Problem with Emails - Rich
I received an email today (10/17) with 2 coupons for a parts and labor discount and alignment check. You CANNOT print these coupons, and this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this has happened. What is the point of sending them if you CANNOT print them??? Thanks, Rich Walton (email@example.com).

Customer Service Rep answered all my questions and concerns. I was never pressured. Explained all the safety features of the vehicle. I am a repeat customer, having bought a new Camry from this dealer in 2008.

HORRIBLE. GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE - CT
Be VERY careful. This dealership is horrible, beware! Gault sales will straight up lie to you and hide things in your contract. The GM, Allen (if you can call him that as he's nowhere near management material) has no integrity and oddly tries to project and bury things further by blaming anyone other than them and staff... and service is just as bad, don't get me started. Today was so bad I'm not even going go into it, but let's just say that I'm surprised I had the composure to not show up there. When a person is as polite, respectful and as patient as I am, that says a ton!! This fiasco of a dealership is in a downward spiral as you can see and oddly they just don't care. Look at all the reviews. All these people are fed up and on top of it the dealership can't even handle the simple task of responding or even attempting to make it right. On top of that even...an employee there told me that out of the very few good reviews they get, most of them are family and friends of the Gault's and their employees! Wow, how shady is that... yes I bet a couple of these bad reviews are people that are miserable and the type of people that just can't ever be pleased... we all know "that guy," but as you and see there are dozens of horrible reviews on Gault anywhere you look. See for yourself....there's definitely a pattern, and it's not a good one!
Scary...if they act this way before they get your money, I don't even want to imagine the fiasco that could materialize if you have an issue after they get the sale and have your money! Be careful! There are a lot of other options out there, go to one of them, any of them. You've been warned.

After Allen being dismissive at best, rude at worst and oddly trying to place the blame anywhere else he could, even another dealer...I finally told him I've done everything I could do and was just going to escalate things and leave he reviews. He said Ok. Absolutely pathetic... you show integrity even after someone's treated you horrible and even give them a chance to handle it before going above their head like you would want if the situation were turned around, and they act like an absolute degenerate. I then left a voicemail for the owner, Connie Gault and politely told her that I would be leaving the reviews if she didn't handle the situation...she didn't handle it so here you go Connie. There will be a lot more...everywhere possible.

Bought a Tacoma comning off a lease. Truck had some problems, but the Sales team + the Service Team worked very hard to resolve them, all through warranty. Took several tries to resolve one problem, but they kept their positive and helpful attitudes and finally located + solved the problem in the truck's rear. The whole group here is awesome, well-trained and responsive.
