Went and got the estimate and repair service all scheduled in the first visit. Just got the car back and it looks great. They even had it totally cleaned when I arrived to get it. Fixing the problem was fine but customer service is lacking. Why does this dealer has in its extended warrant that you can get loaner car if there is never one to offer. I had a family emergency with no vehicle and rude people on the phone when checking and inquiring about when it would be ready. NOT appreciated!!!!!!!!!!😡

I have had some issues with my car and they were courteous, professional. They gave me a loaner car and fixed problem quickly. No other dealer has met this standard and has made a problem with my car a small issue. I will never go anywhere else. I will say that Skip in service is a well polished professional and really cares about his customers along with his staff.

I was two hours from home when suddenly my oil gauge started fluctuating from 30 to almost zero pressure. I got home after Preston was closed, so I called the next day. Adam Brown got me a loaner after hearing about my problem and had me bring my truck in immediately. It was a Saturday and, instead of me limping through the weekend, I still had a vehicle to drive. The staff at Preston is professional, courteous and friendly. Every time.

Sales experience was positive. 8 years of dealing with the GM Service department at this dealership has been a nightmare. Very unprofessional people. I have been lied to and treated like I am the problem when their product (vehicle) fails. It seems the bottom line dollar is the only thing that matters to this department. I will never buy a car from this establishment again.
Disappointing SERVICE department - JF
If ZERO were an option it would be it. I booked a service appointment to have my Jeep Wrangler power steering check two weeks ahead. I arrived a few minutes early and was the FIRST customer at the 8 AM opening. I was told by the service manager it would take up to one hour for the estimate (the eventual repair would take place at a later date).
About 50 minutes later, I checked on the status. The manager called the shop floor and a few moments later I was told that the evaluation didn’t start yet; the technician was about to start with a test drive. After expressing my disappointment, I was given a series of false excuses which didn’t stand any ground and told that I could simply leave (WOW that’s Service!). I consequently took that “option” as my four years old disabled son was getting impatient in the dealership.
Conclusion....Perfect recipe to 1) loose a service customer (& a few of my Jeep friends) and 2) never shop for another vehicle at that location.

Free car wash is a nightmare. I had to take my car in multiple times to finally get the seat heater fixed. I don’t think I’ll buy my next car here.

Brought my Saturn in for a basic service to have the clutch bleed and when I went to pick up my car they give me every excuse why they couldn't bleed my clutch system including saying brand new parts were broken. Anyways I pay for the clutch service get my keys and go out to my car and find out I have no breaks now. So I go back inside and start inquiring about why I no longer have breaks. Long story short they give me a bunch of bs answers that make no sense and denied all responsibility and refused to fix my break system they broke. So I was forced to drive a car home with no clutch and no breaks home putting my life and others in jeopardy. Currently dealing with Gm customer service but they have been of no help in resolving the matter. So I paid good money to have my car broken

I took my Cadillac in for service to fix and oil leak. The service people ended ruining the engine and trying to cover up. The were extremely rude and horrible to work with. There service people did not even cover the seats and ended up ripping my leather seats. When I inquired about the damage, they told me to bring it up with my attorney. After having my car over two weeks, I got my car back and the first day the check engine light came on and the car died. I refuse to take my car back to them. AVOID THID DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY WILL F YOU!!
