From the moment I walked into Anthony’s to the time we finalized the paperwork the customer service was top notch. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. Mark took his time and explained every option of the Pacifica and did everything he could to meet me at my desired payment. The biggest difference I noticed at Anthony’s was their knowledge of the product without having to refer to brochere and the drive to find the exact specs that we wanted In a vehicle. Ashley was my service writer. I do not know who my tech was. I had a few issues that another dealership could not reproduce, but Quigley found them. I would give a 5 star review but my automatic Jeep is stalling again when placed into reverse. They said they fixed the problem, but it is back again after being home a few days.

Customer service said can't take the truck for a week even though the transmission is light is on and the indicator light on for "slippage". I ask for a loaner car and I am told they can't do that until the car is actually inspected! So my issue is I lease a car that has a warranty issue but the shop is too busy to look at my truck for a week or provide me with a loaner vehicle. Just the worst customer service from start to finish. I reported them to Chrysler/ Dodge HQ who is willing to provide 3 day rental service . The dealership should have from the start provided me with a car since they leased a truck that has a transmission issue. Sam in customer service actually tried to tell me that they didn't sell me a defective truck that it was Dodge! They only leased the defective product to me. Great job Sam way to stand by your product. 1/5 because negative stars not an option.

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica new from Courtesy Chrysler back in April.
The dealership didn’t keep their promise. As part of the deal we gave them a leased minivan. They sad that will pay off the lease. 6 months after the deal the lease company has not received the payoff and still harassing us for payment. I think they will do anything to sale you a car and they care less about their commitment.
We have used Chryslers minivan since 2005, this was great acquisition. We had a big accident and we have a total lost. We went to a different dealership to get a new Pacifica.

I made an appointment to see a car yesterday for today. She emailed me back yesterday twice to confirm the time. TODAY at 11 she asks again if I am going to be there. I answered YES. We get there. she has no clue who I am. The sales person says, she actually makes the appointments for us. So I remind the girl why I was there. The sales person with no regrets at all, says "We actually sold this LAST NIGHT. The used cars are across the street. I don't deal in used cars. they will take care of you" The car I wanted was GONE, she had 24 HOURS to CANCEL the appointment. We left our work early to be there ON TIME. No one was sorry, we were treated like garbage for wanting a used car. I have never EVER been treated so badly. If you want to go somewhere where you feel they will treat you right. it's not here. I emailed her THREE times about how upset I was, she NEVER ANSWERED back
