Michael best - leahleah143
I went in there and Mike approached me with a smile right away asking if he can help me with anything. He offered me tea and a snack and even pulled my chair out for me! Chivalry still exist! Anyway before he even opened his mouth I knew I was buying from him. My family also liked him. You can tell Mike was very knowledgeable about cars and knew everything about engines. He could of took the car apart and put it back together if need be. I just am overwhelmed with him professionalism. I sort of want to go back and just talk pretending that I am buying another car because the experience was that ENJOYABLE! I am blushing writing this but its true I can not believe it! Anyway thanks
Excellent buying experience!!! - Ryan Browning
I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. The whole process was painless and smooth from the whole team at Fred Beans Ford, sales/fianance/warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And when they haves sales people like Kevin Deets it's a no brainner. Love My 2017 Ford Raptor! And will be back to this dealership when I purchase a new Ford!!!!
Bought a new Focus ST - JeffST2017

Great Customer Service!!! - ndaviswint
I did not purchase a vehicle here but I had some recall work done and key programmed even though I work at another dealership, I was not treated any differently. From the time I set the appointment up with Nick to the time I picked up my vehicle was seriously amazing. Usually service is not so customer friendly but they were very nice and did everything correctly with my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any service needs! I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent job!
Check inventory. - Carman901
The dealership is not high pressure like so m any other car lots in the area. All my questions on models I was interested in were answered to my satisfaction.
Noticeably Better - Jack
Compared to previous dealers I’ve worked with, and the others I’ve seen while shopping around, this was the easiest and most convenient way to go. I felt like I was dealing with honest people.
Please ask for Albert Rivera at Bergey's Ford of Ambler - jhschmidt22
After about a Month of Searching for the Right Pre-Owned SUV, my Dad helped with the Search, and found my low mileage 2016 Ford Escape on AutoTrader.com, located at Bergery's Ford of Ambler Albert Rivera Instantly reached out to us with a lot of helpful information on the Escape. It happened to be everything I was looking for, and Albert quickly made it available for me to come in to take a Test Drive. Albert was very Helpful with all the facts, it was a one owner, low mileage Leased Vehicle that had been well cared for. Albert offered a customer friendly service program at Bergeys"s, as well as a thorough search for the Best financing with the best rate.
Our Experience with Albert Rivera, and the full service Team at Bergey's was very pleasant, and we would both Highly recommend Albert and everyone at Bergeys for your car buying experience, Pre owned or New.
Thank you again Albert for Everything.

Misleading, Deceitful, Dishonest, False, Untrustworthy... - nothappy10/31/18
Hum...maybe Bait and Switch???---Called this dealership, plus emailed to check if a vehicle was available. Jasmine, one of the internet people called me and told me the vehicle was available "would be ready and out front" upon my arrival. I also spoke to another person Alison and again with Jasmine about this vehicle, these people knew I would be driving 2 hours and reported how clean inside and out this vehicle was. I had 5 contacts in communication with this dealership about my interest in this vehicle prior to arriving-it was CLEAR I was driving at length to see this particular truck. The internet contact noted it was Oct 31 and there would be end of the month deals. Upon my arrival approx 4 hours after prior conversations, late afternoon, we walked in to find multiple salespeople huddled around central counter, probably 6 sales people standing talking, no customers noted anyplace and at front reception desk 3-4 people. I reported who I spoke with and the truck I was there to see. It took these people about 5 min maybe more to figure out who would handle my request-we were the only ones there!!!-- NO ONE was prepared for our arrival. Finally a salesperson approached us saying "I hear you are open"-unsure of what that meant told him what we were there to see. Confusing ?-as the first two contacts knew exactly what vehicle I was driving two hours to see. We were then told the truck had been sold in the morning...After questioning why after all of the communication regarding a particular truck WHY were we told the truck was available? I asked to talk to Jasmine and Alison, they would not help me find these people, then the GM (Eric Narodovich) stepped out of his door and handed me his card and said "we heard you were open, we have other trucks"...NO ONE got the point, they spoke as if the truck was there for the four hours I was in contact with them prior to my arrival!! Hours had past they knew we were on the way for a specific vehicle and then they disregarded all of the above and acted like No Problem we have other trucks? To say the least we were unhappy with the dishonesty, misleading behaviors of this dealership and would not trust them even if they gave us a vehicle!!! The entire "Ciocca Promise" is voided in this above experience and hope this company re-educates their employees on best practices in the car dealership business! BEWARE!!!
Simple and straight-forward trade and buy. - Joe
We just completed a trade-in and buy of a 2018 VW Golf Sportwagen today. From the initial contact to final paperwork everyone was pleasant, friendly and respectful. The salesman, Phil A., kept the process moving along and was helpful without any pressure. Raleigh handled the purchase paperwork efficiently. He even believed me when I told him I didn't want to buy any additional warranties or services!
