I ordered a new 2019 Edge ST from Aurora Ford on Aug 31, 2018, I was somewhat disappointed I couldn't get the interior the way I wanted it because of the method by which one interior is all that available for that model. The build date was Nov 8, 2018, I was promised the car by the end of November, when I called December 10, 2018 and inquired where the cas was? They couldn't find it! I canceled the order!

Again great service / friendly Service. I believe in preventative Maintenance, needed several thing done as I have passed 120,000 miles. All was complete on time and complete. Car is running great. The entire team continues to amaze me. AS this service took most of the day, I was driven home and picked up after car was done.
Most expensive knick knack ever - ☹️
Bought my daughters first car here in September. I wanted her to have a safe dependable car. Car buying was fine. No problem there. First week of owning the car was fine. Haven’t had a week go by without issues since and that was 4 months ago. Communication with the service dept is bad. They don’t call you back to tell you when to bring the car in or when to come pick it up. The mechanics can’t figure out what’s wrong and it was in their shop 3 times for a total of 15 days. And it’s still not fixed. Despite that they’ve had it 3 times for 15 days, they say they again need to keep it a while in order to diagnose it properly but they won’t give us a car to use in the mean time. The car has been parked as much as it has been driven. It’s not safe or reliable and neither is the dealer. I’m pretty sure that if we were men we wouldn’t have so much trouble.

We had an issue with my husbands 2008 f-150 which was rather expensive. Jeff (the service manager) talked to us and worked out the problems with a very polite, pleasant and professional manner. I have had some bad experiences with other Ford dealers and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership (especially the service dept) that really talked to us and helped us get the truck fixed. I dont give recommendations very often, but I would definitely recommend Park Ford Service Dept to anyone who needs work done by fair people !

My wife purchased a car from Weber Harris in '15. They were to give us free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I was very upset to learn that McCandless Ford refuses to honor this.
I will never buy here again for that reason. Also, we currently are having the same vehicle repaired and the service person (Mike) told me the car would be done Tuesday. I now learned that the car won't be done until at least Friday and I won't be surprised if its later than that. VERY UPSETTING TO DEAL WITH!

Very untrustworthy for having vehicle ready for date promised. Not only was the date wrong but in some cases work was not even started! Misdiagnosed the problem and asking for more money to resolve it over and over.
One day was on hold for over 30 minutes only to find service department was not staffed that morning! Promised an amount to buy back my car and when I went to make the deal pulled out and said they did not want my car...Even though they had inspected it a few days earlier! Do not shop here!. Not trustworthy!!

I had a recall taken care of and an oil change. I chose to wait around in their lounge while it was fixed. I was pleased with the amount of time that it took, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the employees. The lounge was comfortable and clean as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. Completely lied to from the getgo ans cheated out of the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Contacted dealership when the ad for the car was posted, and Benjamin Aul - responded first thing the next morning. He confirmed the Jeep was available and I told him I want to buy it. (I have this all in text). He said there are a few people coming in that day that we’re also interested. I told him I will buy it over the phone but I just want to see pictures, I also explained that I didn’t want it sold out from under me since I was first to have the opportunity. Benjamin said he understood. Then he sent 3 pictures that were barely of the car, so I asked for more pictures. He responded saying he will take better ones. Then I never heard back. So 2 hours later I asked for a manager, Jacob and Chris I believe, one of them answered the phone and said “is this about the Jeep?” I said, yes it is. He said “it’s already been sold”. I asked how that was possible since I was technically first and offered to buy it. He said sorry, Benjamin worked a deal with someone else in person so now you’re second. I said that isn’t fair and the other person should technically be second. He said he agreed but that’s just the way it is. I asked for them to sell it to me and he said that would need to be approved by the GM. Then, he said he’d talk to the GM and get back to me and guess what?! HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! This is completely deceptive and underhanded. The way they handled the situation was piss poor and they took no regard for my intentions or ability to buy. They treated me like garbage and left me out to dry, even they knew they were wrong and I was 1st. Benjamin and I corispinded via text and I have the messages. This dealership sucks and I will make it my mission to share how horribly I was treated!!

Body shop unwilling to help! - 78su40
I've been to the body shop twice now and have been disappointed twice. The customer service after the vehicle leaves has been something to be desired. Both times I've had problems and have been met with persistent denial and unwillingness to help. This most recent I brought my vehicle in for a front bumper shroud to be replaced and now my driver side headlight leaks and my driver side fog light doesn't work. When I called I was told "we didn't work on that side of vehicle". The bumper shroud goes across the whole front of the vehicle and the fog light is mounted in it. So, yes you did!
