I would like to say THANK YOU to Ron Torres who provided Exceptional Customer Service about a year ago. While we were unhappy with constant problems and service issues in a past, we keep coming back thanks to Ron who delivered personal customer support to me.

I came in on my birthday and had a very seamless 90 minute from start of the deal to end of the deal driving away in my 2009 fully loaded Honda Odyssey minivan. I worked with Nicholas Cutlip who I went to high school with and I am not writing this review just to puff up his ego, but I am writing this review because Nick takes the time to make sure that each customer is taking care of from finance to detailing of the vehicle, answering any questions and concerns that you have and walking you through the entire process from start to finish.
I would encourage anybody that is in the need of a new car or used car to give Nick Cutlip a call. He will not steer you wrong, he is a very honest and sincere sales person who definitely looks out for the interests of his clients and customers and has the upmost respect of everybody at that dealership.

After several days of Internet car hunting, I finally came across this dealership and was assigned to Don. Don went a step further and drove the car to my home (25 miles from the dealership). Don listened to what I wanted and the price range I could afford and did not try to sell me a higher-priced car (as other car salesmen at other dealerships had done). He did not disappoint at all. In fact, the car I picked online was the same one I brought at the Internet price. Oh, but there is more to my experience. When I reached the department in which Mr. Little worked with making the numbers work, Mr. Little reduced the selling price so that the car was less than advertised which was a group effort (faces behind the scene), to make their customers happy. What a nice surprise!!
Therefore, I am very pleased with the experience I had at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. In fact, my first impression is that they are a great group of professionals who enjoy their jobs and making their customers happy. In reading some of the recent reviews, I am glad that I did not know of this page because I am not sure if I would have conducted business with them. Anyway, at this point, I am glad that I did.

Purchased a used car recently. The car had some paint issues but as part of the purchase they agreed to fix them. I dropped the car off a few days after the purchase. They've now had my car for nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea when I'll get it back. I've called each day and every day they say it will be ready the following day. The next day when I call to see if I can pick the car up they say it isn't ready and will be ready the next day. This has gone on 5 days in a row. I was told I would hear from the service manager the last 2 days but no word. Pretty awful service so far outside of actually buying the vehicle. Tong and Leo were great. That said I'm glad I didn't purchase the service package they tried pushing on me when I bought the car. Just awful service department experience so far.

The best dealer at least in Maryland if not nationwide. I have bought cars from at least a dozen other dealers in my life and by far.....and let me say again, BY FAR, the best dealer ever. They not only really take care of you and any problems or questions that you have with your new/used car but they go way way way out of their way to make things right. They don't nickel and dime you about everything. This is the first time that a dealer gave me a full tank of gas and an oil change on a used car that I purchased, I especially want to mention Tony Freeman, the used car manager. WOW, he is the best. Usually when you buy a used car and if you have problems with it even within a few days, it is your problem. But Tony, took care of every little problem like even getting me a new windshield wiper and when I had to leave my car in the repair shop he gave me a brand new loaner car free of charge. You do not get this kind of service and care even at a BMW dealer. If you are looking to buy a car and especially a used car, ask for Tony Freeman and his team. I would buy all my future cars from Fitzgerald and anyone i know I would recommend only Fitzgerald of Gaithersburg.

Don, Anthony, and Leo went above and beyond on our most recent car buying experience. Was shopping for a new Sonata for my wife. After test driving the first, she settled on wanting a sunroof option. Unfortunately the vehicle we were eyeing was sold, but Leo was able to find one comparable that worked for our budget. They couldn’t have been more pleasant people to deal with! Would highly recommend to anyone. I’ll be bringing in family members later this month! Thank you guys!!

Had an appointment to purchase a car from this dealership. Truecar offer and price had already agreed upon. Internet sales manager (Ben) had set up a meeting with us. When we got to the dealership, he wasn't there. The associate that greeted us at the door seemed nice enough, but was very difficult to understand. When he went to check for us in the system, we weren't in the system and they were completely unaware of anything about us. After trying to overcome the language barrier, we just couldn't even communicate enough to get any reasonable response as to why Ben wasn't there or what they were even doing. We decided to leave at that point. Of course, then the "sales manager" ran out to our car to try and get us to come back in, but if you can't even honor an appointment or have the courtesy to explain why your employee isn't there, you can't be trusted to go through a car buying process. This dealership definitely had a bad vibe to it and likely need to update their staff with a round of customer service training. We drove 20 minutes away and bought the car at another dealership later in the day.