This dealership advertises discounted prices up front. The price closely tracked the true market value available on Edmunds website. A fair offer for my trade-in sealed the deal. A good experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a fair deal and respectful treatment.
Drove 5 hours to buy a car and it was worth it! - herschelder
I was looking for a vehicle with all of the features I wanted and after searching my area (Richmond VA) for about 2 weeks, I expanded my search and found it at John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville. My only hesitation was driving 5 hours (one way) to then go through a typical sales pitch and having to drive back home without the vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Eric I knew this was going to be a different type of sales experience. He was genuinely interested in helping me and making the process as painless as possible since I was so far away. He did all of the work on his end including bringing in Trevor and Rob on the financing side to eliminate any concern I would have driving all that way. I felt comfortable enough to make the trip, stayed in a hotel overnight and was at the dealership when they opened. I needed to be back in Richmond VA for an event so I told Eric that I would need to be on the road by 10:30am (hoping to be out by 11:30) :). At 10:29 Eric, Trevor, and Ken (GM) all said let's get you on the road so you can get back for your event. I was on the road at 10:30 sharp! These guys are the real deal, they listen, and are truly interested in helping people instead of just selling another car. I will drive another 5 hours in the future to buy my next car from John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville!
Beware! You won’t even get the courtesy of a call back - Jada
I visited on December 31, 2018. THEY PULLED MY CREDIT 9 TIMES and never called me after I spent a whole day there. What a waste of time. My credit score has gone down at least 30 points because of the EXCESSIVE amount of times they pulled my credit. There is no excuse for poor customer service. It’s clear they care nothing for the customer, just sales. Well you won’t be getting mine. I will tell anyone who listens about this experience.
NOT TRUSTWORTHY - annbog13
Leased 2 Edges, 1 Explorer and bought F-150. Also had all my vehicles serviced at Robin Ford. So when it was time to buy my daughter her first car I went back to Robin Ford, since I was a loyal customer. Well I was wrong. They do not have any loyalty to their customers after you sign the paperwork and drive away form dealership lot. I bought a used 2013 Ford Focus. It supposedly had the 100 point plus vehicle check from the service department per sales man and manager. Well that was a laugh. My daughter drove home the car and showed her dad who in turned checked the vehicle over. When he opened the hood he found a roll of used sand paper under the hood near the drivers head light. He then noticed one of the brake lights was not working. Still trusting Robin Ford we took the car back to have the light fixed. Also told them about the sand paper. The service department reassured us they checked the car again and everything was fine. My husband decided he wanted to drive the car for the first week just to make sure everything was ok with the car. After driving the Focus for a week my husband thought it might need a front end alignment. So we took the Focus to a place we trust, Mickeys Suburban alignment in Broomall. When one of the service guys told me that the Focus had suspension damage, and this was not something that just happened within the last week. Still having trust in this dealership I called Robin Ford and had the service department check the car out. Well they had to replace front strut and steering Knickle, hub assembly, right and left front wheel bearings. clean clutch and replace seal, etc. I assumed after all the work was done the car was safe. I could go on trusting Robin Ford .Well again I was wrong. My daughter was involved in a rear end accident at a red light. We had to have the front of the Focus fixed. I took it to a reputable collision specialist in Glenolden. They stated that the Focus was in a prior accident before my daughters accident. I was never once told by Robin Ford salesman, manager or service department that the car was involved in any prior accidents when I bought the car. When I had the car in for repairs etc. I would never had bought the car let alone have my daughter drive a car that was in a prior accident. I spoke with the Manager Jim Suydam and explained to him all the problems I had with the Focus. His response was, if a used car was in a prior accident and was never reported then Robin Ford doesn't know it was in an accident. So buyer beware. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.
Excellent buying experience! - Willysned
Our salesperson was outstanding. He made me and my wife feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Explorer and thoroughly explained everything. The finance guy was great as well. Our credit is not the greatest but he still got us in the vehicle we wanted. Excellent dealership that I would definitely do business with again.
Jeff Greenly & Bergeys' Ford is awesome to work with - vamshee
Jeff Greenly (The Mustang Guy) is a super cool guy and the best auto sales agent I have ever seen. Unlike other dealers, they doesn't hide any fees or information and give the best deal around.
The transaction went very smooth than expected. And the best part - Jeff Greenly's demo of the vehicle made me look at my Fusion from a whole new perspective. I have never seen someone explain all the features of a car in such minute details. Jeff made sure that I am totally satisfied with the car and the price. All the staff at BERGEYS FORD OF LANSDALE were very friendly. These guys are the best.
