Too notch car buying experience! - Brian C
Went to look at a used car, not a Subaru. From the moment I arrived, had a wonderful experience. Ron the sales Consultant was very friendly, and not pushy whatsoever. I would recommend him for anyone going to Matt Slap!
Chris and Ralph were also very nice and the dealership overall just felt like a great place to buy a car. Thank you gang!!

Purchasied a Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium - SubaruFoesterforme
I would highly recommend working with Andre Gayle in the selection and purchase of a car. I appreciated that he offered for me to take the car out alone for a test drive or with him. I opted to go solo, as I really wanted to focus on the SUV and take my time driving and looking over the vehicle. He was courteous, informative, friendly and made purchasing the vehicle a seamless, enjoyable experience. Thank you for meeting all my questions with thoughtful and helpful responses. Andre Gayle and Annapolis Subaru were spectacular in all measures in the purchase process!

Patient, helpful, and accommodating. - adam kunz
Purchasing a car can be an arduous task but from the first phone call to the final paperwork we felt like family. Melissa send us a range of options that met our needs and when we arrived the following day there was no pressure to "sell" us on a car just a desire to meet our needs both with the right vehicle package as well as financially. Maybe the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever experienced. In addition Jim was very helpful explaining the tech and safety. Very good people. I highly recommend.

Jo was honest and respectful of my time. I test drove a new Subaru and when I got back, he gave me the best price for my old Subaru. They found me the exact Outback that I wanted. No waiting around for hours.
Excellent Sales Experience - Jeff Cole
If you are looking for an excellent sales experience then you need to go to Roberts Subaru! My entire experience from beginning to end was enjoyable. I worked with Alex Todd, who was both professional and respectful. He took the time to make me feel like a valued customer whether it was at the dealership, over the phone or through email and text. You don't meet many sales reps with this level of attentiveness. While the papers were being finalized Alex reviewed all the features on my new Impreza Sport in great detail. This added a lot of value to my buying experience. In addition to Alex I also worked with Ed and Greg. Both of them were pleasant and helpful. This was my first Subaru and would only consider Roberts Subaru for the next one.
Questionable bait and switch - Subbiegirl
Found an amazing price online for an outback. When I called, I found out it was an error but the good news is that the price would be honored for 24 hours. The bad news.....it wasn't. I was told t h e price had changed but I could still drive there and get a really good deal. I went elsewhere. Buyer beware!
Buying a new car after over 15 years... - 4tlccrn
I recently bought my first car in over 15 years. I admit I was nervous about the whole car buying experience. I had done my homework and I thought I wanted/needed a 2018 Subaru Outback, but I needed to test drive it first. The moment I parked my old car, salesman Josh Ingram smiled, shook my hand, and quickly eliminated all my fears. He patiently and expertly answered all my questions about the Outback and it's terrific safety features. Josh's positive, "can do" attitude helped pave the way to my new love for Subaru. There isn't anyone out there that works harder for his customers than Josh Ingran! Instead of being nerve wracking, the experience was hassle-free, almost effortless. I feel I got a good deal on my new Outback and a fair deal on my trade. Everyone I worked with could not have been nicer!
Subaru purchase - Annette Thompson
I received great service from my sales person Alex to my Subaru encore rep Amy! And a big thanks to service department adviser Ryan! I love both of my Subarus!
Horrible Experience.... - DanielleBlue16
I went on the lot looking for an SUV and since I am trading in my 2008 Scion.... This is a drastic change in cars for me. I was approached by a man at the door asking what I was looking for and he said he would hook me up with one of his best Salesman. I was approached by a gentlemen again asking what I wanted and he said lets go outside and look at the 2018 Rogues, Murano and Pathfinders. Out in the lot he began with the rogue telling me about the differences in models and I began to ask some questions including prices. After showing me the 3rd car, he questioned why I was buying instead of leasing. I told him my reasons and he said I was "foolish" because the world with changing to mainly leasing and I just said ok thats your opinion but as a customer I am able to do what I want. I don't mind if he kindly asked have you ever thought of the option of leasing a vehicle instead he blurts out his own opinion and calls me foolish for wanting a new car. He showed me the next car and I asked how much those Muranos go for and he goes look Nissans are not cheap, most of these car notes are going to be 400-500 a month and I said thats fine that I am looking for something under 500 a month. He begins telling me thats a large monthly payment and goes on. At this point I am really starting to get annoyed. He goes have you considered a pre-owned vehicle like a 2015-2017, so I am fed up with him at this point because I came to the lot told him what I want and at the end of the day he's selling me on everything but. I am pretty sure we never saw the Pathfinders. We go up to the preowned vehicle area and there are all varieties of vehicles, makes and models. I start asking him details about them he goes Ma'am you can find all this information out on our website, so I don't know why this wasn't done before hand so you can know what vehicles you want to look at. AT THIS POINT I AM DONE DONE, CLEARLY STATING I AM WASTING HIS TIME!!!! I said you know what your right, why don't I go home look at these and make my decision. He handed me his car, which I had ripped up on the way to the car otherwise would have provided his name. At this point I had been at 6-8 dealerships looking at models and NO ONE treated me like this. The dealership I went to after that clearly said he was making judgements because I am in my later 20's most people thinking early to mid 20's not knowing me and thinking that giving me a car note of 500 a month would be something I can't afford. I walked into this dealership not knowing anything about Nissans and still don't and its sad b/c my boss deals with a gentleman here and always has a great experience. If only I would have known this before I walked in and got a random sales associate.
Even GM's mailbox is full so I can't leave a message - SO DISSAPPOINTED
I am currently a GM of a Chevy store. I am attempting to help my family buy an Outback from you all. 17mins later on hold with a snappy receptionist. To then get "full mailbox" of GM!!!
Wow! Sad you all don't care!

I put down a $250 deposit on a new Impreza 10/14/15. Your people sold it to someone else 10/17. You didn't finalize your financing package offer until 10/16. That same day 10/16 I pursued moving funds out of an IRA for a down payment of $6600. Told your salesman I would not write a check for $6600 that was not there in my checking account. That is illegal to begin with. Your sales manager demanded I take the deal Friday. What a way to do business. Electronic funds transfer was initiated Friday to be completed 10/19. I informed your salesman of the transfer completion Monday.
I was also advised to pursue bank financing as a backup. That I did through Chesapeake Bank of Maryland. I don't do mobile banking and a transfer from an IRA cannot be transacted by phone. I was advised of sale of the vehicle after showing it to my wife and daughter. I acted in good faith but I don't find a similar response on your end. Mike is a great salesman demonstrating supreme professionalism. Mike said he would find another car. I can't believe this a standard practice when doing business with the public.
I await your response.
