Very pleased with my purchase - ChuckB
We were looking for a Fusion with lots of safety features. We ended up looking at a used Lincoln MKZ. I was very uncomfortable with the prospect of owning a luxury car but Greg was very patient with us and listened to all our concerns. We are extremely happy with our car and the service we got.

Travelled 316+ miles to buy from Family Ford - Boots
I've seen the advertisement for the EcoSport and went online to get more details on it. I live in SW Virginia and because I've been doing business with Family Ford for about 7 years, While visiting my family in Carlisle I called to see if Family Ford had one on their property. At that time they did not but were anticipating getting one in and would call me when it arrived. Terry, who has been my salesman each time I wanted to get another car, called me when it came in and because I was still in PA, I went to test drive it and get some questions answered. I wanted to see if they could help get another car while living in VA. and Terry was able to get the job done as far as getting VA tags and all the paperwork for VA, which required extra work on his part. Way to go Terry!
I also want to say the Service Department has been outstanding throughout the years on anything my cars have ever needed and answered all questions or concerns I've ever had.
Everyone at Family Ford has been helpful, friendly and go the extra mile. They make you feel like family!
Keep up the great work Family Ford!

Fantastic! - Smiley
Darin is awesome! I explained to him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He made a few suggestions and we narrowed them down. I test drove a couple of different vehicles and made my decision. After discussing numbers, Darin gave me time to think about it with zero pressure!! I ended up buying my car the next day, with no regrets! Also, the paperwork was completed in a timely manner and Joe (finance dept.) was very friendly and professional. He didn't try to pressure me into buying "extras" that I wasn't interested in.
I will definitely recommend Maguire's and Darin to everyone!!
Great Truck Friendly staff - JD Dunagan

fraudulent car report - ELAINE KINSLER
I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from them in April of this year. And I wasn't told that it came from a auto auction in PA. I was told that a couple traded it in for a new SUV. I also wasn't old that car had a fuel pump replacement done in 2015 either. Started having problems with loosing power going done the road in May. So the car was taken in for service while it was in for service . I was told it may have a bad wheel bearing or hub bearing. They never could find out what was with my car. So we drove it home and in October the fuel pump went up again Now the car has a problem with it that no can seem to find. The car starts loosing power or the motor isn't getting fuel to it. My car has spent most of October in another Ford Dealer for repair. This car should not have passed inspection. The car is unsafe to drive N.S.T.H.A this is the government agency who looks into recalls. Some signed off on a unsafe car to drive.
Great experience purchasing a pre-owned Mustang on-line. - Ohio Mustang customer
In buying a Mustang on-line from Ohio, trust and confidence were critical in my decision to purchase a car sight unseen. Crouse Ford delivered on both factors in working with Brady Crouse both via email and phone. He was responsive to my inquiries and worked with me on his personal cell phone when not at the dealership. All his commitments and condition of the car were met. I am very happy with the Mustang since delivery in Ohio. Even though we have not met in person, I got the feel of a "family" dealership. Customer service was as good as it could have been from a long distance purchase. This was my first on-line car purchase. I was concerned and nervous. Crouse Ford with a Certified Pre-Owned Mustang and a representative like Brady Crouse made this a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Great truck buying experience - junkman
I knew I wanted a 2018 Ford F-150 truck. I had researched it on Edmunds, cars.com and the Ford website. I requested an online price and was contacted by Mr Kent Bushey of LB Smith Ford. He was very knowledgeable, open and honest in our discussions. He was particularly patient as I was a little indecisive about what I wanted (F-150 trim lines and buying versus leasing). I am very pleased with my new F-150! Go to LB Smith and you won't be disappointed!
Worst experience of my life - Justin4
Worst car buying experience of my entire life!!! I went to 4 other dealerships before Bob Ruth, and I thought this was going to be the place to buy my F150. I had the stock# of the truck I wanted to see and was ready to test drive. The dealer took me to his computer to pull it up and see where it was parked. We talked about the features I wanted and he asked if he could get some personal information. When he asked for my social security number I specifically told him I didn't want him to run my credit until the negotiations were over and he replied that it was just for time saving at the end of the process so we didn't have to get on the computer again. So I gave it to him thinking I would save time and let him know I'm serious (I know now this was my mistake - don't ever give your social out until the negotiation process is over). So I gave him the keys to my trade-in, which was supposed to be valued by the time we got back from the test drive, and we left. On the test-drive, he asked what other accessories I was interested in and I said a bed liner and cover would be nice, but gently asserted I wasn't interested in any of that until the truck price was negotiated. When we get back to the dealership, he said he was going to run some numbers while my car was being looked at because no one did that while we were gone. After 30 minutes of waiting a gentleman introduced himself to me and showed me quotes for a bed liner and cover, then the dealer said he would add those to the price. I was a little perturbed but gently said no thanks let's just negotiate as is. Another 30 minutes goes by when I get an alert on my phone that 3 inquiries have been made for my credit. It turns out Damien the manager ran my credit (which is excellent, I had nothing to hide) without my permission. The dealer comes back with a sheet of paper with an outrageous, hand-written monthly payment number on it, circles it and says smiling, "if this looks good to you, go ahead and just sign on the dotted line and I'll start the paperwork." There was no breakdown of price, terms of the loan, or value of the trade-in. I asked him what interest rate I got since they ran my credit without my permission, and he said he didn't even know and had to go check with the manager (came back at 8% - what a ripoff I ended up getting 4% elsewhere). I literally had steam coming out of my ears at this point. It took everything I had to keep calm and remove myself from the situation. Needless to say I walked out empty-handed and bought elsewhere. I've never been treated so horribly. This is the puppy mill of car dealerships. If you don't care what you are paying, love waiting well over an hour for something simple, and like to be treated poorly... go ahead and visit Bob Ruth. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Car detailing - Prush