Great Experience - Fastchecker
I live 5 minutes from a ford dealer, but decided to make the extra 30 minutes to sands red hill. It was worth every penny. My salesman Don High met me before I even got to the door. He had done his homework and had everything ready to go when I got there. I didn't have to talk as he surpassed my every expectations. My trade in went for way more than I expected. Don was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Mark Cole did my paperwork and was also beyond friendly and made the whole night go very smoothly. I walked out with a new ford f150 and couldn't be more proud. I'm recommending everyone I know this is the place for your next new vehicle. Who knew a visit to the dealership could be easy. thank you Don, Mark, and Sands of Red Hill
Professional and honest. - Jzavaleta

Oil change that never happened - hharbord
My wife took my daughter's car to Dunphy Ford where we bought the car for a complementary oil change that service manager Bruce gave me a few months ago when I was in for an alternator replacement. They told my wife it was done and she signed the paperwork and brought the car home.
Something told me to check the dipstick and when I did I discovered that the oil was never changed. It was a quart and a half low on oil and the oil that was in it was filthy. I had to add oil to it till I got around to taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Meanwhile the change oil light came back on. The paperwork that the service desk gave my wife said they added 6 quarts of oil and a new filter. They never touched the oil and they even went as far as to put a reminder sticker on the windshield for when the next oil change is due indicating that they had changed it.
I guess there is no such thing as a complementary oil change.
They are not true about their cars. - Sandypops
I brought a lemon from them, i pay cash. After nine months i found out so many things was wrong with my car. I have gotten a warrant and took it back and they told me things was not cover and i found out it was. I really thought they was great. My father work for GM over 40 yrs and i qas treated wrong. Complaints to management and they call me back one time nothing changed call back again and they refused to call me back. I would never tell anybody to shop at McCaffrey.
Great Experience - Wolfman2017

WOMEN BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Dekawood35
Service department scammers.
PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW TO HEART THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!
This is my first review for 2019 and I could not let the year start without reviewing this dealerships service department.I dealt with this dealerships many times after I purchased my car, the fixed the first issue I had with no problem than after about four months I noticed I had to go back to the dealership than it became a regular part of my life. Get some work done head back in three month. There favorite price is 300 per job. I'm honestly telling you DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT you will be dealing with snakes like Tony . One of the biggest snakes from the department Stay away
Similar crappy experience w service team - Pbfffft
As I read the reviews I’m seeing a pattern that aligns w my experience. Zero customer service after the sale. The Service Writer should be working anywhere that he doesn’t need to actually talk to people. Horrible.
Thoroughly Inspect Your Vehicle! - Demerson1990
I recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado from Holman thru Dan Kane. I had found the truck on cars.com.
They had listed Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto as one of the features on cars.com. I seen the projection button while looking the truck over. Assuming that it had Andriod auto like they had stated. Didnt bother testing it out. Which I very well should have. Everything went smooth until I got the truck home. Hook up my USB cable to find out the radio does not support android. They clearly did not test all the features of the vehicle before listing them. Chevrolet wants $300 to updated the radio. That's $300 outta pocket and my time at the dealership. If I had knew this I definitely would have haggled the price. So If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Holman make sure it has all the features they state it has.
My Tund tonneau soft bed cover was not even installed correctly. It wasn't even bolted down to the mounting bracket, just velcroed on the sides. Had to make a trip to Home Depot for hardware. After messing with the cover I found glass and screws towards the front of the bed.
After lifting up my front arm rest I found dirt or mud on the seat bottom. Should have checked this before hand but that's what I get for trusting a dealership. I will take it on the chin.
Only reason I gave them one star is because there had been a lein on the title and they went outta there way to make a trip to Delaware to make sure I had my tags before my temp tag expired.
Crazy to think one of there technicians inspected this vehicle. Make sure you thoroughly inspect your vehicle before making a purchase at Holman or take the vehicle to a mechanic you trust. I will definitely be taking it to my mechanic for look over. Hope to save someone a headache with this review!
The $1100 loose gas cap (Plus rental fees) - Lucia Chambers
Never EVER bring your car to Holman Ford. I bought my mustang there and when the engine light went on, I brought the car back and asked for help. After a few days (with me in a rental car) they told me my car needed a $250 special environmental filter that is only made in California, and which goes into the fuel system. Five days after THAT they told me they had trouble getting that part but my car also needed an additional $830 worth of work on that same system. I asked for my car back!! They said it was "in pieces all over the floor" and refused to put it together and give it to me. After another 2 days I camped out in their waiting area and refused to go home without my car. They charged me $119 for the service and gave me back my car. I drove straight to a gas station to put gas into it.. and still upset, complained to the gas pump guy about what happened. He laughed and said "Oh I can fix that engine light for you.. you had a loose gas cap." Sure enough, the engine light went off, and it stayed off forever.
Holman servicing is the worst car ripoff in the USA and I am not the only one who thinks so -- because I mention this to everyone I know, and there are tons of similar horror stories. STAY AWAY.
