After 3 Mercedes leases (9 years), I was concerned about trying something different but right from the start, Reggie showed me that I had been missing out for a long time (and overpaying for it as well). I ordered my Navigator on March 12, 2020, days before the lockdown when into effect. Reginald and his team kept us updated throughout the lockdown, when the plant went back on-line in June and they started building the car, and when the car was delivered July 16th. The concierge service has been great and I will update this after I try service.

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted

I knew I should have just turned around and went to another dealership from the second I walked in. As soon as I came in, a guy who sits next to the door called Danny greeted me and it made me uncomfortable because he wasn't wearing a mask. With covid-19 still so prominent, I cant understand why people still refuse to wear a mask. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt but EVEN WHILE SITTING AT HIS DESK he still had no care to wear one. When I asked about a vehicle I wanted, he spoke to me like I was a child. No respect at all for the customer. I left knowing I will never return there and purchased a ford that same day at another dealership.

Let's see.....where do I start?!?! As my lawyer is filing the paper for fraud....these pieces of garbage ...salesman Jim and manager Sal knowingly sold me a car that had a blown head gasket ! They used sealant in the engine, covered their tracks and when I called AS I WAS DRIVING AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP as the sealant wore off and the car started to smoke/over heat Jim told me ...."To Bad" and hung up! After getting the ...cough ..manager sal he also said .."can't help you bud" and hung up. BTW you two upstanding ...cough ...men ...the lemon law in NJ and my Lawyer says different. Actually i never like to write a bad review about any business but the ford service really pissed me off. Mid nov 2020 i left my car to be fixed, the following date they text me , they need to change the TCM and the battery the car will run, the cost was 1242$ i approved.
The following day they text me and they ask to change the clutch that extra 2300$ i didnt approve because from the beggining they had to tell me all this.
How ever i find out that the TCM is actually under the warranty program for this car up to 150 k mile.
How ever we had agrement for 2405.00$ and they fix it i paid and got my car back and i drowe 5 miles again same problem , this happen 2 times back and fort same day dec 3rd and i left the car there again since then keep caling but no body toke the responsibility to update with me about my ford focus . Finaly today could reach a different service advasore and again he told me ather parts needs to change too thats an other extra 2 k

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
