Seamless express service experience with minimal wait - Benz-Bahn

Despite being very busy, the service department is very efficient in receiving customers, processing the vehicle drop-off and escorting the customer to the service waiting area to be met by the service advisor. The waiting area is very spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast items. You can watch your car being serviced through the giant windows that make up on side of the wall in the waiting area that overlooks the workshop. Service department staff are very professional, efficient and helpful. I brought my car here instead of taking it to a dealership closer to my home. I did not regret my decision for doing so.

Bought our third Mercedes recently. The first two were brand new but this time we went with a very slightly used CPO. I must say the experience was actually better than my first two brand new car purchases. I bought the first two cars from another Mercedes dealership, but this latest car was from Mercedes Benz of Smithtown. Let’s just say they’ve won our business from now on. And they’re a two hour drive away from our home. Nick Malena was our sales associate and boy did he work hard to make sure this deal went through. He also worked hard to make sure the deal was a good one and one that we’d feel comfortable with. At no point during the process did we feel as if we were being pressured. They even engaged with our 2 year old daughter. Everything about the deal and the process was explained clearly and concisely. Not only is Nick very friendly, but he’s very knowledgeable. In fact, everyone we came in contact with at Mercedes Benz of Smithtown had a smile on their face and was very pleasant. As I said, we will definitely be going back to purchase from Nick Malena and Mercedes Benz of Smithtown. 5 Stars and I highly recommend them.

As we were shopping for our third car, we decided to test drive an Infiniti QX60. It was our first time at Pepe Infiniti. Our overall experience at this dealer was a good one. There were a couple of glitches which we haven’t experienced at other dealers during past vehicle purchased transactions. We quite didn’t understand why our credit application and the necessary paperwork was not taken care of on the same day we agreed on a deal (Saturday early afternoon.) Also, why wasn’t the DMV registration process ready on the date of delivery (pick up time.) This delayed our delivery time spent at this dealer. Moving forward, we hope on our next visit and purchase at this dealer, it will be a quicker delivery transaction; less time waiting to sign and drive off in our new vehicle. Thank you Vincent Greco for trying your BEST in making this delivery experience a pleasant one for us despite you weren’t the sale person we closed the deal with. You are a trooper!
