After shopping shopping and shopping for the right car found Bennett Maserati and they had the car for me was in the area for work so just stopped in was greeted by the salesman James and I stated I wanted to look at one of the cars in which I found online.Gave him my credentials and took a test ride he was very kind and knowledgeable about the car and I didn’t feel pressured at all .Basicly after the test drive I asked about the warranty and other questions which he answered throughly then he said what do you think I said I will take it.While in his office discussing the purchase another great guy who introduced himself as the sales manager Justin apologized for interrupting but had a ? For James on another car I stated not a problem just thought to myself wow I have purchased countless cars throughout my life and never really had a quality experience until this purchase.After finalizing a couple of things with James was re-introduced to Justin in which finalized the deal . I did have a trade I thought it was worth more than what it was which Justin showed me what they were selling for in the area and I understand being self-employed there has to be a profit to keep the lights on but to take that time and review my trade so I can understand I was thoroughly impressed again.I live approximately an hour away from this dealership and will return this vehicle for service at this location the sales staff the management the hospitality just five star to the fullest extent I could say I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase thank you staff of Bennett Maserati of Allentown .

Tried to book a service appointment with Maserati of Westport for my 2017 QP on 10/3/18 , very rude and poor customer service, the lady who books appointments refused to offer me a loaner for a 3 hours service telling me they don"t know who I am and I did not buy the car from them !!!, spoke with service manager who tried to be reasonable
The QP is a great car, to get it serviced is another story, sub par customer service compared to any other car brand I ever experienced.
To conclude, if you wish to get disrespected, frustrated and treated very poorly then please contact Maserati of Westport to service your car

Terrible experience! It all started out wonderful. I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman (Tim). He was helpful, sent pictures, and did a video since I am 2.5 hours away. We spoke several times, and I submitted a credit application, and we agreed to come up on Saturday since he was off. He asked if I wanted to give a deposit (this was at 8:20 pm) and i said yes in the Morning. I called in the morning to make sure everything was ok. and to give my deposit, and he advised he would reach out to his manager, since he was off, and would be going into the dealership that afternoon and would advise. When I had not heard from him late in the day I texted, and he advised that "someone from NJ came in today and bought the car. You can imagine how disappointed I felt considering we made arrangements to drive up and get the car on Saturday, and had submitted a credit application. You expect more out of a Maserati dealership! My advice go someplace else!

Absolutely terrible service department. Will never return your phone call. Not willing to work with you to come to a reasonable solution to keep the customer happy.
I received my car without a cigarette lighter in the front. I also let them know my infotainment screen keeps shutting off and on randomly and would like a fix for this fault. I also wanted to know if my amp can be calibrated to different settings. Called multiple times only to be told they will call me back but weeks later, still no update or call back. Extremely unprofessional.
Not only is their service advisor Larry incompetent and slow, their mechanic Paul is clueless as ever.
The funny thing is they have this plaque on the service advisors desk that says they strive to deliver great customer service. It’s a joke and complete lie.
I think it all has to do with them opening up shop not too long ago therefore everyone in there is inexperienced and careless.
They have completely turned me off from Maserati and when time comes to give my lease back, I will go back to BMW. In the meantime, I will be going to Maserati of Westport from now on to see if they deliver better customer service.
Stay away from this place at all costs.

Just down away by the service, Jesse Strauss gave us from the moment we walked in to the dealership. Was considering the new Levante S and Jesse just made the experience so great we ordered the car on the spot after the test drive. He walked us through the customization process and with my kids was able to build a car that we were all happy with.
He kept me informed through the delivery process and was available as soon as the car arrived to help with all insurance, registration, radar etc... Such an easy process. Have heard of horror stories but Jesse and everyone at the dealership were fantastic.
Will for sure go back and get my text car from them. and have already refereed friends to Jesse.
