shop I trusted - as I did not believe Major World would do right by us. I asked him to comp me a monthly payment (equal to $120 - less than the price I'd been quoted for the cost of a new battery + labor + taxes). He refused. He said he would speak to Ismael about his rudeness - I know he won't. I'm sure when I take this car into the shop I trust, there will be numerous other things wrong with the car.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would - the place, and its employees, are that disgusting.
