2017 Toyota Highlander seat stain - Brad and Angie Sanders
Our 2017 Toyota Highlander that we purchased new from Younger ended up getting a stain about a month after we purchased the vehicle from my daughter's belt. We started noticing additional discoloration on the other leather seats as time passed. We brought this to the attention of Shannon Mills and the service adviser was Denny. They could not have been more helpful in resolving our issue. They inspected the seats and attempted to clean the stains, but when that did not resolve the issue they moved forward with replacing the stained seat and applying additional leather protector to the cabin seats. Working with Shannon was easy and she made us feel like Younger Toyota really cared about our concerns. I will say that we had purchased several Honda's from Hagerstown Honda throughout the years, but we encountered an issue with our CRV that Honda would not address and basically told us that they didn't care if we looked at other makes of vehicles. Since that point we have purchased two camrys for our children and the Toyota Highlander from Younger Toyota. Younger Toyota will be our dealership from this point on. We love our Highlander....... I would also like to note that John Ashby from corporate was very attentive and helpful in making sure that we were happy with the progress in resolving the issue.

Very easy and accommodating. - Camerydebbie
I have been looking at the Camery SE for the past 5 years. Always popping into Dean's office telling him this was the year. Now that both children graduated from college I decided this was the year. I called Dean and told him I was coming in and he had the car and color I wanted brought to the parking lot ready for me to test drive. The sales process was made easy for me thanks to Dean.
Racial Comments Made - disgruntledcustomer22
an associate named Wajahat (im sorry if I spelled that wrong) was standing around me and my wife and loudly yelled, "DOOM CLAN xxxxx". I'm not sure what this means, if it is a racist organization or threat but my and my family will not be visiting here again.

Mr. Allen was recommended and he delivered.
He is a gentleman, literally and figuratively speaking. He is knowledgeable though he doesn’t pretend to know it all. He is patient, he listens and he is responsive. He acknowledges the customer. All these is perfect recipe for a great buyer experience.
He is highly recommended.
Superior Customer Service and Quality Process - Hulkster
Maint Reqd light was on so took 2006 Highlander to Patrick Nugent, my long time Service Manager at Fitzgerald Toyota Service. As always, he diagnosed the cause of the light (routine oil change) and some other minor issues with wiper mechanism and cabin air quality. Pat searched for the most economical service bundle pricing and coupons for the work, had it completed on schedule and returned the vehicle cleaner than when it was dropped off. It's worth every penny to get genuine Toyota quality parts installed by certified technicians.
Overall, another outstanding experience with Patrick and Fitzgerald Toyota Service.
A+ Sales Department - FFowler
I bought my 2013 Corolla from Fitzgerald Auto Mall and I had a good experience with the Sales Person and the dealership. I didn't have any problems with the service department for my oil changes and replacing a dead battery. Well the car got totaled and because I have become a little superstitious about losing my 3rd Corolla I decided to go to a different car model. I did a lot of online shopping as well as going to varies local dealerships. One of my stops was to the Hyundai dealership where I was greeted by Taylor Masterson. Went for a test drive in a 2019 Elantra Value Edition. It really was nice with some feature that me personally would not need or use. He bought his sales manager over and we had a friendly conversation. I never felt like either of them were being pushy. I was still undecided and continue to car shop for a few more days. After many test drives and lots of online comparisons I decided to go with the Elantra. I called Taylor up early on Super Bowl Sunday to find out if they do price matching. Yup! and because they were open on Sundays I came down, went over the numbers with the sales manager and was in my 1st Hyundai later that evening. (blunder on my part because they can't accept third party checks so of course I forgot my checkbook at home). When going over the numbers Fitzgerald had the better deal and their number are very transparent online compared to most other dealerships. So I knew very quickly what I would qualify for and what my APR would be. Also got a Costco discount and because of my long hours on the computer, the asking price was in the range of the fair market value. In my case it does help to have good credit to speed the process along. It took some time to get the exact car I wanted since they had to locate it at the Rockville dealership and drive it to the Gaithersburg location and have it shining like a bright new penny. In the meantime they did the background check and got the paperwork prepped and ready to go. I didn't get any of that nonsense of going back and forward between sales rep and manager. In my opinion it was clear what each person was doing throughout the whole process without any hidden surprises. I also like that I didn't have to listen to a long spiel about the features of my new car. I am a techy person so not to much that will impress me at this point.
