Holy crap the horror show at this place is ridiculous. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS AND MAKE THE TRIP EAST. I leased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and Wayne helped me. The truck had a defect from the plant with the rear hatch / trunk. It was installed crooked. I had to bring the truck back to the dealership 3 times. It was never fixed properly to the point where the dashboard clearly indicated the trunk needed to be closed. After I picked up the truck after the 3rd time there was an obvious stain of compound from the body shop on the driver's seat. The truck at this point had less than 1000 miles. When I brought the stain to their attention - the blamed it on a denim stain from my jeans (black leather seats!!). They declined to service the vehicle and essentially told me to kick rocks. I attempted to reach out to the owner directly and that was a waste of time. After being escalated to Jeep/Chrysler corporate - they advised me that this dealership has this reputation and to go to a nearby Jeep dealership to get a second opinion. I brought truck to Security Dodge and worked directly with their warranty department (Dylan). He reached out to Jeep corporate and helped get my seat replaced, and trunk aligned PERFECTLY. STAY AWAY FROM MERRICK DODGE. This place is a joke. I am now getting my truck serviced (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) at Security Dodge as I don't want to waste ANY TIME at Merrick Dodge. Thanks for making this experience terrible for me.

Bob Kravetz (mgr.) and Keith (salesman) shouldn’t be in sales. First Keith lies about almost everything from lease disposition fee to how dealership would handle my remaining pymts. My fault was not getting it all in writing but was assured numerous times there wasn’t going to be any issues. Found out weeks via via letters in mail that nothing Keith said was true. Called Keith first about it, started stumbling his words, made excuses it had to be miscommunication and never called back. Then called Bob and he also stated would look into it and this clown 🤡 never called back either. Lesson here is get whatever these clowns tell u in writing otherwise it’s FALSE. Stay away from this dealership.

Switch and bait is how they operate. They said they had a car, we drove down and then they told us it was being detailed and we could come back next day which we did. They then said it was sold and tried to sell us another car. We picked one and then they marked it up saying we had to purchase a paint/interior protection package raising the listed price from $13,400 to over $18,000. What a joke! Go any where else.

After going down to Empire dodge and being harassed and deceived I came here and dealt with one of the most upfront and helpful car salesmans I have dealt with to date.
