When we called to sked this svc. we were told the first available opening was about 3 weeks later. When we said we wanted it done before that but would need a ride home & picked up after done, This is because we only have one vehicle & one driver due to Legal Blindness of one occupant. We were told we could bring it in to Quick Express Serve where it was on a first come first serve basis. We arrived about 10:30 AM since we live about 15 miles from the dealership and did not have to wait long to be driven home. The one person who can drive is unable to drive after dark so we figured it would we taken into consideration. About 3:30 the first call was made & we were told it was not even worked on yet so it would be about an hour. We then informed the person who answered we needed it before dark. The next call was about an hour later & were told the shuttle driver was in another town picking up tires. He told us when he dropped us off quitting time was 4:30 so I had reason to doubt this. After it was totally dark we called again & were told the only thing that could be don is we could wait until the next morning. We informed them we are both in poor health & could not be all night without a car in case of an emergency. It was suggested to them to get another way to get our car to us such as cab. About 6:30 they called & said two people were going to return our car & to have a check or credit card ready to pay them. We have purchased many vehicles from them including trucks and about 6 Lincolns which we immediately learned to love.
when I questioned the loaner car one time I was told by the Salesman it only applied to certain year models & we did not qualify. The second time I was told it was only supplied when you have actual service such as collision. The third time we were told we live too far away & we told them we didn't live too far away to buy our vehicles there even tho we started purchasing when they only had one location in Duncannon. We recently received a postcard from Lincoln showing loaner cars available but since we thought it would just be a few hours we didn't question it. For some strange reason it was on the bill time promised 5:00 which no one at this end ever heard about or agreed to. If we did not get free inspection as part of our sales agreement I would never go back there again!

Being from out of town and it's the Saturday before Christmas, my car was towed in after the shop closed. Went in Monday morning, met with Pete and told they couldn't look at my vehicle until Thursday!! Explained I had to leave to go home by then or rent a car to do so. Two hours later I will called, they looked at my car and knew what the problem was. Part was ordered, and by Friday my car was repaired!! They not only diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, repaired it, PLUS completed a recall that was necessary AND determined it was under warranty!! Soooo car repaired timely and at no cost!! They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating And all at the busiest time of the year! They put the CUSTOMER first in their policy of providing Good customer service! Kudos to the entire service department!!!

I was looking to buy a specific vehicle - I looked from Delaware to Ohio to find a 2011-2016 F250/350 King Ranch. I drove to Pittsburg (from Maryland) to look at one and was disappointed at the vehicle so on my way to find another, I stopped by this dealer where they had what I was looking for. Only issue was, they wanted $3K more than everyone else for the same vehicle. I test drove and liked it. I explained to Larry what happened and he assured me they would sell me the truck I wanted. After the test drive I showed him damage on the rear quarter of the truck. He said they didn't see that previously. When we sat down to talk money, the negotiation was a joke. I explained where I needed to be. I knew what the book value as well as current market value was and offered the $3K off everyone else was charging. It seemed like Larry didn't understand that I wouldn't be paying what they wanted - even if that meant going elsewhere (which I also politely explained). He "went to the manager" and came back with $200 off the price. I was assured I wouldn't find what I was looking for because I didn't want to pay enough. We walked out.
The next day I went to another dealership, found exactly what I was looking for, and bought it on the spot. This truck was in far better condition and extras the other truck didn't have. Very happy with the vehicle.

After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!

Just purchased a used Ford Fusion from Bob Ruth Ford, with the help of Ron Rosen and David Staats.... My wife and kids were in a total loss crash on New Years Day. We had no intentions of buying a vehicle right now, but the person that ran a stop sign had other plans. Thank the lord there were no serious injuries, and thank the lord the the awesome people from Bob Ruth Ford were there to assist us in getting a new (used) car. Ron and David and the rest of the staff were very helpful, especially since both my wife and I are trying to re-establish our credit. They helped us into a 2016 Fusion, that is very clean and sharp looking. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a car dealer who has anything you need. Thank you Bob Ruth... We will be back when it's time to upgrade or buy another vehicle....

Beware Lying Scam Artist! Took my Kia there for a simple $190.00 repair job and the technician caused $670.00 of body damage. Service manager and foreman both called me a liar and after offering to pay half the damage they caused they backed out and rescinded the agreement. There are other Kia dealerships in this area, please use them not Fred Beans or else you could be next!

Hard to give Masano any positive review as they refuse to get back to me. I have chatted twice with online chat, only to be told they have to consult with "Their team" which fail to get back to me. Talked twice to customer online director. First I was told salesperson would call me to answer my questions, never happened. Second time was told salesman couldn't find keys but would call me that night, never happened. It's a good thing there are plenty of dealerships that take their potential customers seriously.

Would not go here for ANY work to a vehicle. Had an issue with my 2015 Ford (in 2017) rear AC controls would not work properly, we were basically told user error. Our salesman checked and said this is nothing your doing wrong. Was told in the beginning of August the part was being ordered and happened to be on back order, would take two weeks. August comes and goes and coming back from vacation we needed a tire, we go to the dealership to get it replaced and asked about the part, the lady at the service desk confirms the part was ordered and they had it since the 2ned week in August....yet we NEVER received a call. Guess its good my tire had to be replaced and give them more of my money, otherwise we would have never known the part was in.
Now we have a clicking noise in the front end when turning the wheel. Take it in once, they say we couldnt recreate the sound, drive 5 minutes away and theres the sound that they couldnt recreate in 4 hours.
Setup and appointment for that following week, to be told there is an issue with a washer in the wheel. Setup an appointment for that Thursday, take it in, drive it to work, not long after, there is the clicking noise AGAIN. Back in the shop for the 3rd time the following week on a Tuesday. Get a call at 445 that the car is done. Get told that its good to go, but if we would hear the noise again to take notice of what is being done when it happens, the temp outside, is the car warm. Pick it up, drive 8 minutes home to hear the clicking noise everytime i turn the wheel. Take it back that same night to have 2 people listen to it, say "we have never heard this before". I say what if we open the hood? No one there was smart enough to open the hood to get a better idea of where the sound was coming from.
Told our warranty covers a loaner...but they dont have any...GO FIGURE. Told to drop it off first thing. I ask what time they open, 730am, car is dropped off at 710am. Call them at 1230 (5 hours into the work day) and they have yet to pull the SUV into the garage.
THREE times this vehicle has been there for the same problem and yet on the fourth time you dont make it a priority to get it in.
We had just as bad of an expirence with having a car fixed from hail damage.
Not to mention they dont call you back, no one answers the phones.
Our salesman hands down AWESOME, the majority of this place is absolutley worthless!
Steve (believe the service manager is his title), very understanding, helpful and got stuff taken care of. Andy (shop foremen) also great and got back to us very quickly. The rest need to take a lesson from these guys.

Sands Ford is a scam. They sold me a car, and after nothing but problems, refuse to stand by their products.
Paid all this money towards their warranty, and they refuse to cover a part that was defective on their product and refused to let me speak with the GM. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They are con artists!!!!
Their tech went to attach a battery to my car and put the jump pack on backwards and fully admitted that "I have no clue what im doing with this car"
