Getting my MKX in and out with an oil change and the Works took a very short time. Just long enough to have a cup of coffee and a donut. At this visit I dealt with Fran..

Great working with Justin! - TO15108
Very easy dealing with Justin and going through the sales and buying process. I have dealt with him and Cochran for several years and several vehicle purchases.
Not fully trustworthy - HQBovik
The salesperson as well as the finance person misrepresented our loan. We were encouraged to take out a loan for an additional $500 savings (even though we had the cash to pay in full) and the loan could be paid back within a month or two if we wanted. We didn't understand and were not told that the full interest of the loan over the whole period would be charged if it is paid off early. for $500 savings we are now paying several thousand $ extra. Not cool.
Otherwise our sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, except for the financing issue.
Beware also of the last minute pressure pitch for an extended warranty as you sign the deal with the finance/management guy. The price of that warranty seems arbitrary (if you hesitate it goes down) and it was not fully explained what it really covers (after the original warranty expires).

This is the second SUV we purchased in a little over a month. On both occasions the staff at Suppes went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received on both vehicles.
Very dependable - smiller25
Worked with Roxy on the repair and sent estimate to my email. After reviewing the estimate I went with the repair. They kept me up dated on how the repair was coming. I was very happy with the repair. Also I would like to thank the mechanic. I know it was lengthy repair. Truck is running well. Thank you again.
Told I needed $4200 in repairs to pass inspection..I did NOT - TLFORD45
I use to take my Escape to Davies for everything from oil changes to major work. NOT ANYMORE!!! I took my Escape in for inspection and it didn't pass. I should add that it DID pass emissions and they put a sticker on it. Here is the list they said it needed. Oil pressure sending unit ($125), muffler ($300), Y pipe exhaust ($600), 2 holes in body ($140), ball joint ($800). This is just for parts not labor including...their total cost they quoted me was $4200 for parts and labor. This is a 08 Escape that was just in 2 month prior for a oil change and "THE WORKS" meaning check over everything. Nothing was brought to my attention. Anyways, I bought the oil sending unit from Advance for $8 and installed it myself in 25 minutes. I took it to Firestone for the ball joint found out this same one was replaced by them less than a year ago, so it was under warranty. I also asked them to check the exhaust and brakes and if they can inspect it. They did!!! Total cost at Firestone ($168) nothing was wrong with my exhaust. Firestone even allowed me to look at it with them. There were NO holes in muffler and Y pipe as Davies told me. I bought this Escape new from Davies and I feel they were just trying to sell me a new car at this point. Well they just lost a customer forever.
Excellent - Bob36
Great experience and a great deal. Both John and Joe were excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend. In fact my dad purchased his second truck from them a week after I did.
Excellent Service - Lois@1217
Went in for oil change without scheduling Inspection and Emissions. They were kind enough to take care of this for me so I didn't have to make another trip. Always go to Day Ford. Everyone is kind and patient with me and they do things that I didn't even schedule just for my convenience. Got out last 4 cars here and can't imagine going anywhere else.
Made me a deal I couldn't refuse - duqjeep2010
I wasn't really in the market for a new truck but the deal they worked out for me made it a no brainer. It was a super simple process couldn't have been any easier.
Smail pre-owned center 2 thumbs up - zimmy1
Kevin Markle was my sales associate. We communicated a few times online and on the phone. He worked out some numbers that were good enough to persuade me to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to his dealership. The trip was worth the effort. He had the vehicle cleaned up and waiting for me when I arrived. A beautiful looking Ram 1500 truck that ran smooth and everything worked like it should. Before I knew it, I was signing loan papers and cleaning out my old vehicle. Kevin got me an even lower monthly payment than I expected In a very short period of time. Everyone at Smail pre-owned was helpful, professional and Courteous.
Great first experience - Happy customer
Salesman Gary Krug and finance man named Alex were awesome to work with. We were treated very well! Professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness the entire time!! Very pleased with my new vehicle, price and customer service there!
Horrible service - Ed

