My wife and I live in NJ and have had our 2013 GMC yukon XL for almost 5 years now and we were just discussing how when we buy a new one later this spring the only person/dealership is John at North bay. From the moment I walked into the quiet and spacious modern showroom I felt welcomed. The new owner greeted me warmly, offered me “the best” coffee and introduced me to the salesman, Fausto, who’s office was apparently tucked into the back away from the showroom and separate from the main floor (which I liked). We sat comfortably where I could stare at a beautiful navy CTS on the floor and spoke about my sports sedan options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also offered me “the best” coffee and then took me for a few test drives in the vehicles that I was interested in. Other dealers I had visited didn’t have all my vehicle options available for a test drive so I was pleased to be able to experience what I went there to see. Then Mike offered me “the best” coffee and we went over Financing options, which was also an easy and clear process. When I was close to a decision other guys from the dealership greeted me and shared their love for the CTS I was going to buy, and they added more information which helped to seal the deal. Rom finalized my paperwork with ease. Overall I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with, they were so easy to talk to, professional and interested in my happiness with the CTS. I had emailed my salesman Mitch about a car a was interested in that I saw online . I was set in my mind if the color of the interior and exterior I wanted and the type of Ct6 that I wanted.i went to the Dealership met with Mitch I placed a 500.00 deposit on a car I wanted and we agreed on a price and the car would be there next week. I get a call during the week that the car I wanted was missing and they could not find it, and the manager said he found me another car the same exact one with alittle more bells and whistles and he would charge me the same price that we agreed on the other car, BUT I had to give another 500.00 deposit since he claimed he had to send someone to Virginia to pick up the car and 400 miles will be added to the mileage. And he wanted to make sure I would buy this car if he did send someone to pick it up. He wouldn’t even ask for a flat bed so my new car wouldn’t have to incur those extra 400 miles it would take to bring it to ny I said ok but I wanted a new invoice drawn up with new vin number etc.And luckily I went down to Dealership and saw that 7000 dollars more was added to my purchase price on the invoice which they taxed me on that price so the tax was much higher than before and then at the bortom of invoice he subtracted the 7 thousand with rebates that he added. I told him it was wrong I was supposed to be charged the price we agreed to minus 3000 dollars in rebates I was entitled to then taxed etc . I told him I wasnt going to pay for the higher tax and he was first supposed to subtract the rebates and then charge me tax. The manager got angry and said.. that I didn’t want to budge with which color I wanted on exterior and interior of car and he was going out of his way to go to Virginia to get this car and that I should pay the higher tax. Because he was going out of his way . I refused and said I should be entitled to pick the color I want for my car and should not be penalized for him having to go pick up the car he found in VA. We argued back and forth and I felt this was a scam and a rip off . I then said give me back my refund and cancel this deal and he agreed . I will NEVER recommend this rip off scammers Dealership KING OROUKE of Smithtown . By th way Mr Manager how come I was not told about the 7 thousand in rebates that I could of used when I wanted to purchase this car. Unreal

Finding a salesman is extremly hard to do, finding a good dealership who treats there customers well, ebhances the challenge by 50%. In country I have found both. Doug Hacker is a salesman that I have purchased two CTS's from. There pricing is excellent, service terrific and ease of process was unbelievably easy. I look forward to purchasing many a car from Doug at country and appreciate the time and ease all of the staff did to make my sales go smoothly.

Never in my life have I heard a person waiting a whole week before having their car serviced. When I called always received the "BRUSH OFF", as if they don't care. The best thing I've heard so far was " they didn't service my car because they didn't know what was wrong"; how could you know whats wrong if you didnt look and find the problem. Well in the end it was just motor mounts but as I write this today, it's almost two weeks and still havent gotten my car back.
