Stereotype dispelled - Ken_W
My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest.
Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.

Great car buying experience! - fghorrocks
Worked with Zak Musetti on purchase of my 2018 CPO Tahoe. Buying experience could not have been smoother. Price of vehicle was very fair and value of my trade was great. Looking forward to dealing with Patriot Chevy and Zak in the future!
Awful. - Mikeymikeyjohnson
Horrendous wait times, incompetent sales people. Will do anything to make a buck, even stuffing you on the wrong car/a car you didn’t ask for.
Got it back worse - Ryank610
I took my 2012 Cruz in for service in late October because the check engine light came on.they hooked it up to diagnostics and said that it was the intake manifold..I agreed to the $917 fix ..when I got my car back the next day within 24 hours it was not acting right and the check engine light was blinking ..I've been trying to get in touch with them since and they went even return my calls...it should be a crime when a company like this does this to someone without the means to fight back...despicable
Leasing a car - Jenn417
Do not lease from this company! My parents traded in there truck for a new 2018 Silverado. The Silverado they looked at had gray interior and running boards, and a rolling hard cover on. When they went to sign the papers and pick the truck up they had my parents sign the papers, then when my parents discovered the truck was different then the one they showed them the day before. It was a total different truck, different interior color, no running boards and no rolling protective cover. I guess they think it’s ok to sell a person a particular truck but then have them sign papers on a complete different truck. They also told my parents in 3 years they could hand in this truck for a brand new truck at the same payment with no additional money down. My parents are on a fixed income. So being they gave my parents information that is not accurate is totally unacceptable, so that is why I would not recommend leasing thru this company, cause you just may not get what you think your getting so be extra careful when signing papers.
Terrible place to buy a car - JenW
Absolutely terrible place to buy a car. The salesman are all about getting the sale. Until the day you pick up the car. They cant be bothered with you. Too worried about new customers. Never filled gas tank and too late to have it done. Salesman Ron Ellex never even called to see how things were with the car and its been almost 3 weeks. In fact when issues were brought to the attention never received a call back from them. First and last purchase from Bob Weaver. No wonder everyone sticka with Outten
HORRIBLE WORK & ATTITUDE! - r&r sucks
Work was done substandard, parts didn't match existing ones, not 1 person would answer any of my questions or concerns & I called 3 different times only 2 b told I'd b called back which NEVER HAPPENED! I'll NEVER waste another penny @ this place again!
Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again
Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.
They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy
Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.
Don't ever talk to this guy about buying any car or... - bohtr24
Don't ever talk to this guy about buying any car or truck, new or used! If you are interested in one, and you go home to work out the numbers for financing, he will turn around and sell that car on you if someone comes in the mean time with a better offer, without ever notifying you!!! He does not have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know he might have another party interested in the same car or truck! How bad is that!!!
And when you question him about it, he says he didn't think I was interested!!! I never told him that I wasn't!!!!! He sure as heck isn't trustworthy!!!
