Had an exceptional experience here at Paul Miller Honda! I submitted an online inquiry and received the requested information from Cindy in BDC almost immediately. Once my initial questions were answered, Cindy connected me to the internet sales manager (George) who worked out a deal. I still owed money on my car and had budget constraints, so I knew it wouldn’t be easy - but George was able to put together a fantastic deal on a 2018 Civic EX-T. George and his BDC team were transparent and helpful every step of the way.
Once at the dealership, I was assisted by Simon from the sales team. Simon was both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda lineup. After test driving the Civic, he introduced me to his finance manager (Victor) and the sales manager (Flavia). Much like Simon, Victor and Flavia exhibited high levels of professionalism. Within a short time, I was approved by Honda financial for the deal.
The delivery was seamless and before I left, Simon made sure to show me the features on my new car and answer any remaining questions. The managers involved came out to congratulate me and I was on my way!

I have given Paragon Honda a rating of 5 because the moment I meet with Madeline which was my dealer, she greeted my husband and I kindly and very caring, she took her ti me explaining the difference of financing and leasing, she took her time answering questions and assuring us comfortability throughout our time there, Madeline went out and beyond her way to make sure everything work perfectly in reference to the paperwork and us receiving the car in a timely matter. From the second I met Tony Oparaku it was a great experience, I told him what I wanted and my price range and he did everything he could to find me just that. Dhimitri was great as well and was determined to get me approved for what I said I could afford and although it didn’t work out for the first couple choices I had he worked over the weekend and was finally able to get me into something I could afford and was happy with...
Then when I finally met with finance to seal the deal Mike Ehirim mad my day even better bc he was able to get my payments even lower!!!
All in all considering I went to Honda on a whim bc I got a pre-approval letter and jus wanted to see if I could get something...it wound up being a worthwhile trip and I appreciate all the great customer service I received from these 3 guys!!!

I trade in my car at this dealership, They did sale fraud with me first they tell me the car is 19000.00 when is check the book value on the car it say 14000 then say ok they could do 14000 too I say ok it was end off the day they rush me to do paper work and they tell me I have bad credit scoreI have 773 credit score if thats bad what is good they rep me off totally I didn't even check any think just sign because the are certified Honda dealer I trust then it was wrong Today I call the loan company to pay the loan they told me that my payoff amount is 18,884
They even told me I have rear view camera in my car it wasn't there then I had service light on first day while driving the car. They say they will fix everything after 3 day my car was in service there was nothing fix.

The salesmen at Plaza Honda are the biggest liars! Don’t believe a word they tell you! They’ll give you prices on a different car than what you’re asking for and test drove, won’t tell you a bottom line price, only monthly payments so they can rip you off, lie about features on the car,and pretty much everything else! I mean I know car salesmen are known to be liars, but the level of lying and cheating you out of your money that goes on at plaza Honda is incomparable! I’ve been there two separate times trying to buy a Honda and both times I was treated to two different salesmen who were such liars, thieves!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Buy your Honda anywhere else but Plaza!

Honda City was recommended to me by a friend. When I came into the showroom, I immediately asked about a "loyalty" program (where the person who recommends a place to a potential buyer is given a reward). I was told that there was one in place and my friend would receive $100 if I bought a car. I told them at that time to remember that because I would be asking about this $100 frequently. I started and ended each conversation with my salesperson about this "reward." On my final visit to the showroom, I asked my salesperson about the loyalty program. He said that he would notify my friend's salesperson (Nico) to get things started. Well ... I did buy a car and asked for a check to be sent to my friend. I was asked if she had the "paperwork." I said no, but expected them to reward her anyways. I asked to speak to Nico and asked him for the check. Obviously, my salesperson never talked to him about it. Nico was extremely unpleasant. He told me to sit down and stop talking "disrespectfully" to him, including a finger pointing in my face. Nico disappeared, saying that he was working on it. I asked for the person in charge and since no staff would answer me, I entered a back office and asked the first person I saw, if he was in charge. He said yes. I asked if he might help in my situation. Without facing me, this manager told me that he would not help me and that Nico was helping me and that he "would not get involved." Yikes! In the meantime, I asked my salesperson for my own "paperwork" that would entitle me to a $100 reward. After disappearing for a time, he came back and said that the paperwork was "locked in a manager's office, who was not in today." So ... it seems that this piece of paper, critical to their loyalty program, is never presented to a new car buyer. It probably doesn't even exist. If there is no loyalty program, why tell me about it? Why promise something that you have no intention of honoring? Why treat a new customer so poorly? Well, I guess they don't care. By the time I left, my salesperson was addressing an envelope to my friend with $100 worth of service coupons for their use. I expect that they will not mail it. Disappointing customer treatment.

I went to Bronx Honda today and met with Peter. The reason why I titled my review "I Did It" is because after shopping around I negotiated my best deal at Bronx Honda. I was able to get my lowest price from them. I am laughing as I'm writing this now. I did not think I was going to get them to give me my price. It took sometime but I was able to get Peter to push his sales manager to do the deal. Great service from Peter! Enjoying my new Accord! "I Did It'!

Rude staff including the manager Sam who was literally yelling at customers in front of other people, impossible to get in touch with or get calls back regarding status of car, they lie about what's wrong to avoid warranty coverage, they lie about when your car will be ready and then become impossible to get in contact with, charge more than other Honda service centers, don't offer loaner cars, very outdated waiting area with ripped up seating and a old TV and coffee machine.
