Charlie Shaver went above and beyond to find me my Fiat Spider Abarth, I wanted silver with a specific interior, he went on the internet and located one in Maryland. Of course,, being so far away, the dealership wasn’t eager to give it up. Charlie kept contacting them, until, finally he got it. After getting my car, Charlie showed me all the equipment. It had been fifteen years since I drove a standard, so Charlie drove around with me until I was comfortable shifting gears again. I would recommend South Hills to all my friends, of course, I would say, see Charlie.

Used Pick Up Truck Issues Fixed - Just Me
We bought our truck earlier in the year and returned for our free oil change. We had a list of small items to be looked into or to be resolved. They checked each one, explained some, replaced others, and we are very pleased with what was done and how we were treated.. We did not have any negative issues at all. We would absolutely buy another vehicle at the Solomon Ford and use the service dept. again.
Buyer Beware of Forgery - Concerned Consumer
Sadly my son’s first car (Jeep) buying experience was tarnished by Napleton. His late Uncle was an avid Jeep owner. After he passed he decided that a Jeep was going to be the first vehicle he was going to buy. He saved up for many years (even before he could drive) and put down a large down payment only to find out the contract was void due to the dealership forging our signatures on the financial documents. This experience has taught him that dealerships are untrustworthy. He also has learned to read every detail of a contract and compare promised pricing to the actual price they put on the contract. If you bought a vehicle from them over the summer check your contract for add ons and enlarged pricing. I would also suggest requesting a copy of the contract from your financial institution, and compare signatures. Are they actually yours? It’s not fun to write a negative review and I even waited until my anger subsided after finding out about the forgery. This review is for all the innocent young adults. Remember buyer beware.

I was looking for a Fiat 500x Trekking that had the Beats stereo, the sunroof, and of course the 18” wheels. Well Jim Shorkey had on the lot. This was an easy decision to make, and once they gave me what I wanted for my trade, it was a done deal! No pressure to buy, which would have been a deal killer. Would recommend highly!

My overall experience with this dealership has left an awful taste in my mouth and I would not recommend it to anyone else. Literally the only positive thing I can say about this dealership was that Patsy my Salesman was very sweet, upfront, and informative. If it weren't for him, we would've definitely left and taken our business elsewhere and unfortunately for Patsy, probably will with all future purchases. After being told by Matt on the internet chat that he would "Double Check" to make sure the vehicles I were inquiring about were there since I lived 45 minutes away, he never got back to me. We showed up and one of the vehicles was already sold. The part of the process where Patsy went on a test drive with us and did all of his fact finding was great. After that the process was handed off to Skip, who is very rude, condescending, and arrogant. At no point during our discussions with him did we feel welcome, comfortable, or valued. After several hours and the computers "going down" we left without signing any paperwork and told someone would bring us those papers. Wouldn't you know that the papers we were asked to sign were NOT the same numbers that were agreed up and SIGNED by both parties the night before. When informing the dealership that this was wrong, I, myself was informed that I was incorrect and the information I had was inaccurate. The Signed document that I had sitting right in front of me was wrong and their computer number was right. After talking to the GM, Eric it was obvious that the customer must not always be right because once again I was told I was incorrect. Just a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

In for recall and electrical problem. - hunter1025
I had an appointment for my 2014 Ram 1500 for 2 recalls and an electrical issue I was having for the dashboard signals flashing. 3 days later I called to see of they found anything and see if they fixed the recall. I was told that they did the recall right away and that they still haven't been able to find the issue yet. I called again the next Monday and they said it was a steering rack issue and the part was on back order. I asked for a loaner until the part came in and they said they didn't do that which I found out was bull. Now today they called and asked me if I knew there were 2 recalls that needed fixed and that might be the problem for the dash signals because it was a computer recall. I asked if he remembered telling me that they got to the recall right away. They have had my truck for 3 weeks and it could have been fixed then.

I took my Jeep Compass to the dealership when it over-heated. It took them three days to diagnose the car, and they found nothing. After it did it the second time, they determined that something was wrong, but they still haven’t diagnosed the car. It has been 4 work days. They don’t care about their customers because they know that, as a Jeep service provider, you need them due to the warranty. They are inconsiderate and incompetent. Do NOT take your car to them.

Unprofessional and dishonest - Jbl
I was driving in to buy a car that I assumed was being held for me. Got a phone call on the way saying that it had been sold out from under me because I hadn’t signed anything the day before...despite setting up a time with the salesman to actually pick up the vehicle.
The only reason I didn’t sign was because there was an open recall that hadn’t been addressed.
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with these idiots. No professionalism whatsoever.

I called to ask about getting a copy of my key made, and I was transferred 3 times between everyone. The guy at the parts wouldn't even answer my questions and when I finally got to him he just hung up on me. I then drove over there and went into parts to ask about getting a new key. The dude talked down to me (Probably because I look young) and then proceeds to high ball me for the price of my new key (Everywhere but here told me at max 150 where he told me 220) I don't even think he entered anything on his computer when I gave him my vin

DO-NOT Waste your Time or Money at this Dealership. I HAVE an Electrical Problem with my 2013 DODGE CHARGER, I took it in to the Dealership to have it repaired, Supposedly they checked out the Electrical, BUT found Nothing Wrong, BUT on Friday last week the Service Mgr. Checked my Malfunction and saw A PROBLEM. Today she Claims it WAS NOT the Electrical Touchscreen System. THEN the THIEVES at Esposito Dodge wanted me to PAY for the Test that they claim is not warranty covered, Oh yea, Like they will ever get a Penny of mine again. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE BLACK DODGE CHARGER with the PROBLEM WILL BE TRADED OFF and A NEW BLACK MUSTANG will be in my Driveway. Just be careful, Deal Anywhere but Esposito Dodge.
