My van had to be towed in, because it broke down on the street, and while other dealers turned me down because I did not have an appointment, Mellennium welcomed me with open arms, and repaired my van within a reasonable time. Lillian accomadated me with a loaner, She made an exception for me, even though i did not buy the vehicle from Millennium, and I do appreciate it a lot.
My vehicle is up and running now, and I am delighted with the service I received. I live a little distance away, but from now on I will always go to Millennium Honda because of the service I received recently. As a matter of fact, that is where I will purchase my next vehicle.

My Honda was damaged by a planet honda tech during a routine airbag recall. A manager Mathew Papol Immediately took the blame and said he would do whatever it takes to make it right. They special ordered the interior parts and made the appointment set up easy. I am extremely particular about my Honda. And Matt purposely placed me with the most OCD tech at planet Honda as a courtesy. Everything came out great and I am actually happy that it did happen as my interior looks better now. I want to recommend Matt to receive some type of recognition or compensation for this as I have never seen any manager @ a car dealer be as accommodating as they are usually very rude and cocky

Simply put, save yourself a LOT of time and just go straight to North Shore Honda. They delivered with the best price, and, just as important (or many would say, more importantly) they had, by far, the most trustworthy, helpful and genuinely nice/“real people” staff. We worked with Noel Ledesma who was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We also were lucky enough to be there when Daniel Hawat, a Regional Manager, was there who worked with Noel to get us the best price possible. On top of that, we worked with their wonderful Business Manager, RichCirami, who proactively got us a lower interest rate with our bank than the already-great rate we had previously been approved for. My name's Amberlyn and I have recently bought a car from Honda City Levittown. James, my sales person who informed me of everything perfectly and made me love the car, I would reccomend. But this is where everything goes sour!! I went in and met with Jonathan C, who is (was) the finance manager. He seemed great until he started trying to get me to add on a ton of things that I did not want or ask for. My step dad made it very clear I didn't want or need any of it aside for the remote start which I was told was $400
after taxes. I then signed and he sent out the paperwork for my grandmother to co-sign. 3 days later I went back around 5pm because Jonathan C was ignoring my calls and emails, but FedEx said the paperwork got there at 10am. Nothing was done at all. My car still had scratches, my autostart was never put in and Jonathan had added in things that shouldn't have been on there, consisting of a $2400 fee for a mechanic that I fought for weeks to get off and My keyless entry remotes we're dead. I met with Danny and Juan who helped me leave with the car that day which later I would regret.
I called Jonathan the next day who informed me he didn't add things on. I asked him 4x what he charged me for the price of the car and to take off the extra fee and he never told me!! All he kept saying was, just keep the mechanic fee because lightbulbs are covered -_- he obviously gets commission and I feel bad if he screwed anyone else with this! This is the last time he answered or returned my call .
I was told I could go before work to get my remote start put it because it would take 45minutes. WRONG!! I sat at the mechanic for over 2 hours while people came and went! I also had to pay to replace the batteries in both my key fobs ..... by all means it wasn't expensive, but it's the principle!
3 weeks later when I got my first bill I went back, Jonathan C, I now came to find out was fired ..... so I met with a woman named Marie, who was an absolutely horrid person. We walked in, she did not shake my hand, she did not make eye contact and she honestly didn't give a xxxx basically telling me she did what she could! I went over everything and she basically huffed and puffed. She had me sign a paper stating I didn't want the mechanic and then pushed me out the door. I left and then went back because I realized this is a joke. I expressed how I was not happy with the situation and that she handled 1 matter out of about 8!!! (Jonathan charged me $1000 for the remote start, which is not the agreed on price) I do not have the paperwork agreeing to a price of the auto start and all she could say was "that's the price". so show me where I signed then. After she basically said I'll send u to someone else meaning she is obviously she is there for a paycheck and only the pay check!! Danny, whom I met with again, helped me the best he could and even agreed to send me a check for the batteries I had to pay for. I'm sorry but If I met the woman in charge before I bought the car, I would've never left that place with a car! They should honestly be worshipping James and Danny because if it wasn't for him they would not of had my business!
I am still dealing with the situation and I 110% regret getting the car. I would not recommend this dealership. There are to many dealerships to risk going here and possibly being a victim of fraud!
Moral of the story, they are not there to help you. They do not care if an employee screws you, they will just fire him and have you pay for his actions.

I have bought and leased 4 vehicles at Plaza Honda, the last three have been with Larry. His attention to detail and calming and respectful manner has cause me to return to Plaza time and time again. Had it not been for Mr. Hinds I would never return there this last time, because I had an extremely bad experiences with the financial aspect of the dealership. No other dealers eould give a car but this one gave me one got a point on that but the interest is like i just purchased a used car wow, when yo this dealer took me all day to get out they never gave me the paper work or didn't even send them on the mail, friends have got when in to other dealers and got free oil chanche ect i just got a thank you and come back again, i will never in life recommend this dealer to anyone.

This is about the Service Center: I'm appalled at both the way I was treated and the apparent dishonesty of the service center. Late last fall the air conditioner in our Honda CRV (2011) started to blow warm air when it was warm outside. I took it to our local, trustworthy mechanic who said it was likely the Air Compressor Unit in the car (known to fail in Hondas) and found that an extended warranty covered us. He advised us to take it to the local Honda Dealer Service Center. At the time, the car had fewer than 100,000 miles on it and was under this extended warranty until May 2018.
On his advice, I took the car to the dealer on Dec. 1, 2017 to be assessed. They claimed they could not replicate the problem and charged us for the diagnostic and to replace a small "receptor" (or something) - just as a precaution. They said it worked. We trusted them.
In late April 2018, when it finally got warm in New York, I turned on the air-conditioner for the first time, expecting it work. It did not. The AC is still blowing warm air when it is warm outside. Knowing, in good faith, that we had taken the car to the dealer to deal with this very issue and that they'd failed to fix it - I took it back to the dealer. I was told that the warranty has expired (this month - May 2018) and that as the car has more than 100,000 miles on it that they will not honor it (it crossed 100,000 this month as well). Never mind that we took their word that it was fixed. The man I dealt with was rude when I tried to re-explain the issue and how his mechanics told us about it being "dealt with." We never used the AC in all the time between when it was "fixed" (which I now, naturally, do not believe) and when we turned it on at the beginning of this month. I now believe this was a clear attempt to avoid replacing an expensive part on our car while it was under warranty. The guy smirked when I said this. I told him I'd be contacting corporate and he said, "you go ahead and do that". I have, for good measure also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I took the car back to my local, trustworthy mechanic who said AGAIN it is the AC Compressor. It would be $900 to fix it. I would expect Honda to honor - in good faith - the extended warranty on our car and the fact that they failed to fix the problem when we brought it in.
