I had the absolute worst experience before coming to Haddads and speaking to Paul. I was stressed out about finding the right car for me that was within my budget. I had very specific needs when it comes to cars. Paul Carmon was able to find me a better car than i was hoping for, for the price i had been hoping for. Unlike most car salesman he actually cared about keeping me within my budget instead of trying to pressure me into buying an expensive car at his benefit. Go to haddads and ask for Paul!
Waste of Time - Imsograceful
The reviews on google were similar to mine. I live in New York. Set up an appointment to test drive (2) cars. The salesman said he would call back to verify they are there as we were coming from another state. Got a call back to come in as both specific vehicles were on the lot. Got to the dealership. Test drove the one car, fell in love with it and decided this was 'the car.' Our salesman went to the finance team to start crunching numbers and come back with a price $9000 over what was advertised. Our salesman then says 'would you believe it. Same car, same color, same year - only difference is the mileage. The car you THOUGHT you were looking at is actually sold." We asked to see the manager who was a TOTAL derp. He said hey you came from NY why don't we give you some free gas. At this point it was 8p at night and they weren't really quick about filling our gas tank so we just left. These guys suck major.

The salesman was late making the delivery when I told him I had another appointment. I missed it. They took my checkbook, said I lost it, returned it 2 weeks later. Not fun looking for that checkbook over and over. Their paperwork said I traded in a Traverse when in fact it was a Ford Focus. That caused some drama. Car I bought had a serious defect that was not detectable unless wearing polarized sunglasses. When the sun shines and I'm wearing my prescription shades I can hardly see out the front side windows. I assume this will present some danger over the years. I lost 30 hours in wages because they kept me coming back, and then they refused to fix it. They ordered new windows (I don't think so) and they came with the same defect. Therefore Mr. O'keefe said that they could not get usable windows for the car. Every 2017 Camry had the same windows. Rode 17 miles in heavy traffic 3 times as they lead me to believe it would be corrected. i will file a complaint with NHTSA, already reported to my insurance company. I will never go back. They say the right things but don't do them. A big difference. Don't trust them and that certified warranty isn't with the paper it's written on. Also had a problem with tread coming off a tire with 17,000 miles on it. I did like Kent as he was patient and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. He tried to help with the window problem but once the sale was made he was toothless.

I recently purchashed a 2015 Rav4 and not only am Inhappy with my car but, the service from David Bosworth was great! I went in and traded my Rav4 that I bought from Steet Toyota almost 8 years ago with 194,000 miles on it and David was who helped me then as well. He has also sold my parents vehicles. He is so professional. Your experience with him and at Steet is always welcoming you never go and feel like you are being pressured they answer every question with honesty and take really good care of you. This is the only place we buy our vehicles :)

The service center listen to what my needs where and the problems with my car and they found the problem. The informed me in detail how long it will take on how long it would diagnostic the problem and let me know. The called me and let me know exactly what was wrong and corrected in a timely manner. They did a great job!!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very fun to deal with. Cary Hickey ( salesperson )was very helpful and did her best to make sure our experience was great. She got us the deal we wanted and was not pushy like some at other dealerships. We would gladly do business with her again.
2016 Highlander becomes very darty when driving in windy con - Highlander
We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander that is very very darty in windy conditions, the steering is very responsive and drives good under normal conditions but when the wind starts blowing you better pay attention the steering is so sensitive and light when the wind pushes and you need to correct I find that you over correct very easily. I think Toyota need to program the electric power steering to become stiffer at highway speed to help prevent over correcting in windy conditions.
