Repaired the engine of my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Van. This was the second major repair they dd for me. Like the first, which was a warranty repair several years ago, it was timely done with no surprises, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. In addition, they didn’t change the labor estimate even though the technician replaced the intake camshaft in addition to replacing all the rocker arms and valve lifters on the back bank of cylinders.

Brought my 2013 Laredo in for 80,000 mile service. Turned out they also found a leak in my steering and a sway bar link that had to be replaced. Liars, poor delivery, & terrible service | Decent pricing - jeepram18
Purchased a new Grand Cherokee through this dealership. Deal was established and was actually quite competitive. Arranged some extras to be included in the deal and set a time for delivery. Delivery was a week later, and I would expect the vehicle would be clean, detailed, and odds and ends completed. After waiting two hours (after 10a delivery appointment), I finally told the salesperson I'm not waiting anymore. Long story short, my brand new, black on black Grand Cherokee came out dirty, COMPLETELY scratched, missing a key, and without a hitch that was worked into the deal. We were lied to (shocker...), waited with a cranky baby for over two hours and were delivered a car that I wouldn't accept as a used vehicle. Lie after lie, the car went back to be fixed and came out even worse. At this point, I will now be paying a professional to buff / correct the paint on the entire car and have to install a hitch out of my own pocket. If it wasn't a limited edition vehicle, I would have walked from the deal.

Brought my car for service of my cars rear end and still was my fixed and now my cars engine is leaking oil all over my engine.brought it back finally fixed the rear end still leaking engine oil. 2 years after a bad experience with Fox Subaru where they tried hiding $10,000.00 by extending the loan on an ordered car we tried another Fox owned dealer. They advertised a great deal on a lease. After we showed up, fell in love with the vehical and ready to buy two...the night mare begain. First, the advertisement was for a vehical they no longer had then the ones they had the payments jumped over $400 more dollars and wanted $5000.00 down. After walking out and contacting Fayetteville Dodge.. three days later and less than an hour at thier dealership we are the proud owners of a new vehical.. with nothing down and payments we were looking for. Sometimes greed will give you money.. but in the long run .. honesty, fairness, and respect goes a long way. If you are looking for a vehicel and want the best car buying experience. .. stay away from Fox and go to Fayetteville Dodge!!!!!
Horrible Dealership - Inspector 1961
I went to the Lowery Bros. Jeep dealership to check out a new 2018 Wrangler. I was looking for a specific vehicle that was listed on their website as being in stock, but couldn't find it anywhere on their lot. I tried to find a salesperson to help, but had no luck. Even after waiting in the showroom, checking out vehicles, nobody offered to help. I finally got frustrated and left. I have tried to contact them several times through their "contact us" link on the website and have received no response. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Luckily there are other Jeep dealerships in the area that are more than happy to receive my business.

Dad traded in his truck on Friday, we called immediately to tell the sales mgr. that we wanted it. He said they had to go over it would be ready Monday. He said not to worry we had first chance on his truck and he would hold it. Monday after my husband got home from work we went right up to Nelliston. We walked in and their salesman Frank came out and said "oh I just sold that truck". Never Ever doing business with these low life's again. xxxxxxxx moves like that will ruin their reputation and ultimately Billy's huge business.
