I made a service appointment for 10/23 for a routine oil chAnge. I arrived a bit early and was greeted by an awesome young man who swiftly took care of me. I arrived at 4:45 and to my surprise was done and on my way home by 5:00. I printed a coupon and Michael O’Neill was so amazing as I shared my nightmare stories about Millenium that he honored their coupon as well. Total cost was 0.00. I will be taking my car to this service center for all future needs. Stay away from Millenium especially Claritza Munoz. She is nasty and rude.

If you buying used please check everything even engines air filter ,cabinet filter and even wiper blades have an experienced mechanic or body man after buying 2017 accord sport special edition I trusted that they checked everything but guess what I check the air filter completely dirty and very old also cabinet filter The first use of the windshield wipers totaled very bad I had to buy new ones my rear bumper by itself started separating from the sides by itself I don’t know why Before driving the car I had a small crack on my windshield the sales manager and sales person were tough with me until the branch manager interfered and accepted generously to replace it although it was not my fault and one of the guys who was driving it before delivery I’m sure cracked it the service guy who fixed it was so rude to me like I had a problem with him although I don’t know him and never met with him also they put a certified preowned sign on the front of the car but when you go there they say it’s not certified it’s used and for sale as it is OK so please inspect the vehicle very well and have a mechanic with you and the asked me for 1800$ more if I wanted the vehicle to be certified

I just got my new Honda Pilot from Greenwich Honda and have to say these guys are the best. From the first phone call I got the best quote and when I came in I was able to get all information I needed and get even better quote. All the time I was dealing with Andrew Arteaga who was very professional, not pushy and helpful from the begging to the end.
We visited a couple parking lots so I could see different colors to pick up the best I like, he also walked me thought all features on the car and finally when the car was ready he actually brought the car to my house in Norwalk.

I wish I would had read all these reviews before I went to Honda Bronx dealership. As I’m writing this review I’m crying. My mom had leased a CRV (2016) and her three years contract was coming to a close. She wanted to finance the CRV bc it learned to love the vehicle, it lightly used with less than 10,000 miles. We called Honda Finance directly but they directed us to go into a Honda dealership to complete the transaction. I decided to take my mom to BRONX HONDA because I live near. As soon as we arrived we informed the sales person what exactly we wanted yet immediately he spoke to us about adding their insurance The monthly payments increased tremendously (additional $205). They told us that because we were financing technically an old vehicle that they stringy suggest we added insurance. When we left I called Gieco regarding the car bc I wanted to know what exactly was covered by their full coverage insurance. They clearly detail everything that was covered and that an extra insurance was not necessary. I immediately called BRONX HONDA back to ask if their insurance could be removed but they said it was too late. I then asked if we can ”break” the contact by leasing a brand new car and surprisingly they said that was possible. We received several calls and emails asking when we're we passing by, about the car we were interesting in leasing and the color. I have save the emails and messages. When we got there (one day later) the narrative completely changed. We were told immediately that we were not able to lease another car and that they weren’t able to remove the insurance from the CRV that we had originally decided to finance. The experience was a total nightmare. My mom and I were very upset because we felt humiliated and disrespected. We felt they treated us in this manner because we are women. After hours (9 hours) of trying to negotiate and reason with them, they finally said they were willing to dismiss the original contract as long as we leased a Civic Sport. My mom wasn't able to tcar drive the car because they claimed it was too late and they were almost closing. This car is extremely low for my mom; it's very difficult for her to get in and out of the vehicle. We have contacted several people in the dealership for help yet no one has returned our calls. There's a lot more to our horrible experience. We are still trying to resolve this problem. I will continue to keep the public posted about this horrendous experience and process we are going through. My mom is so upset that she won’t even drive the car. Waiting Laurell’s call
Rip Off 2X - SLK
Took my 2013 Honda Odyssey to Honda City Service Center because the front passenger side DRL on the was not working. I had replaced the fuse and bulb before going to Honda. Honda City Service center replaced the battery and the bulb and told me the problem was fixed. I inquired how can the battery failure cause only 1 bulb to go out. I was not given an explanation. I told them I had already replaced the bulb. They said the bulb was bad. To replace the bulb they charged me more than $50 and over $200 for a new battery. I had bought the bulb for $8 and it took me 30 seconds to replace the bulb and the battery was still under warranty from another store. Honda insisted both were bad and that was the reason for the problem. They said the light was running so that proves both the battery and bulb had to be replaced. The reasoning was flawed but since the light was working, I argued, was not given a good reason for the repair, but since the light was on I paid and took the car.
A little while later the DRL went out again, I returned to Honda City. Now I was told the problem was a new ground wire had to be installed from the DRL and high beam to the passenger side door panel. I picked up my car after the service dept. closed. I was told the repair cost +$800 but after some discussion they agreed to lower the price to $300 in consideration for the work they previously performed that was not required.
I asked the agent on duty to show me the new wire or harness that was installed. The agent told me they could not show me the new wire. I called the service agent Chris who told me he could not give me an exact location of the new wire and I had to talk to a technician. I have contacted Honda several times to talk to a technician. They have never made one available. I have called Honda City 3 x for someone to tell me where the new wire is. When looking under the hood and visually inspecting the lights i see that all the wires to both lights are original, dust and dirt covered. Not sure what they did for $300
I have called the service agent and texted him several times and he does not respond. I have called the Service Manages and he has not responded.

On August 26th, 2019,I took my 2017 Honda Accord with 33,129 miles to Honda of Valley Stream with a engine knock,
Mr. Alex Marcel was the service representative who took my information and said he will get back to me. several days went by and didn't heard from anyone. I eventually went in and was told metal shaving was found in the engine and the oil in the engine looks too fresh like it was recently change. He request service history which was produce which shows the car was service on time or even before its was due.
I also spoke to a manager Mr.. Sam who did nothing to help. As of now they want me to pay approximately $7,000. 00 to replace the engine because they refuse to honor the warranty.
Today is October 23rd, 2019 and my car is still at the dealer and I am without transportation.
