I took my wife's SUV to Planet Honda in Union NJ and was in need of Service Work from their Body Shop and was treated with professional courtesy and kindness throughout the whole experience. The gentlemen running the Service Dept. Joe (Scibilia) was able to get us a loaner vehicle while my wife and I were getting escorted over to the Body Shop towards the Manager Paul (Ferreira) for repairs. Inside of a week & 1/2 our truck was completely repaired and back to new. When we picked it up, I was surprised and Happy to see that they went the extra mile by having our SUV cleaned up & Detailed by the Clean-Up Department. We were Absolutely Impressed with the way they conduct and treat customers regarding business. Let me start with one word that Route 22 Honda are customer-oriented dealership and they do their best to keep the process transparent, friendly and appreciative. The time I visited this dealership, I had almost gone through 3-4 others with considerable deals. I had pleasure working with "Jean Shim", who was absolutely amazing. I want to thank her for all her efforts she put into getting the perfect car I wanted. I never felt rushed, rather than always asked to satisfy myself before making the final decision. I walked into the dealership and felt warmly greeted by all employees. Milady or Milly was my sales representative and she took care of me the whole time. She made sure my car and every alteration was placed on it in a timely fashion. Chris Paranzino was the sales manager and put together an excellent deal for me pricing and all. Mohammed in finance found me the best interest rate and stayed on top of banks to ensure a smooth transaction. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring and honestly had no idea what new features were involved on this vehicle, being that it was a hybrid. Jeremy actually demoed the car for me and professional answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership. I was definitely impressed.

Honda City was recommended to me by a friend. When I came into the showroom, I immediately asked about a "loyalty" program (where the person who recommends a place to a potential buyer is given a reward). I was told that there was one in place and my friend would receive $100 if I bought a car. I told them at that time to remember that because I would be asking about this $100 frequently. I started and ended each conversation with my salesperson about this "reward." On my final visit to the showroom, I asked my salesperson about the loyalty program. He said that he would notify my friend's salesperson (Nico) to get things started. Well ... I did buy a car and asked for a check to be sent to my friend. I was asked if she had the "paperwork." I said no, but expected them to reward her anyways. I asked to speak to Nico and asked him for the check. Obviously, my salesperson never talked to him about it. Nico was extremely unpleasant. He told me to sit down and stop talking "disrespectfully" to him, including a finger pointing in my face. Nico disappeared, saying that he was working on it. I asked for the person in charge and since no staff would answer me, I entered a back office and asked the first person I saw, if he was in charge. He said yes. I asked if he might help in my situation. Without facing me, this manager told me that he would not help me and that Nico was helping me and that he "would not get involved." Yikes! In the meantime, I asked my salesperson for my own "paperwork" that would entitle me to a $100 reward. After disappearing for a time, he came back and said that the paperwork was "locked in a manager's office, who was not in today." So ... it seems that this piece of paper, critical to their loyalty program, is never presented to a new car buyer. It probably doesn't even exist. If there is no loyalty program, why tell me about it? Why promise something that you have no intention of honoring? Why treat a new customer so poorly? Well, I guess they don't care. By the time I left, my salesperson was addressing an envelope to my friend with $100 worth of service coupons for their use. I expect that they will not mail it. Disappointing customer treatment.

Made an appointment and brought 2017 CRV in for a B 1 6 service with 18,000 miles. Specifically asked for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and a rear differential fluid change. Exactly what was light up on the dashboard on the vehicle B 1 6. Waited over 4 hours and ended up with an oil and filter change, tire rotation and a TRANSMISSION FLUSH!!! WHAT, yes, a transmission flush instead of a rear differential fluid change I had asked for and what the on-board computer asked for B 1 6 service. The 6 is a rear differential fluid change. The transmission flush on this model year CRV is due only at 100,000 miles. I regret buying the car from this dealership. Stay away. I contacted them about this service and no one replied or responded until I contacted Honda itself. I receipt stated a transmission flush and I walked into the service bay and talked to the tech and he confirmed he did a transmission flush and NOT a rear differential fluid change. The service writer didn't know what he was doing! I tried to explain to him and he made me the customer feel like I didn't know anything about cars or how to read the write up. DO NOT GO HERE, be warned. Read the other bad reviews before you take chance. I hope they clean up their act, they need new management or better management. It’s out of control there, at least service wise.

I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Steve Calderone and was so pleased with service, price and professionalism. Steve is top notch and came through on everything he promised.
