Took my 2018 f150 in for a recall for frozen door locks. They told me to drop off the truck in the am. I dropped it off the night before they told me it would take 3 hours. I went in at 4:00 the next evening and it wasn’t done. Told me it was going to be another 45 min. I had no place to go for 45 min or a way to get there anyway. Had to sit in waiting room till done with my mask on. Very uncomfortable. NOT HAPPY I believe it was Robert that waited on me when I went back to pick up my truck. He talked nice to me but it still didn’t help my experience Update. The day after the service the service manager call to apologize for the bad experience that I had.

Highly recommend! Chris was able to work within our budget and sold us a beautiful car! An absolute blessing for my family... I told him that the last used car I bought was rusted out underneath and he actually put the car on a lift and gave me a flashlight to inspect the frame. It was spotless! Couldn't be more happy!

Visited the dealership to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge that was advertised in the Washington Observer newspaper. I dealt with salesman Craig W. and he was very cordial and understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Between Craig and the used car manager Dan, it was a very stress free experience. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle as I wasn't sure it was what I really wanted, I will definitively consider doing business there in the future if I see a vehicle that really interests me.

This is a place you do not want to deal with unless you enjoy being disrespected and feel like giving away your hard earned money, and time, to people that are out to take advantage of you. They have extremely high prices and yet cannot be bothered to wash a vehicle or clean the stains from the interior before they attempt to sell it to you for well above market value. There are much better choices in the Pittsburgh area that care about building a relationship with customers to keep them coming back. Sure, the showrooms of those other choices may not be as palatial, but that is because those ones are not fleecing their customers.

Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.

A woman shopping for a car doesn't normally get the respect and service that men do. Pete and Nick were the exception. I researched online for a new car and did a pre-approval for a Mercury Milan. Pete called me a few days later and answered every one of my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found it quickly. He was never pushy. He called me again a few days later on a Monday and he introduced me to Nick who took his time with me and answered every single question I had. By that Friday, I had my new car.