Taylor Materson A+
Good Listener, Respectful of my needs and wants and was not pushy at all and was able to answer most if not all of my questions without the help of the sales manager trying to tag team.
Sales Manager A+
Very resourceful, forward with the prices and even gave me the numbers to take with me to think it over. She was kind, respectful and not pushy either.
Business Manager A+
Sign here, here, here, blah, blah, blah. But I still liked her too. Very nice person and detailed about what I was signing. When you do this enough time it becomes second nature.
Thank You Fitzgerald Auto Mall Gaithersburg for having very good sales people and this time directed to the Hyundai dealership.

DISHONEST. AVOID AT ALL COST - Matt
Purchased a used 2017 WRX with 16,500 miles in August 2018. Now with 22,300 miles, I had new all season tires installed. The tire shop found a bent wheel and bearing damage that was barely noticeable but I reported an odd humming noise at 50mph so I requested they investigated. After they gave me the results, I called the shop manager Jeff who told me that because the car passed state inspection at the time (which was at 15,500 miles, 1000 miles prior to purchase) there’s nothing they can do. So because either their inspector missed the minor bend in the wheel, or it hit a curb in the interim period, I’m left to eat the cost. Now I understand why he didn’t offer me a test drive prior to purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid these dishonest money scavengers.
Disappointing customer service - gerluushka
I haven’t been going to this dealership for a while because of the rude & careless customer service I’ve received in the past. Two years ago, I finally decided that I’d stop paying overprice for mediocre service & waste my 2 & a half hour for just an oil change.
Then today I called for an appointment. The only reason I went back was because of Toyota recall on my wipers & this is closest Toyota dealership to my house. I called second time to confirm the appointment & add the state inspection, thinking might as well since i’ll Be waiting. I mean how wrong can it go, since pretty much all the gas stations in the neighborhood can do it, right?!
Boy was I wrong... after going through morning traffic to make it to my appointment, I’ve been told that my appointment was the next day. Wait., what?!
I have called, asked for today’s appointment, confirmed the day & time with rep, then called back again, reminded her of my today’s appointment, asked her if I could do the state inspection as well or if I needed another appointment for it. She double checked, told me I should bring my vehicle in, tell the mechanic about the inspection, & they’d take care of it...
& when I arrive at the service desk you’re fully booked & my appointment is the next day?! I tried talking to the manager to see if he can do something about it, since the fault was not on my end & I don’t have time for the next day, plus I just spent an hour to arrive there. The manager & the mechanic were actually laughing at me & saying how is it our fault?!
I’ve never been treated this way for a manufacturer’s fault that they’ve recalled. It is not like i’m Asking for a favor or trying to cut in the line, right?! Really disappointed & agitated. There was a reason why I stopped going to Jack Taylor Toyota.
Trying in Arlington or Fairfax for the recall, definitely not here. Save your time & energy, ppl!!!
Best experience - Daap85
I don’t usually write reviews unless the service I received is extremely good or really bad. In this case I couldn’t ask for a better service. Since the moment I parked the was someone greeting me and directed me to the right place. Mr. Tache, Oleg and Yojans made the process so easy. I was a little nervous to buy a car after my first experience with Honda. Mr. Tache showed me the car was very friendly, answered all my questions. Definitely will be recommending this place to whoever is looking to buy a car.
Toyota frame replacement - Tacoma
Ashley was my service advisor and is top notch. Had the frame replaced in my Tacoma and was handled perfectly. Kudos to the mechanic that replaced my frame and to Ashley for handling everything professionally. Being a mechanic for over 50 years I immediately put the truck on the lift the next morning. Perfect job. Thank you to all involved.

