My attentions were not to buy a car that day! However I’ve been researching various makes/models and I was deciding to either get into a new car or just pay my current car at the time off (2011 Camry)
I really took care of any car I had and I always ran into an issue with dealers not giving me the true value of my car and trying to get me into a deal that’s ridiculously outrageous. So I was definitely skeptical.
Robert sensed we’ve done our homework and totally respected our point of view as consumers (and women). After about 3 hours which was mostly us with questions and really digging into every detail, I became part of the Honda family. They honored the true value of my Camry which I did have proof of and Robert convinced my sister who is an Acura owner that this was a good choice for me.
I’m really happy with the purchase that included the latest technology and safety features. I can honestly say I don’t think I would have walked away with a better deal if I went back to Toyota. Please note I was with Toyota since 2002 (2 Camrys) before making the switch to Honda.

This service center is a good place to count on when working on your basic maintenance service. Now granted I dont know what oil used whether is reused oil or brand new oil. Whether is synthetic or not. If they really do a Multi-point inspection or they just make sure the Yellow Lights were out of the dashboard. All I know if tour vehicle has warranty go to Honda Hillside.

After visiting 20+ dealers in NJ, some great, many not so great, I decided to try New York dealers. Paragon had several "Good" deals on CarGurus' web site so I sent some inquiries through the app and quickly heard back from them, and from their sister Acura dealership - also highly recommended.
I worked with Mark Carrion. He was great, answered all my questions. No "pressure" (though I have to say most dealerships have evolved away from the old school, high pressure tactics).
I found the right car, a lightly used CRV. They came in a little low on my trade in so I thought I'd have to keep looking. The "what would work for you" question was asked. I answered. They came back with a "yes."
From there I worked with the finance guy, Alan Gensler. Straight shooter, sense of humor, explained everything, sometimes twice if something didn't make sense. No hype, didn't push ANYTHING (although I did get the HondaCare anyway - amazing what happens when you let customers make up their own minds).
I do have one concern which I'm hoping will be resolved favorably. I asked if "everything" (essentials and accessories) that came with the car would be included with the purchase, and was told "yes" by Mark, in no uncertain terms. That turned out to be incorrect, though I believe it was an oversight, not intentional. If it's possible to edit reviews, I will follow up on that after I have communicated with them later today.
Wish I got the name of the gal that went through the final checklist and demo. She was a sweetheart, and very thorough.

Went in to buy a used 2018 honda civic ex and left the same day with the car at a good price with the colors, both exterior and interior, that I had wanted. The salesperson who helped us, Hector, did a wonderful job explaining the car's features, preparing the car for a test drive, and preparing the car for us to take home. After visiting other dealerships closer to our house that could not get us the car we wanted or overpriced the car tremendously, this experience was refreshing and entirely worth the 30+ minute drive.

I purchased a vehicle (Evan and Damien) and was given a hidden interest rate of higher then 21 percent with a scamming lending bank ( lenders direct llc)
After paying off a 6 year loan . They have not given me a title or satisfactory note.
I have fought and been given the runaround.
The dealership puts the phone down on their customers and speak down to them.
They just want you to buy the car once that happens they can care less if you have an issue.

Rachel was very helpful. I did encounter a gent in the beginning who’s desk I was told to sit down at. When. I did, he gruffly told me he was leaving and I should sit elsewhere. At that point I saw Rachel and that she was rather busy. She motioned that she would be done in just a second, and she took care of me. After that my experience would be fine, but that guy’s bedside manner needs some work.

I was in few honda dealerships including Paragon and Hillside Honda. But they couldn't get me approved unless I put 5K down. Then a friend of mine told me about Meer who sold him a CRV at his time with Hillside Honda. We then went to Meer and he worked with Roy, the finance Manager to work with me. They approved me an Accord EX with only 2500 down and low monthly payment. They are really nice people. I became their permanent customer. People like me, who doesn't have best of the credit, should go to Yonkers Honda. They are best than the self claimed best big named dealership. Thanks Meer and Roy.

Honda City was recommended to me by a friend. When I came into the showroom, I immediately asked about a "loyalty" program (where the person who recommends a place to a potential buyer is given a reward). I was told that there was one in place and my friend would receive $100 if I bought a car. I told them at that time to remember that because I would be asking about this $100 frequently. I started and ended each conversation with my salesperson about this "reward." On my final visit to the showroom, I asked my salesperson about the loyalty program. He said that he would notify my friend's salesperson (Nico) to get things started. Well ... I did buy a car and asked for a check to be sent to my friend. I was asked if she had the "paperwork." I said no, but expected them to reward her anyways. I asked to speak to Nico and asked him for the check. Obviously, my salesperson never talked to him about it. Nico was extremely unpleasant. He told me to sit down and stop talking "disrespectfully" to him, including a finger pointing in my face. Nico disappeared, saying that he was working on it. I asked for the person in charge and since no staff would answer me, I entered a back office and asked the first person I saw, if he was in charge. He said yes. I asked if he might help in my situation. Without facing me, this manager told me that he would not help me and that Nico was helping me and that he "would not get involved." Yikes! In the meantime, I asked my salesperson for my own "paperwork" that would entitle me to a $100 reward. After disappearing for a time, he came back and said that the paperwork was "locked in a manager's office, who was not in today." So ... it seems that this piece of paper, critical to their loyalty program, is never presented to a new car buyer. It probably doesn't even exist. If there is no loyalty program, why tell me about it? Why promise something that you have no intention of honoring? Why treat a new customer so poorly? Well, I guess they don't care. By the time I left, my salesperson was addressing an envelope to my friend with $100 worth of service coupons for their use. I expect that they will not mail it. Disappointing customer treatment.

Shawn Mirchandani and Nanci Edmondson sales manager and sales associate for Bronx Honda both participated in ripping me off while purchasing a 2018 Honda Accord . I reported it to Bronx Honda's customer service manager Laurell Fittanto who said she would look into it and get back to me . In case you didn't know Laurell's family owns Bronx Honda . She was contacted by the Better Business Bureau , Honda Corporation and myself about her sales people ripping me off . She NEVER returned my call . So the money that was stolen from me stayed in her families bank account . She had the power to correct this wrong but she chose not to , so it is necessary to write this honest negative review . This is a dealership that I gave a $20,000 down payment and they still found reason to rip me off . Even the finance guy tried to sell me GAP insurance knowing I didn't need it . The Better Business Bureau reported to me that Bronx Honda is NOT accredited with them and their grade is an F . I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau , Honda Corporation and the Attorney Generals Office . Yes customers you can file complaints with the Honda Corporation . Survey's are very important to car dealerships and I gave them poor ratings in every category . This is a classic case of greed and stupidity . If I can divert one customer that is much more than they stole from me . I believe in KARMA and it is alive and well . I would like to ask Bronx Honda one last question would you have done this to me if I were a white customer ? Thank you for taking the time to read this review .

Rude staff including the manager Sam who was literally yelling at customers in front of other people, impossible to get in touch with or get calls back regarding status of car, they lie about what's wrong to avoid warranty coverage, they lie about when your car will be ready and then become impossible to get in contact with, charge more than other Honda service centers, don't offer loaner cars, very outdated waiting area with ripped up seating and a old TV and coffee machine.
