It was time to have my car inspected & when I received a large coupon card, listed was winterization so I made an appointment with Karen to have both done at the same time. My car was completed in two hrs. & I was happy it was on the porch & I didn't have to go out in the rain. The staff was courteous & cheerful & I have no complaints

If you're looking to buy a new or used car, or have service performed, make sure you come to Whitmoyer. I mad a mistake of going to another dealer in the area due to being closer to my work for easy of service, but what a mistake that was. I'll never do that again and will be back to Whitmoyer for all my needs where I'm treated with respect, dignity, honesty, and professionalism!!!

I had my car in for repairs and was under the impression that I would be able to pay my bill with my Synchrony car card, because they where listed as a pertisapating service. I was told when i went to pay that in though they where a pertisapent that they did not accept that for payment. I have spent alot of money there and now will never use them again

Took my Acadia for it's semi annual Auto Butler appointment. Front of truck not even washed! Bugs stuck on front! Last time there were black streaks running down where they missed. Total waste of money and time.

Took a new $53K GMC truck back at 9 months old for bad drivers seat, failed to fix, back again at 12 months old failed to fix again, went again at 16 months old they want $695 to repair because it's now out of warranty. Service manager promised to call me in a week after checking with GMC instead he called after 5 weeks only after I complained to GMC. I had to find out about the proposed charge from GMC customer care as the dealership didn't tell me. Other than the drivers seat moving and clicking I really like the truck but the service and communication are unacceptable. I was heading back this fall to look at the new ones coming out but no way now.
