What a tremendous s sales experience. Literally this is the best and most positive experience I have ever had. Nikolay was like talking to a neighbor I had known for years. He worked with us since my wife has chemical sensitivities and drove the 2109 QX60 off the showroom floor to outside where she could conduct an objective smell assessment. He achieved the price I was looking for as well as provided incredible customer service. He helped me turn in my rental car across the street and then ensured I was aware of how all systems operated. First Oil Change and Already Asking for $3,000 In Repairs - Shariece Evans
A few months ago my husband and I purchased a QX80 from Jim Coleman Infiniti. We worked with a sales person named George Sanchez. We went to Jim Coleman hoping to buy a dependable family vehicle, which we would need in the future. We were assured that the vehicle we were purchasing received a complete diagnostic check and all major work on the truck had been done. We were promised the car would be ready for us to pick up and drive home the next day.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the car until five days later. We suspected that there was something with the truck that the dealership was trying to hide. We were assured that the vehicle was in very good condition and that there were no major repairs that would need to be done anytime soon. We were offered 5 free oil changes for our trouble.
5,000 miles later, we take the truck in for the first oil change. We were told that in the near future, we would need spark plugs. Two weeks later, the truck's engine light came on and we took it in for service again. We were told that the truck would needed a catalytic converter and the repairs would cost about $3,000.
I don't know what kind of truck they sold us. How in the world do we need this much repaired after driving a 4 year old truck only 5,000 additional miles? I am 2 months away from my due date and it is very stressful knowing that this dealership clearly hid from us that this truck needed major repairs done. I have never experienced this much deceit during the car/truck buying process as experienced while dealing with Jim Coleman Infiniti.
I would not recommend this dealership at all. I would however recommend going to Lexus of Rockville. I was able to get a great deal from Wille Savage on a used, 3 year old, Lexus GX 460. I have driven the truck about 10,000 miles so far and have had no major issues.

General Manager Brian Dileo and his crew really went above and beyond providing an exceptional sales experience. The lease on my daughters Q50 was up and Brian and his crew Amir and Samir really made the transaction simple and easy the selection process was very quick price and payments were presented in a very transparent fashion then paperwork was handled quickly and a very clean and prepped QX50 was in our driveway. Fast forward to this week my son in law totaled his car and we decide to return to Passport which had a great selection of pre-owned Infinitis in their inventory to choose . We chose a very nice well maintained 2015 Q40 and again Brian , Amir and Samir made the transaction very simple and easy and now there is a Certified PRe-Owned Infiniti in the family . The personal service that Brian and team provide will always keep our family returning for all of our Infiniti Sales and service needs ...Awesome Job boys and thanks very much for a fantastic experience

Called to make an maintenance appointment and the person (man) that answered the phone was the rudest person ever. He told me I had to call back after 1 p.m. in the afternoon to make an appointment because he just got in. Reminder they have first appointment at 7:30 a.m. I wish i had not purchased my vehicle from this location they have the worst employees ever. It all started with the sales person when i purchased my car i should have known then that was the worse also.

A few days ago, my father and I had the extreme displeasure and misfortune to begin communicating with Infiniti of Suitland; their hapless “product specialist” Hermann Opoku and their used car manager, Edwin. We started speaking with them on Saturday 11/10, the day they listed a 2005 Jaguar XJR for sale. We sent an email, and called immediately. Being in the market for the car, we wanted to move quickly. We received an email back, and replied to Hermann that we wanted to put down a deposit first thing in the morning on Monday. We called the dealership and spoke to another saleswoman who gave us some line about the car being traded in by her godmother. Monday, we began dealing with a man named Edwin who claimed to be their used-car manager, and things went downhill from there. Edwin is a liar, and once a car salesman tells a lie, they’ve told them all. We told him that we wanted to put a deposit on the vehicle – to which his reply was an absolutely astonishing deposit of $5,000 on a car that had its price raised to $8,000 from its original $7,750 over the weekend. In hindsight, he was probably trying to scare us off. Imagine his surprise when we agreed and told him we wanted that car. So, Edwin tried again; told us in the spirit of full disclosure that the car had a check engine light and that he needed to get it diagnosed. We told him that we have owned 2 of these XJs and an S-Type and we really weren’t that concerned about a silly light if the car had been driven onto their lot – but we would await his call on the results of that diagnosis, and if it was something irrelevant like an O2 sensor or EVAP leak we would take the car as-is, because we have an excellent mechanic. Edwin then ASSURED us that we were absolutely number one, first place in line for the car. As you could probably guess by now, that next call never came. Edwin spend the entirety of Tuesday dodging our many, and frequent calls. We tried to get all the way up to the General Manager – but as always at any car dealership on any day of the week, we were told it was his day off. Again, in hindsight, the refusal to speak with us was by design – if he never spoke to us, he would never have to take the deposit HE OFFERED. Miraculously, Edwin did finally pick up the phone again that night with some bad news. The Jaguar had been sold! Don’t know how, don’t know why, a manager with no idea what’s going on in his own dealership. But “some guy” had showed up that day and wanted to buy the car- he had come a long way and he was a mechanic, so he didn’t care about the check engine light…you know, the one we didn’t care about either. Edwin fed us some line about a pending sale and the buyer’s financing potentially falling through, but he’d be sure to call us back and let us know today. Well today has come and gone and, having escaped car sales myself, I know what that means. My guess is we never heard back from Hermann again because Edwin was keeping the car close to his chest, and making sure there were no assigned salesmen to be fighting for their own deal. A real shame all the way around. My advice is simple: stay away from Infiniti of Suitland if there is a specific car you want to buy, and definitely don’t go to them for a used car.
