Easy and Transparent - Car buying can be pleasant
If you are in the market for a Honda, Steve Maroney is your guy. He is very easy to work with. My car was totaled in an accident and I needed a replacement fast. We called Steve, told him what we wanted and told him when we would visit the dealership. We even had the price largely nailed down with Steve before we arrived. He was waiting for us when we got there. The entire process of buying a car took about three hours once we got to the dealership. It was amazing. Steve is great. He knows his Hondas; and he's a straight shooter - no nonsense, no games, which we really appreciated. It was a very pleasant, transparent process. We will definitely call Steve when we need a new car.
I have to say that everyone we dealt with at Criswell was great - Esteban Mesa, Shane Simpson. All were very pleasant, easy to work with and professional.

The nicest car buying experience ever - Former Jeep owner
Sam Chads greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. These are the nicest people who sell cars. I expected a "fight" but that never happened. Sam made me feel comfortable and never pressured. The talk was respectful and courteous. After the test drive, they had a free BBQ lunch that day! Then Annie found out I was from Penn State and we instantly connected. To my surprise, Joe the finance guy, was also from Pennsylvania, and we had fun talking about fishing and stuff. In the end i got the car i wanted, with the price I wanted and a good value for my trade-in. I left feeling great and they are still reaching out to me to make sure I am still happy. I am. This was the nicest car buying experience ever!

Great service from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda! Over the years Hugo in the Honda Service department has assisted me with all my car checkup and maintenance needs. Hugo even stepped up and called the insurance company for me when my insurance company was considering putting aftermarket parts on my newer Honda at the time. The promise service has always been completed in a timely manner. They even have coffee lattes, TV and a workstation available for you while you wait for your car to be repaired which makes you feel right at home. Once you purchase a car, having a reliable and prompt service department makes all the difference. Based on the great service, I will be purchasing another car from this same dealership over the next month. I would also like to add that I have not had any major issues with my Honda due to recommend standard repairs which I have owned for about 5 years now. It rides just as good as the first day I purchased it. I felt compelled to write a review as I have not had this type of amazing service from any other car dealership over the years. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. I hit a rock yesterday morning on the way work and one tire has a hole on side. The car had been towed into Herson's Honda around 9:30 AM for replace the tire. Since I do not have ride and I choose to wait in the shop. I leave the dealership around 2 PM! I complaint to the manager and the reply is the reason that I have to wait such long is because I do not have appointment. Away from Herson's Honda!

IF YOU ARE MILITARY, AND IF YOUR HOME OF RECORD IS IN ANOTHER STATE THAT YOU WANT TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE (MINE IS FLORIDA), THEN DO NOT, I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHCICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 1000 STARS IF ABLE. IN MY 25 YEAR MILITARY CAREER, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETINCE, INACTION, FAILURE OF LEADERSHIP, AND OVERALL CLOWN SHOW OF AN ORGANIZATION. FROM GENERAL MANAGER, TO FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TITLE, THEY ARE ALL PATHETIC.
I was stationed in Japan, and coordinated purchasing a vehicle in time to pick it up the day after I landed. I went to the dealership, approved by outside financing, and was told by Jesse (he better be fired by now), in such a condescending and demeaning tone to my wife, that the dealership had to file my military exemption to tax and title charges, and register my car in Florida. Despite both my wife and I knowing this was wrong, the look on her face could kill a man, we turned over all of the paperwork to the dealership, “and we will not charge you to process your paperwork due to your military service”.
As my 30 day temp tag was about to expire, I called to asked the status of registering my car. This was after I made two calls earlier in the month. I got nothing but unanswered calls with no voice mail. I called 20 times in one day!!!!
Finally, I broke down, drove over to the dealership, and dealt directly with the Finance Director. A great person, but ability to get to a solution was non-existent. Nor did he ever call, email me or notify me in anyway what they were doing to provide me resolution.
I had multiple conversations with the General Manager, who clearly does not know how to manage his team, get results or follow through.
The final idiot in this process is the Title clerk, who firing doesn’t do justice. Thanks Crystal!
If you are looking for a Honda, go ANYWHERE else. And Ourisman as a whole is a JOKE. Apparently, Ourisman Honda and GMC “are two different corporations, so we are not sure why they did what they did for you and your wife when you bought there!!!”
Exact same process, two completely different procedures and outcomes. I pray to all of my fellow service members, STAY AWAY. And USAA, if you care about military members, remove these hacks from your car buying service!

Internet Pricing Bait & Switch - ahanes
As you have read from multiple folks - they commit to a price over email and then when you come in the price is different.
They do this by saying they have a $1000 accessory package added to the car that they cannot remove and they add this amount to the "agreed" price of the car.
Waste of everyones time - they want to exhaust you and have you give in.

I was a bit skeptical at first, from the office's environment. But, the sales representative was pretty smart and friendly, and he helped me get the best deal for the vehicle I wanted. He even went out of his way to help keep things fair when it came to the gas tank being replenished. (I didn't want regular gas in my Civic Type R, and he worked with me on that. Special thanks to Kane and Bill for great service.
