Quick and Easy Tacoma - Patrick Casey
Andy and Mike were both a pleasure to work with during our buying experience. My wife and I drove up from VA and were surprised at how easy the process went. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the entire time we were there ( which was not too long). I would definitely recommend looking at these guys for a laid back, low pressure buying experience.
Just great - Stampedefam
Just a great experience all around. David was helpful, friendly, no pressure and went above and beyond to help us out during and after the car buying process. Would definitely come back to see David and team again.

fraudulent car report - ELAINE KINSLER
I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from them in April of this year. And I wasn't told that it came from a auto auction in PA. I was told that a couple traded it in for a new SUV. I also wasn't old that car had a fuel pump replacement done in 2015 either. Started having problems with loosing power going done the road in May. So the car was taken in for service while it was in for service . I was told it may have a bad wheel bearing or hub bearing. They never could find out what was with my car. So we drove it home and in October the fuel pump went up again Now the car has a problem with it that no can seem to find. The car starts loosing power or the motor isn't getting fuel to it. My car has spent most of October in another Ford Dealer for repair. This car should not have passed inspection. The car is unsafe to drive N.S.T.H.A this is the government agency who looks into recalls. Some signed off on a unsafe car to drive.

I have been bringing any vehicle I own to Hoffman. Scott McCann takes care of all the needs. He is fair, and honest, and has the customer in mind when making decisions to their vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Ford for service needs.
Love Our New Explorer - Rich2017
The product (20l7 Explorer XLT) and personnel (sales - Frank B., finance - Brad, and service) are great. We could not be happier. We have been dealing with Keystone Ford for many years and have always been a satisfied customer without exception. We have always recommended them for both sales and service.
Dishonesty - Tony560
I was totally disappointed when I arrived at the dealership for my so called appointment.. You said the car would be out front not only was that not true but I had to take a ride with a salesperson to go find the vehicle an if that wasnt bad enough the vehicle would not start.. As I told the salesman for all that to happen lead me to believe not to trust Bob Ruth Ford dealership now or in the future ... Very Disappointed!!

They are a car dealership, and act like one - Bill Jordan
Purchased a new Kia Soul, trading in a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring with 75k miles that never had a problem. They pretty much operate like any other dealership, trying to determine what you are comfortable with as a monthly payment, then going from there. A couple of things I wasn't too fond of, however. First, I used Edmunds vice KBB to get a value on my trade-in since I've heard that KBB favors dealers. When they valued my car, they said they would give me $4400, which they claimed was $400 over KBB. This car was in excellent condition, and what got me to the dealership in the first place was a gimmick letter telling me they needed my car (yes, I knew it was a gimmick, but had been thinking about trading the car and figured I could use it as a bargaining chip). I told them that was way too low, and identified the Edmund's value. They upped the offer to $5500, which was much closer to what I expected (though I should have held out for more given the letter). When they came back with the deal, they'd added two options totaling about $900 that I never asked for (some 'bumps and scratches' thing and an anti-theft registry of some sort). Fortunately I saw them, and told them to take them off, which they did without argument. Ultimately, we made a deal that was acceptable to me, and there wasn't too much pressure from the finance guy to buy the extended warranty. Never did meet the sales manager that the salesman kept going back to with the offer. At Faulkner, where we bought my wife's Subaru, the sales manager was much more visible and approachable.
Also, after checking KBB myself later, I saw that the KBB value on my car was closer to what Edmund's had indicated, so I have no idea where McCafferty got the low-ball value they provided. Even the KBB 'fair' value was better than what they'd indicated my car was actually worth.
Bottom line, I like the Soul and am not sorry I bought it there, but don't go in without any knowledge of what your trade-in is worth, if applicable, and look over the paperwork closely. Oh, and don't believe the letter that says they really need your car.
***Meh*** - Marie1124
I went in with a recall for my car the service department was less than welcoming. They were friendly nor were they happy to see me upon my return. They could really care less about the issue of the car or the fact that I was unsatisfied. I have been there to look at cars and trucks but have always found a better deal elsewhere. I am not planning on going back for service or sales. It did not cost me anything for the recall. The men were definitely stand-offish and cold.
Damaged my car's bodywork and refused to fix it - treymetzger
A few weeks back I took my eight month old Mustang with only 13k miles on it into Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA to get my fuel filler door fixed as it had been very loose ever since I bought the car brand new. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off, and picked it up later the same day and when I checked the door to confirm that it was tight, all seemed well. However, two weeks ago I was at Cars and Coffee at the Swigart Museum and was spray detailing the car when I noticed that right next to the fuel door where the hinge folds back behind the sheet metal for the quarter panel, there are two dings in the metal, one protruding outward and one slightly pushed in just under the other. Yesterday was my first day off I had since I discovered the damage so I took the car to Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA and showed the damage to the service writer. He asked me to wait in the waiting room while he looked further into the situation so I sat there for around fifteen minutes until he finally came back out. He then proceeds to tell me that there is absolutely no way that they could be responsible for the damage and that they would not be fixing my vehicle. I explained that there was no damage whatsoever to the car before I took it in for them to fix it under factory warranty and that the hinge to the fuel door that they replaced is directly behind the damaged sheet metal. He stuck to his story that there was no way that they are taking responsibility. So then I called Ford Motor Company. They said that since the dealer is privately owned that I would have to go through their management in order to resolve this and that Ford would not be able to do anything about my situation. So I went back and requested to speak to the general manager who also happens to be the owner of the dealer, however, he was not there at the time so the receptionist took my name and number and said she would have him give me a call. So this morning I received a call from the owner of the dealer and he informed me that he had spoken with his head technician and agreed that they are NOT responsible for the damage that was so clearly caused by the work that they performed. SO basically, I took my $35,000 vehicle there to be repaired and in turn left with more (expensive) damage than I brought it in with and the dealer basically gave me the big "screw you." I have bought 3 Ford vehicles over the last four years and if this is how I am going to be treated as a customer, this will be my last. To anybody here in the Mount Union or Huntingdon area, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HUSTON FORD. YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.
Amazing service all around! - lindseyw
I came to Family Ford with not much to offer. I was happily greeted by a salesman of Terry Millman. He went above and beyond searching for the perfect car for me at a price and offer I could not find anywhere else. Just a few short hours I was driving off the lot in a beautiful Ford Focus. Thank you Terry!