Dealt with a dozen+ dealerships in my life they're the worst - 2010SHO
I purchased a 2010 Taurus SHO in March 2017 with 74k miles from their Connelsville location. I was told by a sales manager it was a Certified Pre-Owned.
Now the car has 83k miles and is need of a new engine according to Suppes Ford in Johnstown. I gave Davies a call and he says the car was not a CPO and that anything older than 5 years isn't even eligible and completely denies the claim. Why would I make that up?
Also, I traded in a Honda Civic when I got the SHO, and part of the deal was they were going to give me the remote start out of the Civic back but it would take a day or two. So I left and made the hour plus drive home. Fast forward a week, no starter.
I give them a call and they said they have it and will mail it out soon. Fast forward a week and nothing. I call again and they inform that sales person has quit and they will have to look for it. The next day they find and and the sales manager says he'll mail it out tomorrow. Fast forward a week I call and that sales manager has also quit and they can't find it but will look for it. Fast forward a few months and they still can't find it but do agree to put a new remote start on my SHO. So kudos there. Too bad it took a few months of back and forth to accomplish it.
And lastly. 3 months after date of purchase I caused a door ding and called my insurance to see if I could get the ding fixed. They had no record of the SHO on my insurance. I thought perhaps I had dropped the ball on this but I had always had the dealership add the car when you're doing the final paperwork.
So I called the dealership and asked to talk to a sales manager but didn't give him my name or told him what was going on. I proceeded to just ask him "if I purchase a used vehicle do you or I add the car to my insurance?" He of course tells me what I already suspect and it's them who had the car during the final paperwork. So ya, they dropped the ball not me.
I just talked to Jim Davies and he denies absolutely everything I told him and claims everything is something I had done incorrectly.
So as I may be a complete stranger on facebook, but if you're thinking of buying a vehicle with Davies please read the rest of reviews of this place. Obviously it's level of shadiness is way above average.
Terrible Communication - Truckguy1
Brought my truck I’m for electrical work on a 2017 F150 that has 40000 miles, 2nd time in for electrical work 1st at Kenny Ross, dropped it off signed paper work, was denied from insurance after work was already done that I did not give verbal permission to have done. Then was told of $1000 bill. Never once did they call and say to fix your truck cost will be this. Just did the work and told me of bill. What kind of service is that. Would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone!!
Dirty and deceptive practices. Totally lied to and cheated - Tony G
Absolutely horrible experience. Completely lied to from the getgo ans cheated out of the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Contacted dealership when the ad for the car was posted, and Benjamin Aul - responded first thing the next morning. He confirmed the Jeep was available and I told him I want to buy it. (I have this all in text). He said there are a few people coming in that day that we’re also interested. I told him I will buy it over the phone but I just want to see pictures, I also explained that I didn’t want it sold out from under me since I was first to have the opportunity. Benjamin said he understood. Then he sent 3 pictures that were barely of the car, so I asked for more pictures. He responded saying he will take better ones. Then I never heard back. So 2 hours later I asked for a manager, Jacob and Chris I believe, one of them answered the phone and said “is this about the Jeep?” I said, yes it is. He said “it’s already been sold”. I asked how that was possible since I was technically first and offered to buy it. He said sorry, Benjamin worked a deal with someone else in person so now you’re second. I said that isn’t fair and the other person should technically be second. He said he agreed but that’s just the way it is. I asked for them to sell it to me and he said that would need to be approved by the GM. Then, he said he’d talk to the GM and get back to me and guess what?! HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! This is completely deceptive and underhanded. The way they handled the situation was piss poor and they took no regard for my intentions or ability to buy. They treated me like garbage and left me out to dry, even they knew they were wrong and I was 1st. Benjamin and I corispinded via text and I have the messages. This dealership sucks and I will make it my mission to share how horribly I was treated!!
USED CAR PURCHASE SMOOTH AS THE PAINT ON MY TRUCK - Achief222
We live an hour away from Ebensburg, but we dealt with Mike online in finding us a great used vehicle. He found the perfect vehicle for us, at the price we wanted to pay, gave us a fair value offer on our trade in, and everyone involved got us in and out in a flash. Mike even stuck around for us as he was under the weather to make sure we got taken care of before he left. Really could not have gone better, and was worth the drive.
Unable to resolve a mistake the dealership made - CindyShfr
the service dept is very unorganized and tell you ur getting one thing and then do another which unfortunately is a big problem when your going to be dealing with them for any warranty issues/service problems with the new car you purchased. I had a remote start put on my 2017 Edge Titanium that was told to me would be the exact same as factory direct including a new key fob so that it would all be on one fob not an extra piece so, I paid $556 and what I got was no different than what you get at the Dogpound in Uniontown for $150 my defrost doesn’t come on when started nor does my heated seats, nor did I get a new key fob I got an extra piece to hang off my key ring. After telling them I wanted a refund and it removed I first got the offer to have carpet cleaner 🙄and then a few weeks later they offered a $200 check but wouldn’t remove the starter (which is visably seen sitting in the top left corner of my windshield not as if it were factory direct and hidden obviously) so I refused that offer and after 3 1/2 weeks I had to file a complaint with BBB. We have bought 4 vehicles from Ford of Uniontown and there won’t be any more. Please educate yourself on the service dept of the dealership you choose, even asking all the right questions and writing down exactly what the service dept tells you including the cost they can still be super shady.
Great experiance! - Dino
Went out Monday evening to look at the Expedition. Anthony was our sales man. Took it for a test drive, loved it. Got the trade in value on our 2014 Explorer, was low at first. Told Anthony I would be in touch. Tuesday morning e mailed him and asked questions about how they came up with the value of my trade. He emailed me back with an explanation. Told him what i thought it was worth, he got me within $500.00 of the amount. Finance guy was great, got us a lower rate then previously quoted. Very pleased with the deal we received. All correspondance was done by email and finalied by email too. Picked the Expedition up Tuesday night
Very dissapointed with service - Sue816
Got a new Ford Fiesta here. Has a crack in back window and they said it was not a factory default. Manager took pics and said they would be in touch. It's almost 3 months and many calls to them with no response. Never again. I am sending a letter to Ford Motor Company.

Easy and fast - Swift2000
Aldo is the best salesman I have ever had. Quick and right to the point. He knows the product he is selling which is rare in the car biz these days. Scott in finance worked with me over the phone for payment options and an extended warranty. So all I did was literally get there sign papers and drive off. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Thanks again Butler County Ford!
