I wanted a particular Ram with certain options and Jim Raub helped me for two days emailing back and forth trying to locate the exact ram I wanted. He spend hours trying to help me. His price was also the lowest for a lease around. I just happened to randomly walk in since I was near a customer and had extra time before I had to get back to work. This was my first time meeting Jim, I will buy from him from now on. I just had to put a review because of how he went out of his way to help me and he never met me before.

New 2018 Jeep - Fair, Friendly, Quick! - KDH79
Recently my vehicle was rear ended and totaled. Of course it couldn't have happened at the worse time, I am currently financially extended and wasn't in the best position to be purchasing a new vehicle. Not to mention I was in a time crunch. I live near Ron Lewis in Pleasant Hills so decided to make that my first stop. I spoke with Ken Shotter and was initially looking at a used vehicle to get me through until I was in a better position to buy something else. Ken showed me some used vehicles and mentioned with current incentives I maybe able to get into a brand new Jeep. I looked at a 2018 Jeep Cherokee with the tech and cold weather package. I took the vehicle for a test drive and told Ken I would have to think it over. Ken never pressured me to make a deal and was fine with me taking my time and coming back. I came back two days later and they were able to work with me and make a deal. The entire deal only took a couple hours and I was driving off the lot in a freshly detailed vehicle. While I was waiting on the vehicle to be prepared for me to take home the manager Jim came over and thanked me for my business and shook my hand. I appreciated the personal touch of him coming over to me. I had my previous vehicle serviced at Ron Lewis and have always had a good experience. I look forward to continuing that relationship with my 2018 Jeep. It's an added bonus the dealership is so close to my home, but the friendly, knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales, personalized touch and the genuine sense they actually were looking to get me the best deal the could is what really makes the difference. Worst customer service ever! I wish I would have listened to some of the reviews before purchasing my Jeep from Jim Shorkey. I'm having the same issues that many other customers are experiencing. I purchased my Jeep in November and they could not find the second key so they gave me their word that if I took the Jeep that day they would get me the second key within a few days. That was in November and here it is almost February and they do not return phone calls and I have been to the dealership three separate occasions just to get a key made and they give me a different excuse every time telling me why they can't give me one. Finally on my last attempt they offered to give me a list of dealerships that carry the key in stock but I would have to purchase it. At this point I'm just going to pay the $200 myself and have one made at another dealership. Please pay attention to this review and do not go to Jim Shorkey for your next vehicle

I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed there when it would not start. Of course the service charges were high, nearly $600 to scan the fault code and replace a battery. What really annoyed me was finding out THEY PERFORMED OTHER WORK ON THE JEEP WITHOUT ASKING ME IN ADVANCE!!! They performed a warranty replacement without asking me if I wanted it done. I didn't find out about the work until they called me about a part being in for a second recall on the Jeep. I will not go back there.
It is a real shame that independent repair shops do not have the tools to scan modern cars and do repairs.

I purchased a vehicle there and received 3 free oil changes. They said it would be a hour each time which ridiculous but they are free. Had my last one today, took a hour and a half. No one cared that I was unsatisfied. I was also told they wouldn't do the required work needed for my cars recall on a Saturday because they only do small services on Saturday yet multiple customers were having more extensive work done today which is Saturday.

The guy at the parts wouldn't even answer my questions and when I finally got to him he just hung up on me. I then drove over there and went into parts to ask about getting a new key. The dude talked down to me (Probably because I look young) and then proceeds to high ball me for the price of my new key (Everywhere but here told me at max 150 where he told me 220) I don't even think he entered anything on his computer when I gave him my vin

DO-NOT Waste your Time or Money at this Dealership. I HAVE an Electrical Problem with my 2013 DODGE CHARGER, I took it in to the Dealership to have it repaired, Supposedly they checked out the Electrical, BUT found Nothing Wrong, BUT on Friday last week the Service Mgr. Checked my Malfunction and saw A PROBLEM. Today she Claims it WAS NOT the Electrical Touchscreen System. THEN the THIEVES at Esposito Dodge wanted me to PAY for the Test that they claim is not warranty covered, Oh yea, Like they will ever get a Penny of mine again. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE BLACK DODGE CHARGER with the PROBLEM WILL BE TRADED OFF and A NEW BLACK MUSTANG will be in my Driveway. Just be careful, Deal Anywhere but Esposito Dodge.
