I am Cathy Van Doren and the car is mine. The service dept replaced a windshield washer cap that was not tethered and fell down into the engine. They replaced it with a tethered one at no charge. Just a heads up for Chevy Cruze, please use the tethered caps, too hard to find once they flip in engine.

My Aunt who has Alzheimer's got her vehicle towed by AAA to Outten because she lost her purse (keys, wallet everything) I tried getting AAA to tow the vehicle back to her house because we couldn't find her purse or spare keys but they refused because my aunt did not have her ID. Outten was patient and understanding of this odd situation. We finally found the purse 5 days later and went to pick up the vehicle. Outten could have charged my aunt a storage fee for those 5 days and they did not! Both service advisers Scott, & Tyler and the service manager were all helpful. Thank You all so much.

John Corsale is an amazing human being! And he’s a great salesman. He really listened to my wants and needs concerning my trade and upgraded vehicle. I loved from a 2012 traverse LTZ to a 2018 traverse premier. I loved my vehicle before but now... ooh la la!! It has so many features and it drives like a dream. John made the process quick and pain free. He went out of his way, stayed after hours, answered my calls on non-work days. He’s top notch and I’ll suggest him to my friends any time they need a new car.

I was in the market for a new 2019 Colorado zr2.i know what i want when i am buying a car long before i even go to a dealership.I believe that if you know what you want it should be like anything else you buy on the internet.Failkner and internet samlesman Jeff Yates from start to finish where terrific and knew what internet sales are..the whole sale was done on the internet so i didn’t have to spend hours in the showroom..i tried to buy this truck at a few other local dealerships and all they wanted to do was get me on the lot and waste my time..so way to go Faulkner!!

I put in information online for a vehicle. I was a little indecisive on if I wanted an SUV or if I wanted a sedan. I put my lead in about 11:25 a.m. I waited almost 30 minutes before I was ever responded to. When responded to by Keshia Andrews her email says manager was very ubrupt and rude. I asked for a quote on the vehicle, a lease or finance. She litterally sent me information only on the vehicle. Then we leaned more towards a SUV I told her what I was looking for. Which was a two toned interior. She said that they had one. She then sent me information on something that wasn't what I asked for. I then sent her back an email and was like this isnt what I asked for. Can you get it. She refused to message me back and had someone else get in contact with me. Without giving me the option of the vehicle. I am completely disgusted by Keishas actions. I told her My father just died. I had money to spend and she treated me like I was nothing. I am done with her and this company. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there!

I don't even know where to begin..My salesman what great but other than that these guys are the worst..traded in my Dodge Durango rt got a beautiful 2011 chevy Tahoe LTz the door filled up with at least 3 gallons of water from rain I called up complained they didn't really help at all so I left and drive down the road to find out they have a dodge dealership so I went in and told them my story they helped me out the best way they can made phone calls and had me speak with the manager Jessie then we finally came to an agreement that they would take back the truck and get me into something different they showed me a beautiful 2015 e400 Mercedes-Benz I fell in love with it and I ending up financing the car got my temporary plates put on drove away with it a month later my temporary plates expire and now I have a unregistered vehicle for a week and nobody can give me a answer on what's going on and where my license plates are so I basically have a car that I can't drive thanks guys worst customer service ever

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.