Damaged my car's bodywork and refused to fix it - treymetzger
A few weeks back I took my eight month old Mustang with only 13k miles on it into Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA to get my fuel filler door fixed as it had been very loose ever since I bought the car brand new. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off, and picked it up later the same day and when I checked the door to confirm that it was tight, all seemed well. However, two weeks ago I was at Cars and Coffee at the Swigart Museum and was spray detailing the car when I noticed that right next to the fuel door where the hinge folds back behind the sheet metal for the quarter panel, there are two dings in the metal, one protruding outward and one slightly pushed in just under the other. Yesterday was my first day off I had since I discovered the damage so I took the car to Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA and showed the damage to the service writer. He asked me to wait in the waiting room while he looked further into the situation so I sat there for around fifteen minutes until he finally came back out. He then proceeds to tell me that there is absolutely no way that they could be responsible for the damage and that they would not be fixing my vehicle. I explained that there was no damage whatsoever to the car before I took it in for them to fix it under factory warranty and that the hinge to the fuel door that they replaced is directly behind the damaged sheet metal. He stuck to his story that there was no way that they are taking responsibility. So then I called Ford Motor Company. They said that since the dealer is privately owned that I would have to go through their management in order to resolve this and that Ford would not be able to do anything about my situation. So I went back and requested to speak to the general manager who also happens to be the owner of the dealer, however, he was not there at the time so the receptionist took my name and number and said she would have him give me a call. So this morning I received a call from the owner of the dealer and he informed me that he had spoken with his head technician and agreed that they are NOT responsible for the damage that was so clearly caused by the work that they performed. SO basically, I took my $35,000 vehicle there to be repaired and in turn left with more (expensive) damage than I brought it in with and the dealer basically gave me the big "screw you." I have bought 3 Ford vehicles over the last four years and if this is how I am going to be treated as a customer, this will be my last. To anybody here in the Mount Union or Huntingdon area, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HUSTON FORD. YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.
