From start to finish, they made me feel my time was important. My salesperson Brandon was a fun down to earth, knowledgeable, gentleman. Hats off to the detail shop, the truck looked perfect. If your trading in a vehicle, do your homework. Know what it's worth and stick to your number, you could loose out on a lot of money, Gave me $13500 for my trade yesterday and it's up for sale on the lot for $17,982 today. So anyone out there looking for a very nice 2009 Silverado there might be some room for good negotiations at Tradition... Ask for Brandon, I may not like the lowball appraisal, but he really was a super guy.

The staff at O'Connor are helpful, and did not try and pressure us in any way. We recently bought a used 2014 Ram from them. Their used vehicles are clearly carefully picked, and clean when you see them. They don't add on uneccesary charges to pad the sale. I strongly recommend them as a reputable and trustworthy dealer.

I gave highest rating because it was the best vehicle purchasing experience in the 24 years I am in the USA. All preliminary agreements regarding make, specifications, color and even trade in were done over email exchange. The trade in required some evaluation from service department, but it was quick and fair. All interactions at dealership were very professional, so I was out driving my new vehicle with minimal time spent. Bravo! I am hooked up with you guys.

I recently purchased (cash transaction) a used Rav4 from Dan McNerney. Compared to other models in my area, this vehicle was priced the lowest, To make a long story short, McNerney's inspected and sold me this vehicle with a ripped rear wiper and four dry-rotted tires, which they refuse to acknowledge. I'm no tire expert, so didn't know until another mechanic pointed it out to me. Now I know why locals stay away from this dealership.

They will sell you a car at a reasonable price but they play games. Follow up after they take your $ is a totally different story. Go to a dealership who appreciates you after the sales. They are not that!!!! I have been buying cars for a long time worst experience ever after the sale.

Waited hours for a pricing breakdown and still don't have it. They have no sense of urgency and are extremely unprofessional by leaving a potential customer waiting for this long. If the plan was to make me want what I inquired about more, this experience did the complete opposite and it makes me not want to do business with them at all.
Will be finding a more competent dealership to work with that actually cares about their clients.

Purchased a two year old truck. To us $40K is a lot of money. Being a used vehicle it had a few things that needed attention in our opinion. Salesman, service and finance department promised us the world and that they would do their best and would take care of the things that we brought up and wrote on the contract. Picked up the truck and they said servicce would call us regarding the followup work. No contact for 2 1/2 weeks when we finally called. Basically the saleman stated him and service dropped the ball. Upon returning to the dealer for the promised work we notified them that the AC blower unit made horrible noises and smelled funny when blowing into the cab. Let's just say two trips back to the dealer (1x ordered part, 2x after they replaced a plastic part something happened and the fog lights didn't work) things still need to be replaced, we had to pay $65 for a cab air filter because the AC blower needed to be replaced. Said it wasn't covered and hasssled us about AC repair cost. When picked up they acted like they did us a favor in not charging us the ~$350 bill. Crazy! So sorry that I believed the small hometown dealership song and dance.

So I financed my vehicle with East Syracuse Chevrolet and thought I would get some sort of customer loyalty discount, I did not. I needed a few things taken care of with my vehicle. I was told after I dropped it off that I would get a call later on that day to receive information on condition and how long it would take. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:30pm and did NOT get a call back, I left a message and still no reply. Paul lost my information and called the wrong number (unprofessional and unorganized). It wasn't until the next day I finally got a status, I had to speak with someone else to get a hold of Paul and that was a headache in itself.
I would NOT suggest servicing your vehicle here, they do NOT have my trust.
