I totaled my car in January with all the snow that we had and was very upset and anxious about having to buy a new car. I went online and called the dealership as well which is when i got a chance to talk to Dave. He asked me what i was looking for and did all the leg work for me! He then promtly returned my call and let me know what they had in my price range and specifications that i needed. I was there 2 days later where i got to meet Dave. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease, honestly i felt like family there. We test drove the car and within 2 hours i was driving off the lot with my new car that i could not be more pleased with. I would never go to another dealer or anyone else besides Dave again for a car! I can not recommend them and especially Dave as your salesman enough! Thank you!!

I wanted a particular Ram with certain options and Jim Raub helped me for two days emailing back and forth trying to locate the exact ram I wanted. He spend hours trying to help me. His price was also the lowest for a lease around. I just happened to randomly walk in since I was near a customer and had extra time before I had to get back to work. This was my first time meeting Jim, I will buy from him from now on. I just had to put a review because of how he went out of his way to help me and he never met me before.

Purchased Vehicle- Still No Title - Robin1019
The sales person was great during the sale. Afterwards, don’t expect anything. Their customer service is non existing. It all began when We didn’t receive our registration for over two months. When we did receive it, only my husband was listed. Then our financial institution informed us this Sping that they still have not received the title. To date, we are still waiting to receive the title on a vehicle we purchased in November 2017! Without a title, I have no legal right to a vehicle I am financing. Calls to the dealership are useless; straight to voicemail. I’ve resorted to emailing the title clerk and general manager, numerous times without a response. This has been absolute nightmare. I will NEVER purchase a car from Jim Shorkey. I would give no stars if I could.

I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade and went to have the tire serviced. I have the tire warranty and it is all covered. It took them over 3 hours just for them to say they couldn't do anything. They lied and said they couldn't get ahold of my warranty place which I called and talked to someone instantly. They said it needed plugged. Then when I got there they had charged me got a NEW TIRE! no where did they say they were replacing the tire. Even though my warranty would have covered it, they said it would take an hour and a half and then called 5 minutes later saying to come get the car because they don't have the tire. So when I got there, the guy said "I have the tire, but it's in use we need to order." Needless to say said forget it I'll go somewhere else. I will never go back again.

I was in an unexpected accident and purchasing a new vehicle was by far the easiest part of the process! Ben my salesman, was very helpful with my situation, stayed within my budget, was not pushy or pressuring me into any vehicle i didn't want, even brought me hot cookies while my paperwork was being processed! This dealership overall was incredibly accommodating with everything, I got a full tank of gas during the test drive, i was able to leave my rental vehicle with them to be picked up, and they were incredibly accommodating with me on down payment terms. The Finance guy was wonderful, explained everything clearly one time, and the overall process was very fast and convenient. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in a pinch or unexpectedly purchasing a new vehicle!!

I purchased a vehicle there and received 3 free oil changes. They said it would be a hour each time which ridiculous but they are free. Had my last one today, took a hour and a half. No one cared that I was unsatisfied. I was also told they wouldn't do the required work needed for my cars recall on a Saturday because they only do small services on Saturday yet multiple customers were having more extensive work done today which is Saturday.

I HAVE an Electrical Problem with my 2013 DODGE CHARGER, I took it in to the Dealership to have it repaired, Supposedly they checked out the Electrical, BUT found Nothing Wrong, BUT on Friday last week the Service Mgr. Checked my Malfunction and saw A PROBLEM. Today she Claims it WAS NOT the Electrical Touchscreen System. THEN the THIEVES at Esposito Dodge wanted me to PAY for the Test that they claim is not warranty covered, Oh yea, Like they will ever get a Penny of mine again. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE BLACK DODGE CHARGER with the PROBLEM WILL BE TRADED OFF and A NEW BLACK MUSTANG will be in my Driveway. Just be careful, Deal Anywhere but Esposito Dodge.