Amazing, hassle-free car buying experience! - rvirgo1
Toney made my experience wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and was incredibly personable, friendly and professional. Without a doubt, he is the best car salesman I have ever come across. Prices were up-front and very good, and the amount of stock at this dealership is incredible. The financing process was hassle free and they were transparent about the whole process. It is the second time I have gone to Koons Tysons Toyota to buy a car, and I will definitely be back
Truth or Dare - MOZARK2
What an experience, a negative experience. I went in knowing my credit had allot to be desired. I wanted to trade in my 2016 4-runner for a new BLUE SPECIFICALLY BLUE 4-runner. I communicated with a sales rep named Randy Snyder. I conveyed the specific amount I wanted to spend and that I wanted a Blue 4-runner. I made them aware that my credit needed work, and they said not a problem we have seen people with worse credit get financed. I said when you know it’s a green light finance wise I’ll come to the showroom. I receive a call from Randy a day or so later and he said its a go come down. I was still hesitant and said “really” he said yes come down.
Now the fun begins.... I drive 45 min and come to find they haven’t secured financing and they only have a gray or white 4-runner. I say, “ get a blue one from a fellow dealership”, and their reply was it costs them $600 to do that and aren’t willing. So I’m sitting around the dealership for 3 hours and still no financing. I eventually went home with a promise they would secure financing. My breath is held and I can join the blue man group since I’m blue in the face with no financing. I’ve left VMs sent emails to no avail. Guess Im like a fish; My credit score was to small so they unhooked me and threw me back in the ocean to one day hook me again.
I know Jones has 10k reviews and a 4.8 score and unfortunately I did not see that “GOOD” side of Jones Toyota. I saw a manipulating, play on words seedy side of Jones Toyota. Thanks for taking the time to read this review and I hope your experience is better than mine.
I like my sales person Jorge Gonzalez - trauma81
He is a wonderful man, dealer people is very friendly. Costumer service is great, Service is good, This is my third car I buy here.
This place is a fraud; you're warned! - godman09
I went to this center to fix my 2012 Toyota sienna because dash board light was on and saying service engine and then the air bag. Mr Tensley or whatever he calls himself together with some incompetent technicians ripped off nearly $2000.00 without resolving the issues for which I came. Hard to imagine that I allowed such fraud when they billed me so much for fixes that did not address my concern. At the end of the day the service engine light remained on and they say because the airbag need some special fix and that was going to involve another $4500.00. Frustrated, I packed the van for a while in my house, then some how an idea came to me to try other dealerships. I went to another Toyota dealership where they changed the computer system of the airbag and other services they rendered on the van, all for less than a thousand dollars and my van came out like new! Ironically, it was the same computer system that I was told at capital plaza that they changed and it did not fix the problem. I wish I had read some of these reviews before deciding to go there. Be advised accordingly.
Lousy - Disappointed with Bill
This is the second bad review I've left for this dealership. My wife needed a spare key for her 2005 Highlander. We were told the key was just under 40 bucks, a little expensive but ok. It is a dealership. The employee at the parts counter made the key and we paid for it. Guess we misunderstood all keys have to be programed to work not just the master. So we paid 40 bucks to get a key that only unlocks the door, The fee to program the key is another 140 bucks. Don't need it that much. 180 bucks for a spare key for a vehicle we purchased from them. You guys SUCK!!!! When ever I've delt with these clowns I always walk away pissed off. Never again.
Brake job!!! Bad job!! - Rmartin59
I took my truck in for oil and rotate, and they messed up one of my wheels so the had to order a new one...when I went to pick vehicle up, the wheel almost fell off on the way home because the mechanic did not tighten the lug nuts.
Then took truck in for 5000 mile service a few months later, and needed a brake job...so what happens this time? After $1100 I went to pick up vehicle, and drive home ...about 20 miles...next morning I getup head to work, I get about 2 miles from the house, and I hear this reall bad and loud grinding...I limped it immediately to the service department only to find that the mechanic had not tightened the caliper bolts, so it came loose and was gouging the inside of my wheels...they again had to buy and replace a wheel. Then if that’s not enough I get a phone call from parts telling me my wheel lock wrench was in and I could come pick it up....I did not know they had broken the lock, and o have been driving all over without the capability to change a tire if required!!!
Never going back!
