from the time you pull in the guys that get your vehicle ready to be serviced and the friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Yvonne huhn was my advisor treated me like me and my truck was her #1 priority they had to keep my truck she got me a loaner to get home and kept me well informed about my trucks status. if other dealerships had service advisors like Yvonne it would be a much better experience.

Buying a car is stressful! I went in NOT wanting to trade but wanted to see my options. Jason never said I can’t, instead he kept going back to Mario (spelling sorry) the sales manager and pushing to get us within range that made me comfortable. They tolerated my bossiness and met me with all the demands. So I am grateful for the experience and thanking them for their hard work and closing a deal that I was NOT willing to do at first. They were respectful of my pushing and handled me well, I’m not easy to deal with when buying a car. I took my 2017 Silverado in for two issues. Check engine light and reduced power mode and car play problems. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning. I called at 2:30 pm, 5:30 pm, then 6:45 pm when I finally received an update and apology for forgetting to call me to provide an update. I was told my truck would not be ready that day, but would be the following day. So I had to keep the undersized loaner I was given (not given, provided via my extended warranty) which for a 6’7” man was way too small.
My car play still doesn’t work properly and my check engine light (3 days later) my check engine light is back on.
Terrible all around.

When you buy brand new vehicle, if they try to sell you bumper to bumper warranty just don’t fall for it and don’t buy, because it’s not a gm warranty and if they need to change or replace any warranty issue they will try to put junk yard parts on your vehicle, my experience with them was my transmission went bad on my Tahoe, I claim warranty but they were trying to put junk yard transmission , and door panel coming apart and it’s been denied, I guess door panel is not include in bumper to bumper warranty, worst dealer and service department, find another dealer

I lost my previous Volt to a deer, so I decided to check Sport's inventory since I'd gotten it from them before. They had what I wanted, so I asked for a sales reference from service and my service guy pointed me to Norm Kristall. Sat down, talked a bit, checked out the car and took a drive, put in all the paperwork and got the loan all setup before I left. Came back a few days later for pickup. Very smooth and easy, didn't try to go crazy selling me things and gave me a pretty good deal. Service has always taken care of me, not the fastest, but definitely do the job right.

I have to say that I just had the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership! I decided to get rid of my truck, Chevy 2500HD, and was looking for another specific truck, a Chevy Colorado. I found the exact truck at Blaise Chevy and decided to call them even though the dealership was 3 hours away After speaking with Eric over a 2 day period about my truck and giving him all the information needed I was given a Kelly Blue Book offer. A text message from Eric was sent to me with the offer and even what I would receive back because my truck was worth more than the one I wanted. I reminded Eric I was 3 hours away and wouldn't drive there for that offer and told him what I would take. Eric re-assured me that if I drove the 3 hours I would receive what I was asking. I told Eric I would hold him to it. I stupidly drove the 3 hours only to find I was lied too! Once there I requested Eric but was given some other guy. I informed this salesman what I was told by Eric and wouldn't accept anything else. After several minutes the salesman came back with a BS offer that was $5000 less than offered by Eric. I stopped him from speaking and reminded him what I was told by Eric. The salesman left and the "Team Leader" came over. By this time I was extremely irate to find I've been lied to after driving 3 hours for a truck I really wanted and expected to get. The team leader then tries to feed me a line of BS so I informed him I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck I wanted because Eric re-assured me I would get what I requested. After telling the team leader how irate I was and that was I lied to and wasted more than 6 hours of my time I requested the keys to my truck. I told the team leader I could've received more where I live but drove there for this specific truck because of what I was promised. To prove what I was told by Eric I showed the team leader the text message he sent me. They even lied about giving what KBB offered because there offer was almost $4000 less. If I could give this dealer a "0" I would! They do not deserve any stars and should have given what was promised. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle! #horribledealership #blaisealexanderchevy

