Wasted my time. Scheduled appointment a week ahead and told them problem on the phone when I arrived at the dealership they advised me to get something else fixed. In my case it was showing some camera codes at the glass shop where I went to get my windshield replaced. On the phone a week ago Acura said they diagnose those codes advised me to leave the car for a day to be diagnosed. However, when I have arrived at the dealer told me to get the windshield replaced first then they will look into it even though those codes maybe not related to windshield as the dealership did not event the troubleshoot the issues. They made a blank statement without knowing the issue and wanted my time.

Came in to buy 2014 TSX, during pre-purchase inspection it was found that car vibrates during acceleration, sales associate Robert assured me that the issue has been fixed and if it's not, they will take care of it. I couldn't verify since its only noticeable at higher speeds and during my visit there was a lot of traffic around the dealership. When going to work on Monday noticed that issue is still present, called Robert, he was very reluctant to help and told me "just go to an independent shop" and "what do you expect us to do?". After going back and forth with dealership, they balanced my wheels which has nothing to do with the problem and refused to help further even though the car came with 30 day warranty.
These guys will do everything to get you to sign the papers but if there are any issues don't expect any help or assistance. They don't honor their words or warranty on used cars, customer service is non-existent.

I was looking for a CPO Acura TLX All Wheel Drive. There are not a lot of them out there particularly at this time of year. I have been getting my car serviced at Elite Acura for years and have always had positive experiences. I met with Giovanni Paparo and he showed me a 2015 TLX all wheel drive. He was very personable and no pressure at all. I purchased many cars over the years and Giovanni made this one of the most pleasant experiences. He gave me a better price than other Acura dealers that had the same car with the same equipment and mileage. There was no back and forth or "I have to talk to my manager, etc." He made an offer. I gave him a counter offer and we met at a place where we both felt the deal was reasonable. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. When it was time to sign the papers, Adriano did a great job explaining all of the additional warranties that were available. There was no pressure or trying to talk me into something I did not want. Giovanni and Adriano are the guys to see if you are in the market for a car, whether it is an Acura or otherwise!
