We’ve purchased our last 8 vehicles from Nucar because we love their services!! I recommend Nucar Chevrolet to everyone! It totally is a no hassle experience! They are extremely knowledgeable about all of their vehicles and even after you purchase your vehicle and you leave with it, they welcome you to come back if you have any questions about how your systems work! Our family loves Nucar and they will continue getting our business!!

Used Car Sale - johnson
Smooth and easy. Jim Holmwood. did a great job of getting us in the car of our choice. Met all of our expectations in a salesman and dealership. Thanks . . .
Great car-buying experience thanks to Justin ; ) - nker77
We'd only been looking a couple weeks for a minivan when we found the right Toyota Sienna at Adams while searching the web. I knew I needed more space than our Forester offered but I was kind of dreading the whole process, specifically the long drawn out purchase part but Justin made it easy and fast. I def appreciate that he wasn't all salesman-y... honestly surprised that's still a thing these days but it is, those guys are everywhere! Justin is down to earth and knowledgeable, none of that other stuff. I'd send anyone to him!
Worst experience with a Dealership ever - Ted
I am retired from General Motors and have been purchasing vehicles from different Dealerships for over 40 years and never had an issue that wasn't resolved. I bought a new car at Dover Chevrolet and had issues with warranties and service. I was sold two warranties from the dealership, an extended warranty from a company called AUL and another one called Ding xxxxxx, I was told if I didn't purchase the warranties GMAC would not loan me the money which actually I knew at the time was false and should have ran out of the Dealership, but I like to get warranties especially on a forty five thousand dollar purchase. As they lied about having to purchase the warranties, they also lied about honoring the warranties. I contacted the Attorney Generals office, who contacted the Dealership and the Attorney General was also lied to by the Dealer. I highly recommend GM cars and any other Dealership except Dover Chevrolet.
No transportation missing important meetings - Unhappy
My suv is in shop again a couple months was there for oil change. I mention my track control and engine light keep coming on was told it would go off it did. Month later my enclave slowed down on me at 1 am what a scared feeling that was had it towed to Porter. No loaners until Wednesday morning. I have 3 very important meetings I I was to attend
I am just so alarmed. If problem was addressed when I first started. I would not be in this situation.
Great service! - henfeathers
From start to finish my experience was great! They were kind and helpful to a senior citizen and my repair was done sooner than I thought it would be! Highly recommend, and will definitely return!
Get a written buyer's order before you go! - Al_L
Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.
Sold me a lemon - GeminiJR3
NEVER....WILL I EVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE & BUY A VEHICLE FROM WILLIS FORD IN SMYRNA EVER AGAIN! First of all I bought this xxx in 2016. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase... after signing the paperwork, I asked about the warranty paperwork and was told that I could find it online... and guess what there was no warranty... so I was offered to purchase a policy with an extra $200 per month payment on top of the car payment...needless to say I didn't get it...so upon leaving the dealership the day of purchase., the darn airbag light came on out of the blue.... I took it back and forth for 5 months to get this fixed and they never fixed it to stay on indefinitely.... is still on till this day... then last year the head gasket blew...without any warning or issues and engine blew... $2000 to replace the entire engine... NOW THE TRANSMISSION... I'm rebuilding this whole stupid vehicle all while still making payments...NEVER AGAIN!!!