New 80k dollar truck they destroyed at the service department. Changed my oil then it leaked out while driving on Highway with dump trailer on back. Multiple attempts to fix over heating, couple of times to fix recalls.there's kids new to the mechanic field working on your vehicle.Go there at your own risk

Leased a Traverse for my wife, and the salesman was horrible. He brought out the 4 square sheet to show me how good of a deal I was getting. I've since learned that's the key to a ahyster salesman. The lease ended and the wife wanted to keep it, took it in for paperwork and "safety inspection"...they wouldn't give me a free state inspection but said it's in "great shape". Two days later had it at a garage for state inspection and they showed me the metal treads in 3 of the 4 tires...that was a great safety inspection. I've bought 3 vehicles from them over the years, but will never again give them my money! Always left feeling screwed and disrespected!!!

Stay away!!!! We live over two hours away, we made a deal on a car, they Took my deposit over the phone.We scheduled to Pick up the car on the weekend. We Get a text message from the sales person stating that they sold the car and they will refund my deposit. They stated that it is "policy" not to hold cars but it is ok to take a persons deposit. I passed on two other cars because I had a deposit and a sales agreement on a car. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES

I have tried to buy a new truck twice from there in past 6 months. I only went the second time due to a promotional email I received from them. Both times salesmen blew me off by saying they would get back to me in 5min ir the next day when they located the truck I wanted in their inventory and I never heard from them even after repeated calls. Mist recently the salesperson was Steve and before that Willie.

Prior to Aug 10th, 2017, I had been monitoring the Renn Kirby website for a new conversion van. On August 10th, I received a price watch update with the original sale price going from $38,008 to $37,008 on a van we had showed interest in.
Around August 13th, we decided to purchase this van and sent an inquiry via the website, since we are in Long Beach, Ms. I received an email from a Mason Garber, sales representative on Monday August 14th for initial conversation.
I gave him the stock number and told him I intended to fly into Harrisburg around August 28th to pu this van.
Via a phone conversation, I asked Mason what other charges were there to add to the price of $37,008. He stated the cost for a drive out tag, and registration fees of $139.00. I asked him to send out an itemized cost for out the door.
Later Monday August 14th, Mason sends me a total price of $39,471.89 and asked if we were financing or a check. I replied back and told him check but I needed an itemized cost.
To my shock, we are finalizing the deal and I am now informed the van is not $37,008 but $38,883.74. $1,875.74 more than the advertised price on the website. As well, the registration fees have changed from $139 to $545.
2016 vans had been advertised in the $38,000 range at Dave Aborgast in Troy Ohio at the beginning of 2017, another dealer that sells identical vans.
So this price did not look out of line to us.
While it was a great price, it is a price we have found elsewhere earlier this year. We were just not ready to pull the trigger at that time, since we were still entertaining a Class B+.
When a company sends me a "price reduction alert" via email (which I still have) dropping the price from $38,008 to $37,008 , then that is what I expect the price to be.
Raising the price to $38,883, without any acknowledgement of an error, is an integrity issue.
When a company tells me the other only fee is $139 and then raises that fee to $545, that is an integrity issue.
Sending an email simply stating the "out the door cost is $39,471.89...will that be finance or cash" was trying to hide the error, and slip an increase of the other fee past us.
The error in price and increase in the fee was only revealed when we pressed for an itemized break down.
They had multiple opportunities to reveal this error instead of just trying to slip it past us.
To date, not a word from this dealership. Integrity is of utmost importance and this dealer does not have it.

After purchasing a 2011 Traverse we found a couple of unexpected mechanical issues with our vehicle. Keim Chevrolet, under the direction of Mike Keim and Scott Smith along with the service department, went out of their way to diagnose and fix these issues in a matter of days. Not only did they fix these small issues but they provided a courtesy vehicle for my family of 5 to make the cross-country trip to Iowa to visit my wife’s extended family for Thanksgiving while our Traverse was in the shop over the holiday weekend.
