He took us through the differences between the Cherokee and the Compass before we took the test drives and he was spot on with his review of both vehicles. I leased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in February. About a month in, I noticed my gear shift moves to neutral or reserve on its own. I called the dealership and they said that's not possible because this isn't an issue anymore. Well I am telling you it is. My Jeep will literally just go into neutral or reserve WHILE DRIVING. Seems dangerous right? The dealership says that my vehicle does not do this (without even looking at it) but can put me in a Jeep Compass for the same payment. Now no offense to anyone who has a Compass, but my Grand Cherokee is 48k and the Compass is in the 20s...why would I pay the SAME payment for a car thats half the price?? Then I go to the service department because I have a recall on the vehicle, I was disgusted with the so called "customer lounge". We own 4 vehicles and all of them are different OEMs. I have never seen such bad service before. No one offered a beverage, they did not wash my car after it was services, was not vacuumed on the inside, and took longer than they said it would. I would never recommended someone going here for anything. Absolutely terrible.

Bought a new Ram from them and anytime I needed service other than the quick lane, I was told anywhere from 3 weeks to a month. I called about an inspection and getting new tires mounted and told they were backed up 3 weeks on tire mounting which is something that can be done in 20 minutes.

I went here with an open mind looking for a new suv. I have good credit and was open to any car. Let’s just say when I was push to say which car was my favorite I said well I like the renagades but it dosent have to be that they took that as only trying to get me a renegade and when the monthly payment was more then I wanted to pay instead of showing me a car within my range I was told they couldn’t help me. I left the dealer in tears and went and bought a brand new Mitsubishi at a different dealer. I would never shop here. They only want your money and treat you like it. You are not a person to them and they don’t even try to help meet your needs or get to know you.

I had a good sales man. Leased a new ram and left something in my old vehicle that I was pressured into giving them ASAP. Contacted them hours later and got treated extremely poorly by the sales manager. Not sure how he could be a manager he talked to me very rudely and unprofessional I will never go back. Very unpleasant experience

We have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and the rear brakes needed replaced. We had the car sent to deihl and paid almost $500 for this to be done. We got the car back on a Thursday and by Sunday we lost brakes and went through a red light on RT 8. We had the car towed back to deihl and they said it would be another $1000 to fix it.. They said they could knock a little bit off and it would be a little over $900. They said it wasn't the brakes, that it was the brake booster.. that the brake booster had oil in it . Now I spoke to multiple mechanics elsewhere who said that oil in the brake booster is impossible.. so I wanted an explanation as to why when they replaced my brakes we lost our brakes and how oil could possibly get in the brake booster.. I spoke to Rich Grossman and all he could tell me was it was the brake booster.. Then he said that they could do 25% off and that would end up being a little over $1000, so more than what we were originally quoted over the phone. When I seemed to get upset for not getting answers he shrugged and smiled at me like oh well.. i had my mechanic go up and talk to one of the mechanics at deihl. He was very nice and explained and showed him exactly what the problem was. Apparently the brake booster in this jeep is placed in a strange spot making it possible to get oil in and lose brakes. Its impossible in most other cars but not in Jeeps.. The manager could not and would not explain or have anyone explain this. So he let me sit there upset and feeling like I was being ripped off. We spoke to Jeep corporation and they are paying for half the cost so we are stuck. I know most of the employees at deihl and they are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Its a shame the manager Rich Grossman is the manager of this place. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone for anything strictly because of the poor management. As the manager he should have taken the initiative to explain or have this explained considering I am a paying customer and this issue is a rare issue(per the deihl mechanic).. Instead he sat there shrugging and smiling like a big 'I don't know but what are you gonna do about it.'

Not only did they keep me there for 6 hours on a lease trade in they would not work with me, provided $0 on a very low milage trade in and sold me a lemon. The jeep I leased has been in the shop 3 times within 4900 miles. After the sale they dont acknowleege you, return calls or even say hi while you are waiting for service.
Considering I lease my cars they lost a customer every 3 years and will screw you without the courtesy of lube..

I called to ask about getting a copy of my key made, and I was transferred 3 times between everyone. The guy at the parts wouldn't even answer my questions and when I finally got to him he just hung up on me. I then drove over there and went into parts to ask about getting a new key. The dude talked down to me (Probably because I look young) and then proceeds to high ball me for the price of my new key (Everywhere but here told me at max 150 where he told me 220) I don't even think he entered anything on his computer when I gave him my vin

DO-NOT Waste your Time or Money at this Dealership. I HAVE an Electrical Problem with my 2013 DODGE CHARGER, I took it in to the Dealership to have it repaired, Supposedly they checked out the Electrical, BUT found Nothing Wrong, BUT on Friday last week the Service Mgr. Checked my Malfunction and saw A PROBLEM. Today she Claims it WAS NOT the Electrical Touchscreen System. THEN the THIEVES at Esposito Dodge wanted me to PAY for the Test that they claim is not warranty covered, Oh yea, Like they will ever get a Penny of mine again. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE BLACK DODGE CHARGER with the PROBLEM WILL BE TRADED OFF and A NEW BLACK MUSTANG will be in my Driveway. Just be careful, Deal Anywhere but Esposito Dodge.
