Tried to book a service appointment with Maserati of Westport for my 2017 QP on 10/3/18 , very rude and poor customer service, the lady who books appointments refused to offer me a loaner for a 3 hours service telling me they don"t know who I am and I did not buy the car from them !!!, spoke with service manager who tried to be reasonable
The QP is a great car, to get it serviced is another story, sub par customer service compared to any other car brand I ever experienced.
To conclude, if you wish to get disrespected, frustrated and treated very poorly then please contact Maserati of Westport to service your car

Don't Buy here, just move on to a credible dealer. Misrepresented vehicle options, condition and replacement tires and brakes. " We are a Rolls Royce, Bentley Dealer we do things 100 % , yes 100% the wrong way...Walmart brand replacement tires, Napa Brake rotors and pads, on a $42k dollar 35 k miles Lexus...not to mention cracked windshield, damaged front bumper that was damaged in pictures, " No we repaired that" Nope they didn't... scratched sill plates in door steps, beat up floor mats a " Certified" vehicle sticker on windshield, certified ...what that we lied about it's condition?? Not done yet, I paid with a Bank check, 14 days later I'm still waiting for the title , which they had in the store, at least I was emailed a picture before I traveled five hours to buy it. I left without it, as " the office sends that out" well I guess not be cause 14 days later I don't have it and my Lexus is parked in my garage , can't drive it. All ready spent $1600 on repairs they should have done...GM Jim Caruso promised me a check for $1000 towards the repairs...guess what, it must be with the title that has never arrived, and he is not responding to multiple emails and calls. Rotten from the top to the bottom !! Don't SPEND $10 here , they don't care. I should have known with a Google rating of 3.8 but again ,I TRUSTED THEM !! Big mistake !!! Lies , Lies Lies

Starting off, I have bought and sold many high end cars here. I had sold them the ferrari that they had sitting in their showroom for months.
I had purchased an audi a8l quattro from them as a beater car, when I went to trade it in at another dealership, I found out it was a fleet car (which they did not disclose, but they had to!) and I also found out that it was previously wrecked.

Unacceptable Service. After purchasing our flying Spur Speed from Manhattan MotorCars we had it serviced for the outstanding items & it was returned to us with a broken front grill, dent in the back chrome bumper, dents in the door & cigarette burn in the leather seat. They continued to drop the ball ordering wrong parts and wasting my time so we cut our losses and have the car repaired at Bentley Parsippany who demonstrated exceptional service. We also sent 2 emails expressing our dissatisfaction to the GM and owner of Manhattan MotorCars & never even received a call back. Unacceptable!!!! I am just shocked with the lack of customer service Manhattan MotorCars provided & recommend to buy and service your car from Bentley Parsippany.
