I went in for an oil change and tire rotation today. Chevy 21 noticed my tread wear was such that I needed new tires. The tires for life program kicked in and I got the oil change and new tires while waiting. I only waited a little over an hour for the whole job to be completed.

I purchased a certified pre owned 2014 Impala which was due for its first oil change/ maintance check. I had a 5:00 appointment but was able to come earlier. I called and spoke to Louise who was exceptionally pleasant and she was able to get me in for an earlier time slot, which was greatly appreciated.
When I got there, I was checked in quickly and went over what was done to the vehicle prior to purchase which was good to know. Michael told me what was going to be checked for the multi point inspection . I waited in the waiting area which was comfortable, and accommodating.
After my car was finished, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it was washed. All of the service department staff should be commended for the great job they all do, from the appointment, to the walk out to my car when it was ready, I was very impressed with this dealership. I don't even know where to begin..My salesman what great but other than that these guys are the worst..traded in my Dodge Durango rt got a beautiful 2011 chevy Tahoe LTz the door filled up with at least 3 gallons of water from rain I called up complained they didn't really help at all so I left and drive down the road to find out they have a dodge dealership so I went in and told them my story they helped me out the best way they can made phone calls and had me speak with the manager Jessie then we finally came to an agreement that they would take back the truck and get me into something different they showed me a beautiful 2015 e400 Mercedes-Benz I fell in love with it and I ending up financing the car got my temporary plates put on drove away with it a month later my temporary plates expire and now I have a unregistered vehicle for a week and nobody can give me a answer on what's going on and where my license plates are so I basically have a car that I can't drive thanks guys worst customer service ever

Do not take your car to Faulkner for repairs. Over 6 months ago my husband was in an accident (the other driver’s fault) and Nationwide Insurance suggested to have the repairs done at Faulkner. We both work very hard to support our family, both of us having 2 jobs and rely on our vehicles. My husband’s car has had endless problems once it was returned (twice the amount of time it was promised) and he has contacted them over and over again with no resolution. Now we are in a position where we are putting out children’s lives at risk driving them to school. Thank you Faulkner.
