Friday I had an appointment at the new location of Chapman Ford in Lancaster PA. Beautiful building and great set up at the service department. Mike Delaney was who helped me and was extremely courteous and helpful. Mike was able to answer questions I had and very helpful. The waiting area is fabulous! Very comfortable seating and nice big TV’s. The service area was very busy but everyone was accommodating and helped keep the customers moving in and out. When the truck was done they pulled it in under the breezeway and again very accommodating. Great job to everyone. Anyone looking for a great place to purchase or get service on your vehicle, you have to give Chapman a try....you will love it. Terrific service experience at Chapman Ford of Lancaster.

I have just posted on Google a review of my entire buying-experience at Len Stoler Hyundai. That review was highly complimentary of the team that Darren has assembled, which is the best compliment that can be paid to a manager.
The old saying about how the best salesman becomes the worst sales manager is just not true in Darren's case. On the one hand, he let his people do their job (and they did a fantastic job!) and on the other hand, he knew just where and how to intervene in order to get me the best deal.
I was a manager myself (in health care finance) for many years, and I can recognize when a fellow manager has a lot more tomorrows in his career than yesterdays. Darren is going to do great things, and I'm so appreciative that his efforts in my buying transaction really do constitute "a great thing."

We are elderly and had been having difficulty getting up into our full sized SUV for a while now. I noticed the Ford Flex and was happy to find it even more comfortable than our 2012 SUV and a LOT lower and easier to get in and out of. When I inquired on line about the Flex leftover we might consider, Chris Hinder e-mailed me back and followed up with a phone call WITHOUT PRESSURE!!! We thought about it for a few days and decided to call back because there were not a bunch of call backs like other dealerships had initiated. We set up a time and went in for a test drive. We were in awe of the kindness (I am handicapped) afforded us. They thoroughly explained everything, tried to get us the best deals Ford could give as well as a very fair price for our trade-in. They also explained and went the extra mile to make sure we took advantage of all offers not just from Ford but others like USAA. I recommend Keller Bros. very highly. I have used "The Works" for both cars for several years. The people at the desk and checkout are superb. I recently used the shuttle with 2 different drivers - superb. I graded them 4 stars instead of 5 because my recent service problem is simply not easy to solve without lots of hours' work. The electric mode on my 2010 Fusion Hybrid has stopped working and our car runs continuously on the gas engine. Apparently, diagnosis (even before replacement parts) could take many service hours at $145/hr. But ... the car is worth about $5,000, so I had them do only up to 2 hours. The technician found the "why" (ABS not talking to the brain) but the "what" (finding the reason) will take hours of checking wiring, harness, connections, etc. He did what I asked and stopped after 1 hour of work. I understand the problem, but I am a little baffled that Ford does not have a body of knowledge on this problem. Surely, in 8+ years of Hybrids, mine is not the first. My rating is not so much Keller Bros. as it is Ford Motor Company.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the quick lane service. I was traveling to John Hopkins with my daughter so she could be with her premature baby. My tire was going flat. I made it there around 5:45 pm. They stop taking customers at 5:00. I explained my situation and they really helped me out. They fixed it and were so nice about it. They are awsome! Thank you ?
Recall on My 2008 Edge - Shuggy
My 2008 Ford Edge was recalled for an inflator issue on the passenger side air bag.
I made the appointment and was told the part would have to be ordered and when it arrived the appointment would be made. Within a few days they called and said the part was available and made the appointment. The Edge was taken in and I was told withing 5 hrs that it was done and ready to be picked up. Very fast service and the Edge was checked to make sure the interior and engine compartment, where the repair was made was in okay shape. All areas were fine and you could not tell any repairs were made.

Two Great Buying Experiences at Hagerstown Ford - John5130
I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi in early July 2016 and returned with my son to buy a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE in early December 2018. Both experiences at Hagerstown Ford were outstanding. For both cars we dealt with Mr. Chris Black, the new car sales manager. He is top notch. In both cases, Mr. Black went above and beyond to get us a great deal and he worked with us in a highly professional and personable manner. Mr. Black made both car buys about as easy as possible. I have already committed to lease another Ford from him when my 2016 Fusion lease ends in a few months.

The manager was very welcoming. Desmond helped me through the “new to me” electronics and high tech I would need to be familiar with. He followed up with a phone call the next day. Overpriced & Undervalued - Brian L
I was looking to buy a specific vehicle - I looked from Delaware to Ohio to find a 2011-2016 F250/350 King Ranch. I drove to Pittsburg (from Maryland) to look at one and was disappointed at the vehicle so on my way to find another, I stopped by this dealer where they had what I was looking for. Only issue was, they wanted $3K more than everyone else for the same vehicle. I test drove and liked it. I explained to Larry what happened and he assured me they would sell me the truck I wanted. After the test drive I showed him damage on the rear quarter of the truck. He said they didn't see that previously. When we sat down to talk money, the negotiation was a joke. I explained where I needed to be. I knew what the book value as well as current market value was and offered the $3K off everyone else was charging. It seemed like Larry didn't understand that I wouldn't be paying what they wanted - even if that meant going elsewhere (which I also politely explained). He "went to the manager" and came back with $200 off the price. I was assured I wouldn't find what I was looking for because I didn't want to pay enough. We walked out.
The next day I went to another dealership, found exactly what I was looking for, and bought it on the spot. This truck was in far better condition and extras the other truck didn't have. Very happy with the vehicle.

I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for me at this time; but Steve, Tim, and Derek didn't give up trying for me. Not only did they get the payment where I wanted, but a special thanks to Tom Snyder for going the extra mile to get it lower than expected. I felt like it was a challenge for him to get the best payment possible. Also a special thanks to Khalid Hassouneh for filling in for Steve on his day off. Excellent customer service all around.

On 2 separate occasions I got stuck working with the same Service Manager who was incredibly rude, combative, and disinterested in providing any level of customer service. He was terse and surly right from the start even though I had given him no reason to be that way. The only redeeming factor was the shop foreman who was very helpful in explaining what was happening.
