We work with Brian Oakley at Carbone and have leased for four cycles of 3 years each. Loyalty is a consideration at Carbone. Brian stayed in touch with us over the course of the last lease and notified us of current incentives for re-up as expiration neared. Brian went the additional step of discussing our excellent credit history and loyalty with the manager both of which made a difference in the final cost of the new lease. Brian also is very knowledgeable regarding the latest features on the new models and makes himself available at time of lease and in the weeks following to explain new features, especially the electronics. We continue to be impressed with his service.

So this is the 4th truck I have purchased from Haddad Toyota, the regular salesperson I worked with in the past had been promoted to sales management, so this time I purchased from Paul Carmon and had a truly AWESOME experience!! Paul spent some time with me to find out what my goal was with a new purchase, showed me a couple of vehicles that met my needs, and called me an hour after I had left the dealership with lease options & prices. I was very pleased with how he treated me & the deal I got. He even was kind enough to meet me on his 1 day off (Sunday) to drive the truck again & sign the paperwork.

2016 Highlander becomes very darty when driving in windy con - Highlander
We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander that is very very darty in windy conditions, the steering is very responsive and drives good under normal conditions but when the wind starts blowing you better pay attention the steering is so sensitive and light when the wind pushes and you need to correct I find that you over correct very easily. I think Toyota need to program the electric power steering to become stiffer at highway speed to help prevent over correcting in windy conditions.

My experience with them is that they have been quite reasonable in regard to servicing my vehicle. No negatives at all. I've never felt like they were trying to gouge me for more money unlike the dealers for my past vehicles. I no longer have those other vehicles because my service experiences were so poor. I'll probably add another Toyota soon.

Evrytime I had to go for a visit was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time . Staff was very helpful for the issue I was there for. From the advisors to the Service manager who worked on my truck himself at one time always left Saratoga pleased. Keep up the GOOD WORK !

From the person who greets you to take you car in to the person who you see to pay the bill - this place is wonderful. I particularly like the service desk - everyone there is so friendly, they never talk down to you, are quick getting all the paperwork out and keep you informed if anything comes up.
I know the whole department relies on the staff in the back who are servicing the car. Kudos to them for quick service and really taking care of my car.
This is my second Prius - I drove my first one for 8 years and am now on year 2 with this one. I would not take my car anywhere else.
